Our overall experience has been incredibly smooth and we can't imagine life without this tool now that we have it!

Pros

I appreciate the personal care they take to help with anything I need. They have so many amazing tools that I could not find in other products, and we are not even a chiropractic clinic!

Cons

It was a little tricky to get set up, but they heard my concerns, and things changed for the others getting started by the time I completed my onboarding.

I love using in my office! It's extremely easy to use and helps me get my work done fast! The team is also super helpful. Whenever I run into an issue, it usually only takes a few minutes to get resolved!

Pros

It is efficient and effective! I love how easy it is to use and how helpful the team is whenever I need something!

Cons

I wish there was a way to have a "parent" section when the patient is a minor and the parent isn't under care. That way the texts say the parent's name since it is their phone number.

It has potential but does have too many things that needs to be tweaked and while it is better for tracking and billing, however, is not appropriate in regards to use for Physical Therapy Purposes. (our Chiro also said it takes a lot longer to complete daily notes as well and had several mistakes with billing due to dates/provider changing automatically).

Pros

I liked being able to separate cases for different providers/services and the alerts were nice. The tracking of appointments was also helpful. I like the alerts for pre-billing scrub issues.

Cons

The layout of the schedule (our Chiro sees up to 10 patients in a time slot which makes it hard to read/see on the calendar) did not look good or make it easy to schedule PT patients between providers. Too many clicks for billing and constantly having to check to make sure it was the correct case/provider/date as sometimes they would change automatically. Very poor Physical therapy note templates (not legal/defensible in court and very laborious to complete).

Everything is easier with . It is completely user friendly. We are able to do what we've only wished we could do with other platforms. The amazing thing is, they just keep getting better and better. Every single time we mention a feature that may make the platform a little better, they one-up it and make it incredible.

Pros

is by far the best EMR we have had. It is great for keeping tabs on every practice member. When utilized correctly, no one falls through the cracks. Records are always easy to access and functionality of the program is great. They just keep getting better and better.

Cons

I'm most excited to add electronic paperwork. We currently use the base model of the paperwork for our intake paperwork and it has been a game changer. I can't wait to add the paperwork for every other aspect of our practice and go completely paperless.

### "Best Software I've ever used"

The support and care about how the product works for our office is like no other company. They are quick to respond to anything I have and love feedback to constantly improve their product/services. They look to add features that other software companies don't have - like making it easier to collect data from cases for research studies, having an app for patients to be able to schedule/reschedule and see their x-rays, and since it's cloud-based I can access it from anywhere. They never settle for a mediocre product. I love the software now, but I can't wait to see what this software will be like even further down the road.

Pros

I absolutely love the two-way text feature, both for the office and for the patient. We can schedule text appointment reminders auto send and a patient can simply reply to confirm/reschedule/cancel. Patients can also use the text feature to sign-in regularly or virtually (wait in their car until it's their turn- it also auto sends a text to come in when it's almost their turn). This feature alone has helped patients to keep their appointments, which helps to free up my staff and make our office more efficient.

Cons

Since the software is so new, with many up and coming features, the new features typically need some real-time feedback. However, I just contact support and let them know what works really well and what doesn't in our office. I feel that they genuinely listen to my feedback and work on getting the product to be better for everyone.

Any issues that arrive with software was handled professionally and promptly. The software is amazing and enables all of our team member to work seamlessly.

Pros

It's exceptionally adaptable and we have the opportunity to use it anywhere in the world as it is cloud-based. I love that it is easy to use, it syncs well with merchant systems, and like that it is a dependable brand with amazing tech support.

Cons

You can access it via the mobile OS, but it is not currently customized for that platform as easily as other webpages. You can still see everything but it is a bit harder.

That the solutions to issues are usually being established or in the works to being completed. Glad the staff is aware of thing that can use some attention. Also like that a new issue is taken seriously and is immediately addressed.

Some of the integration takes longer than expected and hard to explain through chat.

Pros

is advanced and ever changing with the times in looks and features. The support team has always been very responsive and quick to troubleshoot.

Cons

I wish it was easier for a doctor to control the flow of the rooms- allowing more than one computer to be able to use the flow/ unlocking of rooms would help- sometimes there is issues with opening rooms and the order of rooms after that happens. The ability to track wait times is the biggest downgrade from platinum.

