Overall we are not pleased with our experience. We switched for certain functions that don’t actually work the way they described and the customer support had been horrible

Pros

We like that has a careplan tracker available to easily view where patients are in care and when they are due for re-exam. I also like the two way texting system within the EHR

Cons

The customer support is some of the worst I have ever seen. The set up was a terrible experience and any time we have reached out for support since, it takes days to get an answer via email. You can’t call and talk to anyone

Absolutely wonderful! I recommend to everyone I know! It’s the most all in one / user friendly software on the market. And their app is so easy for patients to use!

Pros

We absolutely love this software. I have used many others - chirotouch, platinum, Jane, etc and nothing compares to ! It’s so easy to use and easy to schedule! I love that the texting is build right in!

Cons

The email integrations. I wish they were more advanced. And I would love for the GHL integration to come out soon! We are excited for that!

Overall, is one of the best EHR systems I've ever used. I absolutely love the ease of the texting option, love that we can charge people directly through Fortis on the system and I love being able to see everything for billing.

Pros

What I love most about is the texting option and overall ease of use. It is a very smart system and I think there are a lot of useful and good things in place that make this system easy to use and work with. For the most part, the reports we can pull are usually very beneficial and important to our practice.

Cons

What I like least about are the constant updates. I guess it is good to have the updates for the system, but sometimes when they do them, they're messing up other things or making other things slower than normal. I also don't like that we don't have any option to bill through the system directly. I also don't like that you can't pull certain specific reports.

Overall, we love the features and convenience of . They are very personable and send out representatives to the offices to see how the software is used on a daily basis firsthand. We feel heard when we ask for suggestions.

Pros

I like how dedicated they are to helping you find a solution to any issue. They also have amazing integrations to make all of our services and products fit seamlessly with the software.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while to hear back from support in chat or when they need to follow up via email.

Very great! I love the very easy access and intuitiveness of all the features. The integration with other programs is also very helpful

Very User friendly and can get ahold of them quicky if there are any issues. They walk you through all issues you present.

Cons

Limited with families being able to share one app where they can schedule and cancel all the appointment. Bulk schedule there is no ability to rescheduled all appointment if the time or day changes. You have to delete all or go in day by day to cancel and change appointments. Better integration with go higher level so we can use all actions together.

Overall good. Support is generally quick to answer your questions, if they do have an answer.

Pros

Cloud based, relatively intuitive design, can get to most things on the same page without having to open up multiple applications or windows. I like the integration with my x-ray software.

Cons

Can be click heavy to get things done. SOAP macros are restrictive in what you can add/edit (can't format with bold, underline, etc.; won't auto-capitalize a word in the macro if it is at the beginning of a sentence, spacing can get wonky when making custom macros; adding diagnosis codes using macros is awful); seems to darken my x-ray images a bit when importing from my x-ray software

My overall experience with is great! Whenever I have a problem their team is very quick to respond and help guide me to a solution or teach me how to avoid that problem again.

Pros

My favorite part about is that the product is constantly being improved. It feels like every couple of months there is a game changing update that makes practice easier.

Cons

Right now my only complaint with is that their patient app does not allow for family scheduling. I've been told though that this is something engineers are working on, so hopefully in the future it is functional I know I will almost instantly start using it for my patients.

We love and hope to convince our colleagues to make the switch.

Pros

It is very easy to use and has a lot of premade features, most of which are customizable. This is extremely helpful while building the EHR and beyond. It is easy to use, train on and makes practice streamlined and keeps everything all in one place. It's ability to integrate with other useful platforms is a huge bonus!

Cons

Our biggest and maybe only thing we don't like is the inability to edit the patient paperwork. The premade form does not align with our practice so it forced us to use IntakeQ for our paperwork needs which is an added expense to an already pricier EHR system.

I appreciate the personal care they take to help with anything I need. They have so many amazing tools that I could not find in other products, and we are not even a chiropractic clinic!

It was a little tricky to get set up, but they heard my concerns, and things changed for the others getting started by the time I completed my onboarding.

It's been awesome. I can't complain. I've worked with different EHR's in different hospital settings, chiropractic offices, etc. This is one of the easiest I've had the pleasure of using and the team really does care when it comes to making it user friendly.

Pros

There are few companies that I will write about, but it's mostly due to the customer service. The product could be a hit or miss, but it always comes back to the customer support. has, by FAR, some of the best customer support I've ever received for a product. They are quick with their responses as well as being excellent listeners and really trying to make the experience of using the product enjoyable. I like the ease with which ChiroHD makes writing notes. The appointments are streamlined and most of our patients really like the text messaging system. I just appreciate that everything is done within the product and we don't have to outsource things like that. I also really appreciate that they are always updating and creating new ways to make it easier to use. It shows that they care about their users and take incredible pride in their product and their hard work.

