Der Nutzer hat bei diesem Tool eine Simulationsmodell "from Scratch" aufzubauen und Daten jeder Art in das Tool zu laden. Der User kann dabei selbst entscheiden welche Dimensionen er benötigt und wie die Treiber und Ergebnisse kalkuliert werden sollen.

Pros

Die Flexibilität des Tools hinsichtlich der Datenverarbeitung aus unterschiedlichen Quellen & die Simulationsfähigkeit mit sehr flexiblen Treiberbäumen

Cons

Eine gewisse Technik- und Softwareaffinität (wie z.B. beim Umgang) mit Excel sollte bei den Usern vorhanden sein.

Das Tool eignet sich hervorragend zur treiberbasierten Planung. Durch den Aufbau von Treibermodellen je Geschäftsmodell und möglicher Aggregationsstufen bis zur Konzernsicht, werden die Effekte einzelner Treiber und Maßnahmen auf allen Ebenen sehr transparent. Damit gibt das Tool auch einen Anreiz zu unternehmerischem Handeln, insbesondere wenn die Effekte in unterschiedlichen Szenarien durchgespielt und für den Vorstand transparent werden. Das Team Valsight ist hochmotiviert und nimmt Anregungen gerne auf, sodass man auch die eigenen Funktionalitäten mitgestalten kann. Klare Empfehlung zur Nutzung!

Problemlose EInführung durch Cloud-Nutzung, , intuitive Benutzung, weitgehend self-service ohne externe Unterstützung, sehr hohe Felxibilität

Cons

Ich habe bislang keine Nachteile feststellen können. Kleinere Fehler oder Verbesserungswünsche wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit gefixt.

Der Support ist super und extrem hilfreich. Darüberhinaus ist die Kombination aus Planung und Visualisierung perfekt.

Cons

Es fehlt die gleichzeitige Benutzung von mehreren Usern und auf kleinen Bildschirmen ist die Usability nicht immer perfekt.

Nahezu unbegrenzte Möglichkeit an Simulationen zu unterschiedlichen Szenarien durchführbar. Riesiger Zeitgewinn um geschäftsrelevante Fragen schnell, fundiert und nachvollziehbar beantworten zu können.

Cons

Möglichkeit der graphischen Darstellung im Dashboard muss erweitert werden. Ich würde ungern Daten zu einer anderen Virtualisierungssoftware exportierten wollen
