It was a solid solution for the money we paid and was useful in an early stage of our business. The simplicity was boon and bane. But the lack of professional support was disappointing.I just checked their latest website, because it has been some years we used this software daily. It is alarming how less has changed since then. Two software solutions later we are now very happy with JTL Wawi which can do much more much better (even though it has its own disadvantages and shortcomings)

Pros

1\. For a very small company as ours at the time of purchase the pricing was the main point. It was not the cheapest, but far away from the real business solutions.2. The configuration is not as complex as with comparable products - but the possibilities are limited, too.3. It came with a their own MailOffice application, which was a well integrated email client and had the ability to work with shared folders.

Cons

1\. Just outdated: UX and features are like 10 years behind.2. Lots of bugs.3. Helpless and sometimes even hostile support.