Cons

There are a couple things I'd like to see changed, namely appointment making and making that process a bit easier. Also, it would be nice to have different text templates that we could utilize in the office for different occasions.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the software has been a breathe of fresh air compared to what we had used in the past and is constantly improving. We love the cloud based system and its very easy to use.

Pros

Cloud based, easy to use with multiple doctors, highly customizable. Online paperwork populates demographics automatically. Integrates well with 3rd party companies, offers 2 way texting, Drag and drop features makes re-scheduling easier as well as attaching documents. Lower priced than many other EHR providers.

Cons

Unable to print bulk monthly statements. Some of information we keep stats isn't readily available.

Overall, we really like and manage with the things that we aren't happy with. Having the support team being super responsive has honestly made this transition for our office much easier. There response time and attention to details has been some of the best customer service work I have seen.

Pros

We use to use Chirotouch software and switched over to . I will say that the transition and integration of information that was able to be pulled from the old software into ChiroHD was great. We really liked the flexibility and modifications that Chirotouch had to offer that ChiroHD seems a little more strict in the structure of the software and doesn't have the ability to change or modify settings. We enjoy the clean and updated look of ChiroHD and overall our team had a really great onboarding experience with learning the software. We would have liked for the SOAP area to have been more ahead of it's time with functionality.

Cons

The billing side of this software and reports could be improved. We have had issues with patient AR being off and hard to tell how much patients actually owe. If you a pull a report on the back end, it says the patient owes an amount but when you go to their actual ledger, it's a different amount. There seems like there is some work that needs to be done with that and having the system pull balances and credits correctly. Another area of the system that we feel is missing is a place to put internal office notes, like if we send records off somewhere or want to note a billing conversation with an insurance representative or had an attorney phone call, there's not really a good place to document internal office notes without putting them all in the same section and creating your own dating and documentation process.

### "Tesla features on a 1980 Nisaan Sentra"

The staff is friendly, BUT 90% of the time customer service's response is "we have to forward this to the technical team"...and I'm not sure there is one.They have dropped many balls with getting issues resolved for us...one major one being the complete failure of our ability to send out electronic billing. It may be good in the future, but it is completely lacking on SO MANY basic features. Yet somehow they've taken the time to build out a feature to have birthday cake and confetti on the schedule for patient birthdays..... what?

Pros

It impresses on a superficial level. It hits a lot of bells and whistles that software that's been around for ages doesn't.Drag and drop appointments, and simple payment posting for insurance.

Cons

On the most basic levels, this software is a failure. I was unable to bill for nearly 3 MONTHS. There is no insurance tracking, you have to click through 3 screens to just see patient billing information (limits/coverage/authorizations). It only automatically alerts the Dr. to ins. visits being maxed (WHAT DOCTOR DOES THIS?!?)There is no editing/saving EOBS. Patient pregnancy status is listed higher in the information tab than the address/phone number/DOB ??Past/future/cancelled/rescheduled appointments are all muddied together into one tiny window. If you'd like to count/track visits you can either go cross eyed, or click 4 times to get a list it counts for you.. but there is no past appointment only option... so you have to go through and deduct the future appointments. No ledger/charge notes.Ledger charges are color coded for billed/not billed/paid, but it doesn't really reflect the actual status of the charge as it will change the color based on what it thinks(ie a deductible visit turns green as paid since the system believes all funds are allocated ?The internal chat randomly deletes past messages, their solution was to download a free chat program. I cannot add DX codes. I alerted customer service of this 11.17.22... it still is not resolved.I could complain all day about this software, but I'm nearly out of room. ### "ChiroHD has all of the features that we wished we had for years"

has been such a blessing for our office. It has allowed us to expand our efficiency, cut costs, and deliver more to our patients. Our patients love it, and it has allowed us to save time with new patient bookings, soap notes, reporting, and overall management. I love the flexibility of having an online EHR as well.

Pros

I love that the company is open to suggestions and is always making updates to better their product. I also love that it doesn't take years for the changes to roll-out.

Cons

There are very few things I dislike, but the main one being their support hours. Being in the Central time zone, their support is closed at 4pm our time, when our office is open another 2 hours past that. I do wish there was more broad support times, but I love that I get to talk to a real person when I call or chat, not a bot or answering machine.

