I think it really helps to better connect teams- in and out of the office! That is a must as more companies are transitioning to WFH scenarios.

Pros

It is super similar to other platforms that I've used in the past and that makes me feel like it's easier to get in contact with my team members!

Cons

There truthfully isn't anything that I like about it so far, other than the fact that, it can be a little overwhelming with all the options on the left. But, I like that you can hide some of them if you choose.

I've been using Pumble since 2019 to support my work as a freelance writer for several overseas companies. Pumble stands out from other communication platforms. In my personal opinion, Pumble has a concise interface, is more secure, convenient, and easy to use.

Pros

Security and comfort in communicating both private chats and group chats that I can't find on other platforms.

Cons

So far I have not found any significant shortcomings including bugs and other problems while using Pumble.

### "Very happy with Pumble!"

We were looking for a low-cost, robust chat and messaging system to use for our small business. Pumble has turned out to be excellent for us and is giving us everything we need. We've used Slack, Teams, and other systems in the past and Pumble is as good as, probably better, than any of those for our needs. We're also now working with a remote VA who we've added to our account. She says it's very easy to use even though she's never come across the product before. We're on the free plan and that's exactly what we need for now.

Pros

Ease of use. Comprehensive free plan. Can make (most) channels private if you invite a third party like a VA.

Cons

Pumble automatically added our new VA to our #general channel, which we didn't really want, and it turns out you can't make that channel private on the free version.

My overall experience with Pumble has been positive: I use it daily for calls, sharing images, and quick screenshots. It works smoothly for remote teamwork and keeps communication simple.

Pros

The thing I like the most is the threads feature, because it keeps conversations organized without cluttering the main chat. It makes teamwork smoother and prevents important messages from getting lost.

Cons

What I liked least about Pumble is the way notifications are handled, since they can be a bit confusing and not always consistent. It sometimes makes me miss updates that are actually important.

Overall, Pumble is a great communication tool for teams. It is easy to use, reliable, and cost-effective. It still needs improvements in stability and integrations, but for daily use it works very well.

Pros

I really liked that Pumble has a very generous free plan with unlimited users and chat history, plus an intuitive interface that is simple to learn and fast support that makes everything easier for teams.

Cons

What I liked least about Pumble is the lack of many native integrations and the fact that sometimes the app crashes or becomes slow during video calls or when loading large files, which can affect productivity.

Pros

Features and integrations. Seamless app navigation and simple UI. The paid Pro plan is very competitively priced, adding features like guest accounts, file storage upgrades, and advanced administration tools for a low per-user cost. The Pro plan allows you to invite clients, contractors, or partners as "guests" with controlled access to specific channels, facilitating external collaboration.

Cons

Occasional bugs. Being a newer and smaller player, there are fewer online resources, community forums, and troubleshooting guides compared to the giants. This can make solving unique problems more challenging. While you can share files, the management and preview capabilities are not as robust. The free plan's storage is also limited

Good overall if there was no issue with the notification, I would rate it 5 out of 5. Love the way it provides platform as all in one for teams.

Pros

I like how we can do all the communication in one place. We can create channels and thread that help to organize all the information, files and important messages.

Cons

There is one slight issue with the notification. We don't get notify when someone post message inside the thread which leads to missing information.

It is very easy communication with all of your coworkers in the building without having to use your personal cell phones. Also you are able to get work related messages across the building from one department to the other department without hassle.

nothing. I think this system is very easy and convenient for anyone who is working in any industry really. Because it csn be useful in any industry.

It's been great, specially for me since I need to be on top of all my trainees. It allows me to better communicate with everyone in a timely manner.

Pros

Great communications platform, being able to create group chats helps having a better communication among all employees. The video calls are great to meet with anyone inmediately and do screen sharing.

Cons

When creating chats, if you don't know how to properly use it at the beggining it can be very messy.

Overall, it's almost on par with the other chat tools out there. It's easy to use and easy to share files.

Pros

Easy to use. I can paste GIFs and pictures quickly while chatting with my team and sharing insights.

Cons

There were a lot of moments where I had good internet coverage but when I had a video call with my manager, either we got cut off or we couldn't see each other.

This is an excellent app to communicate with the team . Not complicated to use, I get notified on time.

Pros

It's easy to use and never had any issues with it ever since ive used it. It's not so complicated to add, mention or remove users from the group. I think it's secure (hopefully) :) but it's a fantastic experience

Cons

none so far as everything has been smooth and responsive. I would just like to suggest if you can make it easier to see the direct threads so it would be hard to look for a message I have accidentally closed.

Pumble is simple chat app and its so user friendly , easy and comfortable in use. I am a BIG FAN of it now.

1\. Thread chats are NOT appealing and it gets lost if you dont follow up. 2. Push Notifications and pop-ups are not forceful enough.

My experience has been good. It has been great to keep in contact with my team and supervisors. It makes real time issues easier to deal with.

Pros

It's easy to use. set up and can be used with multiple browsers plus has an app. Very easy to switch and great for communication.

Cons

The alert system sends many emails even after I opted out. I had to mark it as spam to get them to stop.

Easy of use, search feature, video calling. Pumble went down one day and customer support was a ble fix the issues within 10 to 15 mins.

Cons

Can not search words from a person. Can not send more than 10 pictures at a time. Having to get a code every time using different device.

Overall it easily matches, if not bests, its competitors like Slack or Basecamp or others, especially without the heavy subscription fee.

Pros

Quick communication with my collaborator, an intuitive interface, ability to chat live while creating, ease of rolling in new coworkers and collaborators. And the price! I also appreciate the suite of other apps they offer, which I discovered thru Pumble.

Cons

Pumble works great in and of itself, but on my M4 Mac, for some reason it's extremely laggy. It takes a long time to start up, and every action goes slowly. I hope they will send an upgrade to fix this.

Overall, the experience has been great. The only thing that could be improved is adding more advanced features to video calls, but for the basics, they work really well.

So far it has been a learning process. I want to say that it is user-friendly, however I need a bit more time to explore the medium.

Pros

I enjoy the communication feature. Being able to communicate with the team as a whole as well as individually is helpful.

Cons

The busy-ness of the interface. There is a lot going on within the page-- makes focusing and finding the location of features a little difficult.

I use the app every day, and it’s incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate how well the web-based version works for quick access on any device.

Pros

Same as slack and UI colors a better than that. Channel creatation UI is easier than slack and userfriendly.

Cons

The UI Color and the Thread column in right side. The web app is works perfect as desktop apps. Better PRICE.
