“It looks like the work is outsourced to a random place that has no knowledge about the program or any desire to know about the program. When they are not able to answer with a Yes/No answers they want to refer back to you via Email, while during the chat it is already clear that they DO NOT have the information they need & are in the same time not able to communicate where the information they are looking for can be found.“

### "New Insights"

I am enjoying exploring the site, reading all the insights from others all over the world. Very interesting!

Pros

The training is very helpful and in depth. The connections made when participating in the discussions are great to help see new viewpoints.

Cons

There is a lot going on and it might be easy to miss new information or new activities. Many tabs to click on.

### "Autodesk Construction Cloud "

January 13, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is definitely positive. Ever since I started using ACC my job has been so much easier.

Pros

Autodesk Construction Cloud makes a huge difference in my everyday work life. I used to have to keep physical plan sets for multiple projects. Now everything is right on my phone. I can even mark-up drawings and published changes can be seen by everyone on the project. Absolute game changer!

Cons

The thing I disliked the most about Autodesk Construction Cloud is that I didn't find out about it sooner. Compared to other programs like it ACC is fast, simple, and easy to use.

### "ACC Review"

June 12, 2025

3.0

My overall experience with autodesk construction cloud is very good. Very similar to autodesk BIM360 but takes some getting used to after being familiar to using BIM for years.

Pros

What I like best about autodesk construction cloud is that it is very easy to store and share documents across teams.

Cons

What I like least about autodesk construction cloud is the interface is a little more clunky/different than BIM360 which was previously used for same thing, but just needs some getting used to.

### "ACC as a Cloud solution for PM and 3D/4D collaboration "

October 30, 2025

5.0

The experience has been very positive with continued improvements from Autodesk. We are test piloting a full comparison to our ProCore current Construction PM platform.

Pros

There are several key features that improve our current workflow: 1. Cloud based 3D model integration with associated data for team collaboration 2. Standard Project Management tools 3. Control of 3D Asset library that enhances our current workflow with Navisworks > Revit > Point Clouds/Reality Capture

Cons

The platform needs better admin level permissions to better repeat standard process for adding and removing Subcontractor permissions. Overall, a better admin global control system of data for batch updating and automation.

### "Autodesk Construction Cloud: Best for BIM collaboration"

January 16, 2026

4.0

For a subcontractor like our company, it is best suited for our core job like BIM and design collaboration. But it's not for General Contractor.

Pros

The major and probably the major pros of Autodesk Construction Cloud are its sole focus on BIM. For a subcontractor like us, who only focuses on BIM and design work: it is the go-to Project management tool.

Cons

If you are a General Contractor and have to deal with various workflows including multiple entities, then Autodesk Construction Cloud is just not worthy.

### "Best app for the project team"

February 1, 2026

5.0

It is a very user friendly platform and even a beginner can access it without any issues as the options are very straightforward.

Pros

It is a fantastic application to deliver the desired output and improves the quality of the project at every stage.

Cons

Customizing the dashboard doesn’t give many options and limited to only a few options that’s consumes a lot of project time.

### "A Powerful and User-Friendly Platform for Architects and Construction Teams"

January 8, 2026

5.0

I truly love it. As an architect, I have been familiar with Autodesk tools since my university years, and Autodesk Construction Cloud feels like a natural evolution—powerful, reliable, and extremely helpful throughout all project stages.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use and how much it simplifies daily tasks. The platform streamlines workflows, keeps everything well organized, and makes collaboration much more efficient.

Cons

Sometimes the system provides so many pre-built tools and ready-made solutions that it can feel a bit restrictive when trying to customize certain workflows to very specific needs.

### "Good for document control"

January 17, 2026

5.0

I switch form the primar tool for the Cloud because it offers more sharing and collaboration features.

Pros

I like most the Bridge tool that gives more abilities to share. Like sharing specific folders with separate ACC access without losing control of internal working files.

Cons

First setting up can be a nightmare. So for small projects, I used to pick a template and I replicate derectories as I go

### "From Overwhelming to Indispensable"

August 16, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud has been a journey from initial challenge to significant reward.

Pros

Integration with Autodesk Ecosystem: For firms already using Revit, Civil 3D, and other Autodesk products, the integration is a key advantage. It creates a smooth workflow, allowing for easy data transfer and continuity from design to construction.

Cons

Pricing and Cost Structure: The pricing can be expensive, especially for smaller companies or for accessing specific features that are "stuck behind a paywall."

### "Top Construction Management product"

March 1, 2025

5.0

Ease of use, control where needed, accurate and reliable for peace of mind. The learning website makes the learning curve gentle.

Pros

In spite of how good it already is, there's always room for improvement; and that's exactly what it does, it just keeps improving and adding much needed features

Cons

I'd go with pricing, but totally worth it.

### "Not my favorite software"

October 2, 2024

3.0

Pros

Not really sure. I have to pay as a sub for my own subscription when a GC uses it and there is a ton of information on here that is never used that just jumbles everything up

Cons

The fact that I have to pay to use this software as a subcontractor when there are so many other software's that the GC pays for so we don't have to. Lot's of products far superior

### "Robust Toolset for Streamlined Construction Management"

May 29, 2024

5.0

Pros

What I like most about Autodesk Construction Cloud is its comprehensive integration of tools that enhance project management and collaboration. The platform centralizes project data, which streamlines workflows, minimizes miscommunications, and reduces errors. Having real-time access to information significantly improves tracking and coordination among team members, leading to smoother project execution and increased overall productivity.

