Eine hervorragende Lösung für Online-Händler, die ihren Kunden ein erstklassiges und zukunftsorientiertes Einkaufserlebnis bieten möchten. Seit über einem Jahr nutzen wir die visuelle Produktsuche von vviinn und sind rundum zufrieden. Die enge Kooperation bei der Einrichtung & Optimierung der Suchergebnisse verlief reibungslos. Die virtuelle Produktsuche beeindruckt durch ihre Effizienz und unterstützt uns maßgeblich bei der Suche nach Artikeln. Ein herausstechender Vorteil ist die Möglichkeit, über Bilder zu suchen, insbesondere wenn Name oder Artikelnummer nicht zur Hand sind. Dies erweitert unsere Suchmöglichkeiten und fördert effektiv das Cross-Selling.

Cons

Bisher haben wir keine Nachteile bei der virtuellen Suchmaschine festgestellt. Wir sind gespannt auf künftige Weiterentwicklungen.

Mit vviinn können wir bei sehr vielen Produkten das Problem von fehlenden Daten und Produkteigenschaften lösen. vviinn findet Shopartikel die per Eigenschaftsfilter oder Suchwörtern nicht gefunden werden.

Pros

\- Das Ergebnis ist hervorragend. - Die Performance ist sehr gut. - Die Usability ist optimal.

Cons

Die Software hat aktuell keine erkennbaren Nachteile.

Wir haben damit unsere Produktseite final optimieren können und damit die conversion rate nachweisbar erhöht. Gern möchten wir jetzt den nächsten Schritt mit visual search gehen.

Pros

Wir nutzen die Software, um unseren Kunden auf den Produktdetailseiten die möglichst passenden Alternativen auszuspielen. Hier gibt es unserer Kenntnis bisher noch keine Lösung, die so universell und treffsicher ist. Des Weiteren hat uns der einfach und schnelle Einbau überzeugt.

Cons

Dass es sie nicht schon früher gab. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn sich noch neue Anwendungsgebiete ergeben, denn wir sind bisher sehr überzeugt.

Großartige Lösung für Onlinehändler, die ihren Kunden ein besseres Einkaufserlebnis anbieten möchten. Wir nutzen z.B. visuelle Produktempfehlungen von vviinn bereits seit über einem Jahr und sind sehr zufrieden. Im Rahmen eines A/B Testings konnten wir feststellen, dass der Anteil über die Empfehlungen gekauften Produkte in unserem Shop ist um das 3,6-fache gestiegen ist.

Pros

• Produktempfehlungen, die auf Basis der Bildähnlichkeit funktionieren • Die vviinn-Komponente lässt sich schnell und einfach ins Frontend integrieren. • Ein Plus ist auch, dass das Tool nicht auf das Tracking des Nutzerverhaltens angewiesen ist. • Das Team von vviinn haben wir als zuverlässige Partner kennen und schätzen gelernt.

Cons

Bisher keine Nachteile. Keine versteckten Kosten o.ä. Die Zusammenarbeit ist sehr transparent. Wir freuen uns auf weitere Lösungen von vviinn.
