I appreciate that Quality Forward provides a comprehensive view of the entire workflow, as it successfully covers all areas and departments involved in the process.

It also comes with robust modules for deviations, CAPA, document control, and audits, all aligned with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11, which ensures audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Cons

What I liked least about Quality Forward is that its deep integration with ServiceNow can be a double-edged sword—if your organization isn’t already on ServiceNow, implementation can feel complex and costly. Also, while the no-code configuration is great, advanced customizations sometimes require ServiceNow expertise. Reporting is strong, but some users find the interface less intuitive compared to dedicated QMS platforms like TrackWise.

User friendly tool and easy to operate. Further it is very easy to learn even for the beginner. It help me tracking very nicely.

There are various trends which can be monitored through Quality forward, however trainers are not providing these training and the tool itself is not self driven to indicate which trend can be printed using what method

\-There is no strong trigger for quality events crossed extension dates -Finding users to assign tasks is difficult. The users should be found with few word of the first name and should be really quick.

I like the great attitude and the 'yes we can' approach of Quality Forward. The team's response time is very quick, and the solutions provided are of high quality.

Cons

One thing that could have improved my satisfaction would be more frequent use of tables (rather than drop-down choices); however, I understand that this could impact licensing costs.
