### "Isaac a company focused on the problems of today for the solutions of tomorrow"

I have found Isaac is a company that listens to their clients and develop solutions to that feedback. They may not have the answer or solution today but they are willing to get that answer with a solution for tomorrow. Their telematics report is second to none and paints a picture with data. From a safety perspective they excel at bringing their clients together to discuss their issues and share potential solutions. I would like to give a shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\] and her team for the excellent work they do.

Pros

I find Isaac to be a company that develops a product that focusses on the trucking industry. As a result their efforts are not spread across several platforms and product lines but rather are very focused on the needs of the truckers. The result is their innovations solve our problems. Their in cab driver experience is the best in class. They keep it simple for the driver.

Cons

There is nothing specific I don't like about Isaac but more of a desire to have them expand their entire in-cab driver solution on their tablet. So that the driver logs on sees his scorecard, can access the information that creates the score, and have all the available training to self improve. Tell the driver through data driven results what they did wrong but also what they did right. So the driver can control their self development.

### "Isaac makes E-Logs easy"

Excellent! When we have issues they are dealt with quickly. The solution on the truck side is largely "install the hardware and forget it". on the admin side there is a learning curve, but Isaac is there to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Pros

Ease of use on the administration and driver side of the solution. Effortless installation and maintenance compared to other E-Logs I have dealt with.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes perse. There can be ups and downs with Isaac but their support team are quick to respond and get to work to fix every issue I have come across.

I can't really review the back-office features. I will say that the dispatchers don't seem to be able to be able to input orders correctly, so apparently there are problems there as well. I certainly can review the driver interface. It is horrible. Drivers are extremely frustrated with Isaac.

Pros

It is getting some updates that have improved some features. For example, the driver tablets now can scan documents somewhat well, although still not as well as competing devices.

Cons

As someone with previous experience designing and building user interfaces, I can state that the user interface of the tablet is absolutely hideous. The basic ELD functionality is very poor. It even occasionally randomly changes the driver's status without notifying the driver, resulting in FMCSA violations. The company's CSA scores have risen since switching to ISAAC.

Cons

Power plug to cradle connection should be of high standards , which frequently broke or came out of the jack of tablet creating operating challenges. Preferably have more repair centers in Toronto area.

Ease of use is one of the main driving behind us choosing ISAAC. many of our drivers were requesting the change. After more than 3 years, we see the reliability of this solution

Very pleased with their product. Their customer service is top notch!

Pros

Ease of use for the driver. The platform takes the guesswork of what status to be in for a specific function and the required remarks are automated.

Cons

Would love to have GPS location tracking to share with customers through an email link. Within safety, I’d like to see some automated coaching options on the critical events platform.

I really appreciate the time and effort ISAAC has put into onboarding customers. Onboarding was WAYY better than our expectations, having implemented similar products in the past.

Easy of use, really smooth implementation, and ready out of the box!

overall, my experience is very good. Customer support is very helpful, I'd like to use them a little less though. Much improved presently.

Tracking, driver & vehicle management, camera & video, and ease of use. Customer support is very helpful as well.

Cons

Glitches in the system happen more frequently than I like, and managing activities on the InRealTime platform for drivers is a little complicated (manual driving issues).

Pour ma part, j'ai suivi la conférence et présentation Isaac ces 3 dérnières années. Je n'arrive pas a fournir le temps nécéssaire pour profiter de toute la technologie Isaac mais nous avons fait beaucoup de progrès a l'interne avec un très bon accompagnement de I'équip Isaac.

Le service / support client et le dévelopement des technologies qui évolue chaques année. Et l'écoute des client pour des améliorations adaptée a leurs besoins.

Cons

Pas de commentair, comme mentionnée plus haut. A chaques problème, Isaac nous arrive avec une solution améliorrée

ISAAC ne touche pas seulement a une chose , ISAAC est une solution complète pour notre entreprise , Pour nos suivi des fiches journalières , notre facturation , la répartition , le suivi de nos équipements , la télémétrie , la formation etc..

Cons

Rien de particulier , car je travail avec cette solutions depuis plus de dix année , avec l'implantation dans trois compagnies , ISAAC est une compagnie pro-active qui cherche a s'améliorer et qui est a l'écoute de ses clients

la stabilité de la plateforme ainsi que la qualité du matériel. le soutien technique est excellent.

Cons

une application isaac inrealtime pour cellulaires serait souhaitée, également la possibilité d'attacher des fichiers autres que PDF dans la messagerie au chauffeurs.

We moved to ISAAC for ELD solution a little less than 2 years. ISAAC is a quality solution, with great support. I am pretty happy with the move.

Pros

ISAAC is a great product but i appreciate most the excellent customer service.

Cons

ISAAC OnRecord is the some thing i always complain. Good that it is going away. Also I think ISAAC tablet is a little too pricey.

La volonté de développer et d'améliorer les fonctionnalités

Cons

La qualité de la caméra sur la tablette n'est pas adéquate pour la prise de photo des documents de voyage. Le scan est mieux mais les chauffeurs préfèrent encore mieux utiliser leurs propres application de scan.

### "Management focused"

The mobile hardware is nice in terms of processing speed and minimal downtime due to routine maintenance but the software learning curve is steep and some beta software modules are utterly useless. ISAAC uses truck drivers as beta testers with little or no regard for end user feedback. They only listen to managers.

Pros

Very detailed system that can be customized to specific needs.

Cons

Virtually impossible for an end user like myself (a truck driver) to provide any feedback to the developers at ISAAC. I work for a large company but i am not at liberty to submit any feedback on their behalf because firstly, I am not considered in a position to have an opinion by my company and secondly, ISAAC only comminicates with our company contact. The ISAAC system is designed and only caters to fleet managers. Drivers' opinions are not even considered in the development. When ISAAC states their system is "driver friendly" , I seriously doubt that it is from driver feedback. They definitely have never asked me for any opinion.
