Pros O programa é fácil de usar, me ajuda muito no meu dia a dia no suporte aos clientes que realizo todos os dias, é um software que recomendo. O que mais gostei nele foi a interatividade com mais rapidez. Cons Pra mim é um software completo, mas sempre pode melhorar em algumas funcionalidades aos usuários. Mas no geral estou satisfeita. Pros The software does its job, it is possible to perform remote access, provide support, etc. However, I only use it if I have some limitation in the tools I have. Cons Over the years I've noticed that they still have the same interface that I consider to be absolute, it's not attractive, it doesn't convey any good experience for those who do the remote access. Occasional crashes (on the remote PC as well, making impossible to work unattended) and most important a lot of issues with almost all the antiviruses (which identify Ammyy Admin as a virus) and almost all the browsers (which do NOT allow to download Ammyy Admin). We once even had our website warned for containing malware and wehad to remove the program exe of Ammyy Admin.
