mi ha permesso di avere più tempo da dedicare ad altri aspetti aziendali

Pros

facilità d'uso del software e relative opzioni, assistenza clienti sempre puntuale e professionale

Cons

la cosa migliore sarebbe che le prenotazioni venissero caricate direttamente in automatico con tutti i relativi dati e non si dovessero inserire manualmente nel gestionale (come avviene adesso)

semplificazione delle varie operazioni : dalle prenotazioni , gestione disponibilità del channel manager, check-in, check out, gestione conti , alloggiati e tanto altro, tutto con unico strumento in continuo aggiornamento. Partendo dalla versione base, gia' di per se' con molte funzionalità , si puo' configurare al meglio secondo le proprie esigenze

Con lo staff di Echo ho trovato professionalità e tantissima pazienza nel sopportare e soddisfare tutte le mie richieste. Disponibilità ed intervento pressochè immediata anche fuori orario e festivi. Competenza e consigli anche su Hardware specifici da impiegare nella attività lavorativa. L'ho consigliato a colleghi e continuerò a farlo.

Pros

Il software mi permette di gestire ogni fase di lavoro dal Check-in al Check-out con estrema semplicità sono partito con un modulo base ed ogni anno aggiungo un modulo per rendere la mia struttura più completa e competitiva (gestione bar, gestione card RFID, etc) le possibilità sono tantissime prossimo step gestione automazioni.

Cons

Inizialmente un pò complesso il settaggio ma con l'assistenza costante del personale abbiamo risolto ogni fase anche sviluppando personalizzazioni specifiche per la mia attività.