Everything is easier with . It is completely user friendly. We are able to do what we've only wished we could do with other platforms. The amazing thing is, they just keep getting better and better. Every single time we mention a feature that may make the platform a little better, they one-up it and make it incredible.

Pros

is by far the best EMR we have had. It is great for keeping tabs on every practice member. When utilized correctly, no one falls through the cracks. Records are always easy to access and functionality of the program is great. They just keep getting better and better.

Cons

I'm most excited to add electronic paperwork. We currently use the base model of the paperwork for our intake paperwork and it has been a game changer. I can't wait to add the paperwork for every other aspect of our practice and go completely paperless.

Phenomenal! I have never once had a rude or negative interaction with someone with . This had made our change from our previous EHR experience run much smoother than expected because of all their help and support.

Pros

The Macros were huge for our docs! This helped them be able to organize their Macros specifically towards their styles and techniques to organize their SOAP notes. This has made things very easy on the provider side. We as a whole, love the team with our friendly they are and how they are willing to put in every bit of effort they can to help me get to where I need to be in order for the clinic to run at its best!

Cons

We are honestly still learning things as we go which I wouldn't say is a con, but definitely new things that are discovered is always a bonus in making our set up cleaner, system easier for people to handle and to learn off of as well. We do struggle with trying to make sure payments stay processed when divided amongst docs. We have been trying to make sure the right doc is charged for the right patient, but it sometimes will automatically change the payment from one of \[sensitive content hidden\] patients to \[sensitive content hidden\] and vice versa. Is this something I can get more help on? I just want this to be more manageable on our end.

Fantastic experience. Previously used Platinum for 3+ years and opened new clinic having never used in practice while also training a new team with no chiropractic experience whatsoever. The customer support access was like having an extra employee in the office, the training videos and more just made it all worth it and then some. We’ve been using ChiroHD for about 8 months now and my team loves it and can only imagine some of the features were still not utilizing yet.

Pros

Price, convenience, CUSTOMER SUPPORT - the ability to have an open chat with the support team is incredible (\[sensitive content hidden\] is our favorite!), they all are super friendly/helpful and always follow up to make sure we get things figured out. No question too big or small they help with everything. This alone is worth thr cost to me for my clinic.

Cons

Wish we could tweak/edit some features that we aren’t able to - some reminders, standard email/intake paperwork, etc… but very minor overall.

We are sticklers with service and they've nailed it from start to finish. The onboarding was clear and concise. I knew what to expect every step of the way, making the conversion amazingly smooth. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] also prides himself on creating software that is made from the USER's perspective, rather than the programmers, which is almost unheard of. The software definitely understands what it's like to run and work an office. The online support should be cloned. Seriously, we need more people like them in the world! Can't say enough about them.

Pros

is both simple while exceptionally savvy. It has countless intuitive features that make the front desk so much more efficient. The integrated texting, the automation of forms, the scheduling app, the drag and drop features, and the ease of finding patient information QUICKLY, are just some of the features that make this software far superior to the others we shopped. And the onboarding and ongoing tech support is UNPARALLELED!

Cons

Like all software, there are several areas that can be improved upon, but that being said, they are CONSTANTLY streamlining and fine tuning. They are open to any and all feedback and really pride themselves in good old-fashioned customer service while still remaining cutting edge and ahead of the curve. We look forward to families using the scheduling app, and some revisions to care plan information/tracking. We also look forward to every single update that occurs with the simple click of a button. We are always surprised by a new slick feature.!

Reason for choosing ChiroHD

We chose because of ease of use, efficiency, automation, integration and service. We didn't have to leave ChiroTouch. It worked fine and our office was run like a well oiled machine. BUT we knew we could elevate with a savvier system and ChiroHD far exceeded our expectations!

The best way I can describe my experience with is how I use the tool, their customer service. I am someone who asks many questions, and have had some really negative experiences with the chat features on other platforms. With ChirHD, this is not the case. They are attentive, respond quickly and never make you feel stupid for any question asked. I need detailed breakdowns when I don't understand something, on more than one occasion I had the person assisting me offer to screens share and walk me through what I was having issues with. I can't say enough great things about the chat function and overall customer service, I dare to say you won't find another platform in this industry that with meet let alone exceed your expectations like ChiroHD.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the usability. Having so many features is always a plus, but they means nothing when the tool is not intuitive or easy to use. is one of the easiest and most effective software to build your practice on. What separates ChiroHD from other platforms is their constant attention to detail, the improvements to make it easier and more intuitive come at a lighting pace.

Cons

There is not anything I can say negative so I am typing to fulfill the character amount.
