Pros Organizational Management the software is great when it works and will let you into the project. everything is easy to search through Cons Customer Support is the worst I have experienced. couldn't be more unhappy with how they respond. Pros Easy to use and navigate. I like the subcontractor database, but it could help with the calling of each individual subcontractor. The email tends to get ignored. Cons No assistance reaching out to subcontractors. Like I said before they do not always care to look at the email sent out. Plus the cost seams to just keep getting more and more expensive for the platform in total.
