Ho aperto la struttura nel 2020, il team Gipo mi ha accompagnato passo passo da subito con una versione molto base, per poi permettermi di implementare i servizi, grazie all' assistenza dedicata nel fare le scelte più consone alle mie esigenze per riuscire a sfruttare a pieno il gestionale con cui oggi ho implementato anche ĺ A.I. che mi permette un controllo di gestione veloce e attendibile.

Pros

La versatilità e ĺ implementazione dei servizi.

Cons

Ĺ iniziale complessità di utilizzo che grazie all assistenza ho superato senza problemi.

Facilità di utilizzo e completezza delle funzioni a disposizione. Straordinario il servizio che ti mette a disposizione sempre un Acccount Manager dedicato.

Essendo un programma molto completo è ricco di funzionalità che vanno imparate a fondo.

Esperienza positiva, il software è molto intuitivo e user friendly sia per amministrazione che per i medici

Avere tutte le funzionalità di un gestionale completo in un'unica interfaccia, accessibile anche da remoto. Ottima l'integrazione con Miodottore

Cons

Alcune caratteristiche sono poco personalizzabili: e.g.: le fatture una volta prodotte non possono essere modificate, ma solo cancellate e ri-create. e.g: i referti non possono essere visualizzati dal direttore sanitario, se non dopo autorizzazione del refertante. E.g: se un nome è stato digitato erroneamente in agenda, non si può piu modificare

Pros

Sono contento del passaggio a GipoNext come gestionale di segreteria. L'apprendimento sull'utilizzo è stato semplice e immediato. Il software in cloud è un grande vantaggio e finora non ha mai dato nessun problema di velocità caricamento pagine. Le funzioni utilizzate sia per le attività di segreteria che per quelle amministrative sono facili da comprendere e attuare.

Cons

Finora l'unico inconveniente è l'abitudine all'utilizzo, provenendo da altro gestionale.

Complessivamente supporta dall’appuntamento alla fatturazione per il Paziente e fondamentale il calcolo dei compensi degli specialisti

È un software completo dalla fatturazione ai compensi medici alla messaggistica

Il fatto che non si capisce bene quale sia la modalità di prendere gli appuntamenti se da assegnazione o direttamente dall’agenda

Pros

Il gestionale permette di gestire al meglio gli appuntamenti dei vari specialisti del poliambulatorio. Inoltre tramite il sistema di messaggistica istantanea è possibile ricordare ai pazienti e medici l'appuntamento preso e successivamente di richiedere una recensione sulla piattaforma Miodottore integrata. Il sistema di fatturazione classico ed elettronico è più che soddisfacente. Tutto molto semplice da usare. L'assistenza e la formazione iniziale sono ottime.

Cons

Purtroppo il numero di agende a disposizione è insufficiente (per quanto costa). é un pò macchinosa la configurazione iniziale ma una volta impostato tutto procede per il meglio
