It gives great benefits such as user-friendliness, no installation required, voice chat enabled and minimum application download size. Overall Ammyy Admin is great to use. Pros Ammyy Admin is the easiest to use remote desktop application available with light weight download and super fast desktop sharing. Cons If Ammyy Admin allows the remote user to restart the remote workstation, it will be much useful. Also the ability to customize the name and icon of the program is a nice addition. Cons Sometimes unreliable as the router servers are down. The speed of the connection if you do not change the resolution to a lower bit color is slow. Reason for choosing Ammyy Admin The licence cost was very affordable and the other features were good enough for our use case. PR & Supporto Clienti Information Technology and Services Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Handy tool but not usable anymore" June 6, 2022 3.0 Very poor customer support, left with no answer we had to avoid using it Pros Easy deploy: it should be just copied and run, however being very silence to the end user (when connections happen, file transfer happen, etc.) we had complain from customer we used to connect to for supporting reasons Cons We had tried for a long time Ammyy in our company, but had to stop using it due to the multitude of issues encountered. Occasional crashes (on the remote PC as well, making impossible to work unattended) and most important a lot of issues with almost all the antiviruses (which identify Ammyy Admin as a virus) and almost all the browsers (which do NOT allow to download Ammyy Admin). We once even had our website warned for containing malware and wehad to remove the program exe of Ammyy Admin. Pros O programa é fácil de usar, me ajuda muito no meu dia a dia no suporte aos clientes que realizo todos os dias, é um software que recomendo. O que mais gostei nele foi a interatividade com mais rapidez. Cons Pra mim é um software completo, mas sempre pode melhorar em algumas funcionalidades aos usuários. Mas no geral estou satisfeita.
