Ho provato poche volte perché poi è scaduto il tempo di prova

Pros

Resto dell idea che è un software spettacolare ma molto pesante per i computer semplici e anche abbastanza caro per il resto nulla da dire

Cons

La spesa che non ho fatto proprio perché alta e la dimensione del software non adatta a computer commerciali

La utilización del software a sido de gran beneficio para el desarrollo de la empresa, en cuanto a presentación del proyecto, así como para el desarrollo de la construcción. Absolutamente recomendado para todos los profesionales que dediquen al área de la construcción.

solo una pequeña cosa, al principio podía compartir el uso de la herramienta, en cualquier computadora, en cualquier parte del mundo, con FreeLancer que se dedican a estas actividades.

Pros

Il software è molto completo e possiede moltissimi strumenti utili alla progettazione. Il vantaggio di tutti i software Bim è la possibilità di ottenere risultati molto chiari e completi in temi relativamente brevi e in modo molto compatto. La peculiarità di Edificius è quella di essere molto specifico ed efficace, ci sono tante risorse in libreria che oltre andare forma alle idee possono essere un buono spunto per trovare soluzioni nuove. Il software permette di importare da Google Maps l'area circostante l'edificio in 3D. Una volta finita la modellazione BIM è possibile estrapolare una scheda tecnica con le caratteristiche rilevanti e tutte le tavole grafiche desiderate dai prospetti alle sezioni completi di dettagli e leggende.

Cons

Il software manca un po' della versatilità tipica dei programmi direttamente concorrenti. Richiede uno sforzo molto alto alla scheda grafica e per questo motivo si blocca spesso e si rischia di perdere la parte del lavoro non salvata, da problemi anche con ottime schede grafiche, dunque spesso è sconsigliato utilizzare due schermi diversi, che invece sarebbero utili per poter copiare dettagli costruttivi specifici da foto o disegni.

This software allows for efficient rendering and presentation. It's worth a shot.

Pros

Using one software for many aspects of the project I am working on, from drawings to perspective walkthroughs, I can make my offers presentations and BoQ look very professional. The MEP design includes Smart objects that automatically connect and grant the option to model piping and ducts in 3D, even under heavy workloads. Using Edificius software, you can design buildings using powerful tools and stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and technologies. RTBIM window and program interface are clear and easy to use

Cons

There are two issues I have with the software: 1) There are not enough shortcuts2) I cannot share my models directly on the cloud

En lo poco que he visto y en las funcionalidades que tiene como por ejemplo su propio motor de render, es un software que está dando mucho que decir, sin mucho apuro diría que en poco tiempo será uno de los mejores en el mercado, desde luego si lo siguen perfeccionando. Si encuentran alguna manera de resolver el problema descrito arriba, por favor enviarme a mi correo.

Pros

LA facilidad con el que se desarrolla un proyecto de termino medio.

Cons

Hace falta opciones en las funciones de los objetos, especialmente en los envolventes verticales, en Ecuador se elabora un proyecto con el pre-diseño de los pilares y en los encuentros esquineros con éste, las paredes se unen y no tienen una opción para "No permitir unión" como lo tiene Revit cuando dos paredes convergen en un vértice de una columna, en Edificius se unen y atraviesan el pilar, dando un mal aspecto, se resolvería poniendo un anchurado oscuro en los pilares, pero eso no es una solución, también le hace falta comando de intersecciones o alargamientos como en AutoCAD, que es muy necesario, por lo demás esta muy bien.

I think it's a good software, it can be integrate with other softwares like Primus, Thermus, etc. to make your business faster. I think it can grow up in the next future to be a solid platform.

Pros

It's easy to use with small and medium buildings, for bigger ones it can be a little more tricky. But as I said for small and medium is easy and fast to use.

Cons

When you have to use non standard parts it's tricky, when you work on libraries you go smooth.

Pros

Lots of smart objects and options to aid you in the designing process. Real time rendering for fast presentations.

Cons

Some bugs and overlooked options that ruin everything. And when the smart objects end, you have to improvise.
