Ottima, lo uso ormai da molti anni, ormai non si può farne a meno. Pratico e veloce risponde alle mie esigenze in modo quasi perfetto,

Pros

Semplicità di utilizzo, chiarezza delle informazioni che il cliente riceve, aggiornabilitá database articoli ottima.

Cons

Non poter modificare l’ordine una volta spedito ma doverne fare un altro, il dover per forza eliminare gli ordini non evasi da Pc se si vogliono le statistiche aggiornate. Che non ci sia la gestione giro visite e provvigioni integrata nel modulo base che a mio avviso sono essenziali.

Gestione ordini, molto semplice da quando lo usiamo. Molto pratico l'inserimento di nuovi articoli e nuovi clienti.

Pros

Semplicità, praticità e sempre più funzioni. Ambiente integrato, app Android, app Apple per qualsiasi smartphone o tablet, versione web per usarlo su qualsiasi PC, Windows o Apple!

Cons

Praticamente nulla, a parte che quando capita di duplicare un ordine per praticità, si perde il tipo di pagamento quando si cambia il fornitore e si lascia invariato il cliente!

OrderSender si distingue per la sua capacità di integrarsi senza sforzo con altri strumenti e piattaforme aziendali. La sua compatibilità con una vasta gamma di software e servizi di terze parti consente un'esperienza di gestione degli ordini ancora più completa e personalizzata. Con il software sono riuscito ad automatizzare tutti gli ordini online di basi per pizza, senza dover ricorrere al noioso inserimento dati manuale. L'interfaccia è basica ed accessibile a tutti, anche ai meno esperti.

Complessivamente ottimo prodotto, in realtà utilizzandolo da poco più di 2 mesi prevedo di utilizzarlo a pieno con l'inizio del 2024

Pros

Ottima la gestione da smatphone e tablet, App molto veloce e snella, sicuramente sarebbe opportuno oltre che comodo implementare come in EasyFatt la possibilità di inviare nel documento per il cliente il link di pagamento tramite TeamSystem Pay o gateway di pagamento personalizzabile.

Cons

La mancanza di possibilità di pre inserire link di pagamento nel documento generato per consentire al cliente di pagare elettronicamente quanto offerto.

Nel mio settore dove le referenze sono decine di migliaia è importantissimo avere uno strumento che ti semplifichi il lavoro nell'inserimento in tempo reale degli ordini, così si ottimizzano tempi e risorse

Pros

È un software semplice da utilizzare, molto flessibile e intuitivo, un aiuto imprescindibile per l'inserimento degli ordini

Cons

Solo una funzione nell'inserimento da Tablet, ovvero quando si inserisce quantità e sconti nella scheda dell'articolo viene su la tastiera virtuale e il pulsante "AGGIUNGI" viene coperto e c'è sempre bisogno di dover mettere giù la tastiera per proseguire con un nuovo inserimento. Sarebbe ottimale se detto pulsante restasse fuori dalla schermata in modo da poter proseguire con l'inserimento
