Ils vous promettent mots et merveilles !! Une fois que vous avez signé..... TERMINÉ. Plus personne au bout du fil, et lorsqu'ils décroches.... si tu remets pas de l'argent, personnes ne bouge !!!!

J'ai decouvert que pour trouver un client il fallait faire des #, %, ☆. Et le mec ose te dire que c'est normale !! Pardon, mais non ... absolument pas !!

Cons

Le logociel est totalement pourri !! Son vrai nom c'est "infonaz". Rien de pratique, rien de ludique, une prise de tete des plus complète et énormément de perte de temps !

Le fait de pouvoir partager les informations entre les services tout en pouvant garder la confidentialité de dossiers.

ne pas pouvoir ouvrir plusieurs onglets en même temps : exemple ouvrir plusieurs contacts.

La non appartenance des clients aux commerciaux mais à l'entreprise. Le partage des informations. Un début de GED.

Pros

La connexion avec ONAYA afin d'éviter une double saisie (je dois finaliser cette connexion). L'intégration des emails. La synchronisation avec les smartphones. L'intégration dans l'utilisation du logiciel des différents services de l'entreprise. Un SAV et développeur compétents.

Cons

La connaissance d'un "langage de programmation" pour une analyse des données et la conception des éditions.

Infocob permet de traiter et de centraliser tous les process de l'entreprise, et pas uniquement la relation client

Cons

Il est temps qu'une nouvelle version arrive, car l'ergonomie et la présentation des onglets peut refroidir les utilisateurs les moins motivés.
