Cons The customer support is pretty cut and paste. Doesn't feel like I'm talking to a real person. The credit refund is sorely lacking. Cons When I first began using the software, the responses were a little confusing because it was saying to stop considering yourself an artist! But once I learned to enter better keywords and explain more of what we do for artists, I began to get fresh and new ideas for our copy!