Cons

Although the platform’s outages are rare, they can significantly disrupt our operations due to our reliance on its central data repository. Additionally, I worry about the potential difficulty of migrating data to another platform in the future, which could pose challenges for long-term flexibility and data portability.

### "Benefit of Autodesk Construction Cloud "

October 13, 2023

It is a cloud based single platform for document management , project tracking , project management and all the different services provided by ACC. It help us to keeping the ongoing , planned and upcoming projects on track and help in forecasting the upcoming projects with all the required members with different role and permission level.

Cons

Version control and connection with Revit is quite difficult to use.

### "Most impactful review"

October 29, 2023

5.0

I can describe in a few words, the productivity and efficiency working collaboratively with the work and the office as a whole has been totally enriching.

Pros

I think that the way of saving and organizing all the files in the same source of truth DOCS is one of the things that has made my productivity easier in my day using ACC. The second is BUILD, the connection between the field and our office. It has been one of the most significant advances in our work workflow on the construction site.

Cons

I think that in BUILD the way the sheets are organized can be improved, recently you did an update on a way of organizing called collection, it's not bad, it has given me the way to find the shop drawings sets more easily, but after they are in the collection folder that I have created and I cannot take the sheets out from there again, you should create a simpler way to be able to locate the version set more easily, because it gets complicated when I have many, I take them out at least a week 8 shop drawings set, imagine there are around 32 minimum sets per month, it has been difficult for us on many occasions to find a particular set, that is, more than a filter is needed, so it is better to be able to organize by folders.

Pros

I like how it helps in managing projects effectively I like the environment that it provides for collaboration for all those involved in the same project

Cons

I am not agree about the monthly cost of the program because it breaks young and poor minds from elevating their skills in the field.

### "ACC got it ALL - be it Preconstruction, Design, or Field!"

October 12, 2023

4.0

Pros

ACC has become a one-stop-shop for all our projects, ranging from managing and coordinating BIM models, managing design development, quantity take-off to project management needs such as RFIs, Submittals, Schedules, Meeting Minutes. It has become a catchphrase in the company whenever someone asks: "Where can I find it? It's on ACC, of course!"

Cons

Some of the tools still have too many clicks to go through, for example Forms, Photos, Submittals module. Once someone gets the hang of it - all things totally make sense. However, since these modules are frequently going to be used by our field teams, we might need to make these features a bit easier to use. And I know, Autodesk is continuously developing these features by collecting feedback from multiple sources, which is great!

### "HB Construction - "Built Different!" with Autodesk BIM 360"

January 31, 2017

4.0

Recently HB Construction in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is offering our design teams and owners new tools to help facilitate our commitment to providing quality buildings. Autodesk BIM 360 products, Glue and Field with Autodesk Building Ops are cloud based mobile platforms used for coordination, collaboration, QA/QC management, asset and finally preventative maintenance. Autodesk's BIM tools are transforming HB's handover experience to our owners and building operators giving them access on day one of operations to the information they need. Gathering of building data starts in the early stages of pre-construction. HB creates construction models either from the design models or from 2D construction sets. Using Autodesk BIM 360 Glue, models are used to coordinate location of trade's elements virtually before placement in the field. We work with all our sub-contractors to sign-off on a fully coordinated model before field work begins. While working on coordinating element locations in BIM 360 Glue, HB and its subs also use Autodesk BIM 360 Field to provide asset data important to the building elements warranty, preventative maintenance and operation management. BIM 360 Field also supports our field management allowing HB to track issues for quality assurance, safety, and commissioning. As the project nears completion, Building Ops connects to BIM 360 Field allowing all the relevant documents, models, photographs and videos associated with the building components and asset data to be migrated and conveniently available in Building Ops. Using the available data and information in Building Ops the HB warranty team continually updates and manages asset information such as location, operation, maintenance, repairs and service requests for two years after substantial completion. Those in charge of operating and maintaining the building are invited and can use the mobile or web interface of the application also. In fact, we encourage this. HB is proud to offer Autodesk BIM 360 Glue and Field and Autodesk Building Ops as added value services to our clients as they enable HB to save time, money and resources with a fully coordinated data-centric model used to manage field quality and safety during construction passing on to owners and operators, true real-time asset information reflective of the building design and construction that they may trust and access on day one of the handover experience.

Pros

The ability to access real data from the cloud. The ease at learning and getting started quickly with really world results. Ability to show subs the ease and capabilities so that they feel part of the team.

Cons

I do wish the BIM 360 products were more integrated. Each of the Autodesk BIM 360 tools offer such needed benefits that if they were able to interact with each other our teams would use them even more. When a team member on the site has to go to 3 or 4 different tools to access the same data it can get tiring.

### "Autodesk Construction Cloud for BIM"

April 13, 2023

4.0

The extent of possibilities being offered by Autodesk Construction Cloud has been amazing in terms of forecast and vision. However, the practicality is still hindered by theresistance to change from different stakeholders

Pros

BIM is the future for sustainable construction and BIM is the essence that is being promoted by Autodesk Construction Cloud in a single platform for all stakeholders to design, plan, execute and monitor the project within the three founding pillars of time, cost and quality

Cons

The high cost of Autodesk Construction Cloud makes its use only feasible for mega projects.
