En la búsqueda de opciones para realizar llamadas a través de la red, Yay ofrece buenos precios y un soporte al cliente muy bueno. Si alguna vez necesito de este tipo de servicios, seguramente estará entre mis primeras opciones.

Ofrece buenos precios muy competitivos en relación a la competencia y a las llamadas de tipo estándar.

Great company, not cheap but the quality is very good

Pros

Really strong call quality, easy to customise and good support

Cons

My old VoIP provider would show me that a colleague had answered a call and who. We have lost this function now sadly.

Just as a note, it's possible to see when your colleagues are on a call/available via the contacts section in the softphone app. If interested in viewing who answered calls, this detail can be viewed in your online dashboard and includes detail such as where the call came from, who picked it up, call duration and call recordings. You can also filter on the information you want to see, as well as download this detail for trend analysis too. Fantastic. No complaints, helped us expand with such ease I wouldn’t switch to another provider.

Pros

The price, this was so easy to set up and the plan we were on was just great to get us started in the beginning. We really needed an answer service to help our growing small business with a large self employed time and this was just perfect for leaving clients with a professional experience when we hadn’t moved out our office out from the garage. It was easy to add extra staff once we started expanding and actually allowed us to keep our staff as work from home because of how easy the software is to use.

Cons

No cons. It’s really well priced and I would consider it actually more than reasonable what they ask for for the level of service and features you get