We have loved this EHR since switching. It has made it so much simpler for our patients and our team. We have now been able to get off having a server based system, which caused us tons of headaches. Screenings are so much simpler now that we can access our scheduling system from anywhere!

Pros

Rescheduling within the day is as simple as drag and drop. Texting is seamless with patients including appointment reminders. App Integration is simple for patients.

Cons

The things we liked the least was the care plan status and adjustment counter. We don't go based off a years worth of care but specific care plans for different amounts of time. If the patient gets off tempo with the pacing and outside of say a 3 month care plan, the calculator stops counting.

Hated only being able to access it from the office, it was clunky with multiple apps that you have to use. The server based system really bogged us down speed wise. has been great overall with their openness to change and willingness to learn new ways to possibly set their system up. Accepting feedback and working to make the changes has been fantastic! Overall, we have LOVED our switch to ChiroHD!

Pros

We love the simplicity when training our team and any new team members! Makes it easier on not just us, but on our team as well! Also love all of the features that help make running a chiropractic office that much more efficient!

Cons

Not being able to group families on the app or having families be able to reschedule all on the app is one downfall. Also, not having customizable paperwork just yet.

It's been awesome. I can't complain. I've worked with different EHR's in different hospital settings, chiropractic offices, etc. This is one of the easiest I've had the pleasure of using and the team really does care when it comes to making it user friendly.

Pros

There are few companies that I will write about, but it's mostly due to the customer service. The product could be a hit or miss, but it always comes back to the customer support. has, by FAR, some of the best customer support I've ever received for a product. They are quick with their responses as well as being excellent listeners and really trying to make the experience of using the product enjoyable. I like the ease with which ChiroHD makes writing notes. The appointments are streamlined and most of our patients really like the text messaging system. I just appreciate that everything is done within the product and we don't have to outsource things like that. I also really appreciate that they are always updating and creating new ways to make it easier to use. It shows that they care about their users and take incredible pride in their product and their hard work.

Cons

There are a couple things I'd like to see changed, namely appointment making and making that process a bit easier. Also, it would be nice to have different text templates that we could utilize in the office for different occasions.

My experience has been outstanding. It has made my job easier as a chiropractor (especially from someone who dislikes SOAP notes). Best software system out there.

Pros

I love everything about . The system has made it seamless to schedule patients and allows you and patients to text back and forth. SOAP note macros are efficient and easy to change. Everything about this system is awesome.

Nothing. I have enjoyed everything about the system.

Excellent customer service. I have been very satisfied with the product so far.

Pros

I like the functionality of the system. Customer service is great, they are quick to respond and help troubleshoot issues. I love that it is cloud-based, and has automated texting options and the options for the patients to self-schedule using the app. I also love that it integrates with Fortis.

Cons

It is a little on the higher side compared to other EHR systems, but the value is there.

There are not enough reporting options, would like to break results by referral source down further for patients that have accepted care...need response time reporting from lead manager...wish Simple Reporting was completed.

EXCELLENT customer service! Our entire team makes remarks daily about how great and easy the system is. We considered a few other options and took a chance when choosing , now we tell all of our friends that they would be silly to use another system!

Pros

I love how easy the system is to use! We do care plans in our office so the ease of the templates and scheduling multiple visits helps us save time and focus on the important things. The app is easy to use and is LOVED by our patients! has allowed us to save time, give our patients the best customer experience, and make it possible for us to spend more time doing what we love - adjusting!

Cons

We started with before many people had heard of the company. The strides they have made in 15 months is impressive and greatly appreciated. I would like to see additional features in the texting system - like the ability for the patient to not be able to schedule, only the ability to reschedule their appointments, so we can feel more in control of their schedule and keep them on track.

I am able to customize it to each office and help them track everything they need to. Some of the recent updates have made posting payments even easier and I can ensure payments are made at the proper rate. I would refer anyone to use this.

Pros

checks off all of the boxes. The support is outstanding! I can get billing out for all of my clients quickly, which allows me to bill more often. Its user friendly and doesn't take tons of clicks to do tasks. Its very easy to switch between multiple locations and get data on a corporate level. The set up process is amazingly quick and I can start billing in a matter of days. The staff actually takes suggestions into consideration and will implement it if needed. Its easy to customize things like appt messages, schedules, charges and more to fit each office perfectly.

Cons

There's not much to list here that they aren't already working on updating or improving.
