It is an affordable communications platform for my organization. Pros The software ports data from slack very easily. The ui is similar to slack as well, supporting the transition. The notification sound sounds nice. Cons I would appreciate a 'catch up' or ICYMI function that Slack and Discord has, respectively. Side menu could be less cluttered. It’s simple, clean, and effective for team communication, but adding reminders would make it even better. Pros I really like the threaded conversations in Pumble. They keep discussions well organized and make it easy to follow up on specific topics without cluttering the main chat. Cons Tne downside is the lack of a reminder feature. It doesn't require more how-to's research and review since it's very straightforward. Cons It would be when I am mentioned by a user, the highlighted names are distracting. It would be much less distracting if the names mentioned were in bold format. Pumble helps the multi passionate professionals to compartmentalize and methodically approach the notifications that often invade our screens. Pros It has channels so I can prioritize which topics are urgent to ME. I also like that it does not have an algorithm or ads like Facebook. Cons The cost. I would like to see a more tiered pricing style that supports small businesses of 10 of smaller. The larger companies are more capable of absorbing the cost per seat. Was referred to the app by Serbian entrepreneurs years ago - its come a long way since then and made the transitino from Slack really easy. Pros Fast, accurate, good UI, easy to use and setup, cheap, long history and good storage system Cons Can do with some more integrations but not critical to us Switched from [Slack](https://www.capterra.com/p/135003/Slack/) Retention of documents over 4 months old is critical to us. Slack Free didn't have that and I don't have a big enough mortgage to pay for Slack Premium. Slack's integrations and APIs rarely work and we wasted days of effort trying to get them setup. Pros So far, we are loving how easy and quick it is to onboard new members and get them up to speed with the features and functionality. The price point is fantastic, and the perks at the pricing tiers are exactly what we need. Cons So far, the integrations are wanting. In order to achieve full efficiency with Pumble, we are needing staples like Google Docs and Drive hooked up. It would be great for there to be a way to schedule events with a native group calendar that could then be integrated into each individuals existing calendars (so that the group can see free blocks of time and schedule meetings quickly/efficiently). Pumble not only allows us to look at our entire message history from Pumble, but we were also able import our entire message history from the old program we were using. Cons We had some difficulty transferring our message history over, but the support team was able to finally get it sorted out, and it worked perfectly. Other than that, we have had no cons!
