Podemos revisar caso a caso las grabaciones y ver los resultados de cada proveedor en forma macro e en forma individual

Cons

Al solicitar alguna mejora al sistema el tiempo de respuesta y ejecución debería ser mas corto

En general el equipo de ventas y atención al cliente es excelente. Su nivel de atención aún con clientes de presupuesto limitado es de alta calidad.

Pros

La relación calidad-precio es excelente para implementar en campañas con presupuesto limitado pero que requieren un impacto medible en los indicadores operativos. Es fácil justificar la inversión una vez obtenidos los resultados de la prueba inicial.

Cons

El proceso de implementación es lento y requiere calibración constante. No existe una interfaz automática para realizar actividades de configuración o calibración. La presentación de resultados es en tableros genéricos de PowerBI sin concentrarlos en una plataforma propia.

en general ha sido muy buena, si bien los tiempos de espera son algo largos, lo compensan muy bien con la excelente atención humana que tienen

Pros

Lo que mas destaca por sobre todas las cosa en la excelente intención al cliente que tienen, siempre dispuestos a aclarar dudas y dispuestos a generar sesiones de un momento a otro, estos los destaca y les da un extra.

Cons

Una de las areas de oportunidad son los tiempos de espera para las entregas y aplicación de calibraciones
