Le logiciel Syracuse est très bien adapté à mon contexte professionnel et au cahier des charges que nous avons demandé à Alféo.

Pros

Les possibilités de paramétrage avancés que peut réaliser l'administrateur lui-même sans faire appel à l'assistance. Les fonctionnalités de personnalisation et d'éditorialisation au portail

Cons

L'éditeur de texte de l'outil de blog pas très fiable. Rien d'autre à redire sur l'utilisation du logiciel.

Fonctionnalités natives très puissantes, souplesse et adaptabilité par les paramétrages. CMS propriétaires mais très puissants, permettant une activité éditoriale complète

Des améliorations sont encore possible sur l'espace de ressources documentaires propre des utilisateurs

Solution qui répond complètement à notre besoin. Le fait que le logiciel soit jeune et évolue très régulièrement est un plus.

Pros

Logiciel métier pour les bibliothèques et centres de documentation qui répond à l'ensemble des fonctionnalités demandées. Très facile à prendre en main. Très paramétrable. Mise en oeuvre un peu fastidieuse mais dépend du chef de projet et du périmètre du projet. Logiciel qui évolue très régulièrement : 3 mises à jour par an donc les demandes d'évolution arrivent rapidement.

Cons

Il manque actuellement la fonctionnalité permettant de gérer les inscriptions en ligne aux formations : gestion des listes d'attente, feuilles d'émargement...

Nous utilisions depuis 20 ans l'ancêtre de Syracuse : Aloes, donc c'était la suite logique de passer à Syracuse.

Dans la mise à jour Syracuse d'octobre 2022, nous avons apporté de nombreuses améliorations aux fonctionnalités de gestion des agendas, en lien avec les activités et évènements proposés par les organisations. Si vous souhaitez visionner nos replays de webinaires, ils sont disponibles depuis le site de la communauté (syracuse.archimed.fr). Concernant les services inhérents plus spécifiquement à la gestion des formations, ils sont en roadmap et arriveront début 2023.

A part quelques dysfonctions occasionnelles, ce SIGB sur étagère est maniable, facilement paramétrable et administrable (il faut pratiquer quotidiennement sinon on oublie!)
