Sr. Associate Director of Technology Legal Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Help your staff help themselves" October 6, 2020 5.0 Since rolling out Brainstorm we have seen a noticeable 20-30% drop in 1st level tickets - those common things like "how do a do a mail merge" "how do I set up Outlook rules" - issues that aren't hard for a an IT team but that add up and take time. My staff feel empowered too - some of them just want the answer as quick as they can get it - and this allows them to be up and running in only a few minutes. Brainstorm the company has been wonderful to deal with. Their implementation team asked all the right answers about our users and helped us set up a company-wide rollout plan. They followed up with some virtual trainings, using the product, to show how easy it was. They check in regularly with us, but not in an annoying "want to sell us more products" way, but to truly see if there's anything they can do with the service to make it better for our users. Pros We were looking for a way to give our users the support they needed on the products that they use daily, in a way that was easy and in a self-serve manner. Brainstorm provides step-by-step tutorials on all commonly used office software in bite-sized pieces. My staff can get the answer they need usually within 2-5 minutes of signing into the help site. Brainstorm is continually updating their tutorials, to keep up with changing software (especially the Office365 suite). Cons After using Brainstorm for over 2 1/2 years personally, and hearing about it from my staff there's nothing to dislike about this service. Nothing that we would change. The website theme is very sleek with many options and elementor is very intuitive...highly recommend Cons I bought the theme on life time and would love to but elementor on lifetime but as far as that haven't found anything to dislike about their products at all Review Source MB Michael B. Principal Internet Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Bad experience is with their "Convert Pro" and support. " October 18, 2023 2.0 My experience is with their "Convert Pro" and support. We are an agency in Los Angeles and have had a ticket open with Brainstorm Force for 6 days now. They do not respond. When they do respond it is after long days of waiting, and then we are asked for information we have already given them. The support person does not seem to duplicate simple issues and asks irrelevant questions. Apparently, they are in India so there is a pause of at least 24 hours for every question and query, if they respond at all. I have found that many of the glowing reviews on influencers' and other sites are bogus; perhaps they create their own reviews as a marketing ploy. The upshot is we have software that does not work, wasted hours and days resulting in a loss. Pros Promise. January 8, 2019 5.0 BrainStorm has been great to work with. I've enjoyed every meeting I've been a part of, and their support materials are amazing. Pros BrainStorm's QuickHelp product has enabled our users to tap into the un-leveraged capabilities of our Office 365 E5 license with quick tailored training content that is coupled with an excellent email marketing system. The implementation Team was a pleasure to work with. We went from signing the contract to rolling it out in less than 2 weeks. Our users love it, and so do I. Cons The way they bucket the content can be a little clunky, but this is because they have so much content that it can be overwhelming to administer. Review Source Amy M. April 8, 2021 4.0 Overall the experience with BrainStorm was very positive, you can tell that this is a very well thoughtout tool Pros i found BrainStorm to be a great way to Increase your staff security awareness with alot of good and effective tools. Pros Clear and easy to use, loads quickly and almost every aspect works with Elementor which makes for an easy website building experience. The pro version of the theme adds important functionality at an affordable price. Cons A little slow to respond on customer support sometimes, otherwise the documentation and range of options is very good.
