Pros

Working with CRMuk has been a genuinely positive experience from day one. Implementing a new CRM system can be challenging, but the team made the process feel straightforward and manageable by taking the time to understand our business, our people and what we were trying to achieve. What has impressed us most is how approachable and responsive they have been throughout. Whether it's answering questions, helping us work through new ideas, or making tweaks to the system, nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. Challenges are dealt with quickly, communication is always clear, and we know we can rely on them when we need support. CRMuk feel less like a supplier and more like an extension of our own team. They have invested in our success, worked alongside us to continually improve the system, and have built a relationship based on trust, collaboration and shared goals. We genuinely value their expertise and support and would happily recommend them to any organisation looking for a CRM partner.

Cons

There is nothing we don't like. The experience from the start to where we are now has been positive througout.

Ace, love the service, great to people to easily talk to real people that really know their stuff. Really don't know why anyone would want a big complex enterprise CRM as this system makes everything easier!

Pros

Cracking CRM, the most flexible and configurable CRM I have ever used. Easy to access service is a major benefit too.

Cons

Too much flexibility, but we'd much prefer too much flexibility that not enough flexibility, it makes it a very adapatable service so we use it to manage all sorts of processes.

Very positive experience, from day one there has been transparency and communication. CRM have a positive can do approach to almost everything which we have been very impressed with. The transition from an untidy data structure in our old system to one which provides clear and actionable data with theCRM has been a breath of fresh air and we look forward to continuing our long term working relationship.

Pros

Responsive team, can-do attitude and simple data structuring.

Cons

Lack of "out of the box" integrations but this is usually overcome very quickly by theCRM's developers.

My own experience of CRM systems and how they work has built up over many years, working with Clients, across different departments, where CRM has not always been the resounding success that companies expect. The team at CRM-UK have given a real breath of fresh air to problem solving, ROI and probably most importantly, the user experience. When all is said and done, it is only user engagement that can make a success of any roll out, and this software, and this provider, really deliver on that.

Pros

theCRM is incredibly flexible and you do not find yourself having to manipulate your own business processes to fit the software. It is completely the other way around, which I have found refreshing for the CRM Market. For instance, if you are working on complicated Projects, where some of the influencers of those Projects are not direct Customers or Leads, it's no problem. You can assign Contacts to anything. There are no work arounds where you have to set them up as a Customer or Lead first. Managing complex relationships in theCRM is logical and reflects the real world of managing various contact levels.

Cons

It's difficult to answer this one negatively. As a Business and Software Consultant, I work with two different Clients that have rolled out theCRM and both of those companies are achieving exactly what they set out to do. The team at CRM-UK are always on hand when it comes to some of more outlandish requests, and really work to understand Client and User need. The only real negative I can think of is that I wish I had found theCRM sooner.

Reasons for choosing theCRM

Upon all interested parties completing a Functional Requirements document, my Clients quickly eliminated one potential provider. From there, they engaged with the two providers that were a functional fit on paper. Very quickly, it became clear that theCRM was not only a perfect functional fit, but CRM-UK themselves asked lots of questions to get a real understanding of what the customer really needed, both operationally and process wise. When a provider makes you feel important, you get a good sense for how they will work with you going forward. They haven't disappointed.
