I don’t really have much to say here. Biggest thing would be customizable intake forms, Admin app for phone, Automatically applying payments through integrated billing processing.

Overall, we really like ChiroHD and manage with the things that we aren't happy with. Having the support team being super responsive has honestly made this transition for our office much easier. There response time and attention to details has been some of the best customer service work I have seen.

Pros

We use to use Chirotouch software and switched over to ChiroHD. I will say that the transition and integration of information that was able to be pulled from the old software into ChiroHD was great. We really liked the flexibility and modifications that Chirotouch had to offer that ChiroHD seems a little more strict in the structure of the software and doesn't have the ability to change or modify settings. We enjoy the clean and updated look of ChiroHD and overall our team had a really great onboarding experience with learning the software. We would have liked for the SOAP area to have been more ahead of it's time with functionality.

Cons

The billing side of this software and reports could be improved. We have had issues with patient AR being off and hard to tell how much patients actually owe. If you a pull a report on the back end, it says the patient owes an amount but when you go to their actual ledger, it's a different amount. There seems like there is some work that needs to be done with that and having the system pull balances and credits correctly. Another area of the system that we feel is missing is a place to put internal office notes, like if we send records off somewhere or want to note a billing conversation with an insurance representative or had an attorney phone call, there's not really a good place to document internal office notes without putting them all in the same section and creating your own dating and documentation process.

The staff is friendly, BUT 90% of the time customer service's response is "we have to forward this to the technical team"...and I'm not sure there is one.They have dropped many balls with getting issues resolved for us...one major one being the complete failure of our ability to send out electronic billing. It may be good in the future, but it is completely lacking on SO MANY basic features. Yet somehow they've taken the time to build out a feature to have birthday cake and confetti on the schedule for patient birthdays..... what?

Pros

It impresses on a superficial level. It hits a lot of bells and whistles that software that's been around for ages doesn't.Drag and drop appointments, and simple payment posting for insurance.

Cons

On the most basic levels, this software is a failure. I was unable to bill for nearly 3 MONTHS. There is no insurance tracking, you have to click through 3 screens to just see patient billing information (limits/coverage/authorizations). It only automatically alerts the Dr. to ins. visits being maxed (WHAT DOCTOR DOES THIS?!?)There is no editing/saving EOBS. Patient pregnancy status is listed higher in the information tab than the address/phone number/DOB ??Past/future/cancelled/rescheduled appointments are all muddied together into one tiny window. If you'd like to count/track visits you can either go cross eyed, or click 4 times to get a list it counts for you.. but there is no past appointment only option... so you have to go through and deduct the future appointments. No ledger/charge notes.Ledger charges are color coded for billed/not billed/paid, but it doesn't really reflect the actual status of the charge as it will change the color based on what it thinks(ie a deductible visit turns green as paid since the system believes all funds are allocated ?The internal chat randomly deletes past messages, their solution was to download a free chat program. I cannot add DX codes. I alerted customer service of this 11.17.22... it still is not resolved.I could complain all day about this software, but I'm nearly out of room. Please feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to hear more about why you should STAY AWAY from this software!

ChiroHD has been such a blessing for our office. It has allowed us to expand our efficiency, cut costs, and deliver more to our patients. Our patients love it, and it has allowed us to save time with new patient bookings, soap notes, reporting, and overall management. I love the flexibility of having an online EHR as well.

Pros

I love that the company is open to suggestions and is always making updates to better their product. I also love that it doesn't take years for the changes to roll-out.

Cons

There are very few things I dislike, but the main one being their support hours. Being in the Central time zone, their support is closed at 4pm our time, when our office is open another 2 hours past that. I do wish there was more broad support times, but I love that I get to talk to a real person when I call or chat, not a bot or answering machine.

ChiroCat was awful and under delivered and over promised and ChiroHD checked all of our boxes and we are so happy that we switched. The customer service and knowledge of our sales person was amazing.

Everything is easier with ChiroHD. It is completely user friendly. We are able to do what we've only wished we could do with other platforms. The amazing thing is, they just keep getting better and better. Every single time we mention a feature that may make the platform a little better, they one-up it and make it incredible.

Pros

ChiroHD is by far the best EMR we have had. It is great for keeping tabs on every practice member. When utilized correctly, no one falls through the cracks. Records are always easy to access and functionality of the program is great. They just keep getting better and better.

Cons

I'm most excited to add electronic paperwork. We currently use the base model of the paperwork for our intake paperwork and it has been a game changer. I can't wait to add the paperwork for every other aspect of our practice and go completely paperless.

We originally did not have any issues with platinum. We moved to Katana/VL because we liked the new features they were implementing as part of the platform with integrated email marketing and text messaging. However, we were not impressed with the EHR functionality of Katana. It left a lot to be desired for our particular volume. We are now finding that there were MANY holes as compared to chiroHD.

### "Best EHR For the Money"

Fantastic experience. Previously used Platinum for 3+ years and opened new clinic having never used ChiroHD in practice while also training a new team with no chiropractic experience whatsoever. The customer support access was like having an extra employee in the office, the training videos and more just made it all worth it and then some. We’ve been using ChiroHD for about 8 months now and my team loves it and can only imagine some of the features were still not utilizing yet.

Pros

Price, convenience, CUSTOMER SUPPORT - the ability to have an open chat with the support team is incredible (\[sensitive content hidden\] is our favorite!), they all are super friendly/helpful and always follow up to make sure we get things figured out. No question too big or small they help with everything. This alone is worth thr cost to me for my clinic.

Cons

Wish we could tweak/edit some features that we aren’t able to - some reminders, standard email/intake paperwork, etc… but very minor overall.

My ChiroHD experience has been excellent and on par with my previous experience with ChiroFusion. I only switched because I thought I would need the services of a billing company that didn't work with ChiroFusion, but did with ChiroHD. As I ended up not needing them, I'm not sure I would have switched as some of the features lacking in ChiroHD are present in ChiroFusion, but I'm happy with ChiroHD.

Pros

Chiro HD is easy to use, but definitely watch the videos in the Training Academy to walk you through setup. Their help desk is easily accessible and responds quickly and, if during office hours, in real-time via chat which is super helpful. To my knowledge the chats are always kept, so that you can go back and review previous questions should they arise again. I also like that customization is fairly high in most areas.

Cons

I would like to see the ability for texts to be sent to the doctor when new patients schedule online, and the ability to print a narrative report would be super helpful.

The best way I can describe my experience with ChiroHD is how I use the tool, their customer service. I am someone who asks many questions, and have had some really negative experiences with the chat features on other platforms. With ChirHD, this is not the case. They are attentive, respond quickly and never make you feel stupid for any question asked. I need detailed breakdowns when I don't understand something, on more than one occasion I had the person assisting me offer to screens share and walk me through what I was having issues with. I can't say enough great things about the chat function and overall customer service, I dare to say you won't find another platform in this industry that with meet let alone exceed your expectations like ChiroHD.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the usability. Having so many features is always a plus, but they means nothing when the tool is not intuitive or easy to use. ChiroHD is one of the easiest and most effective software to build your practice on. What separates ChiroHD from other platforms is their constant attention to detail, the improvements to make it easier and more intuitive come at a lighting pace.

Cons

There is not anything I can say negative so I am typing to fulfill the character amount.

I couldn't recommend this platform more! Every chiropractor should be using this system. Plus, the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! They genius care about your success and creating and enhancing the tools and system to allow us to do our job the best. They SOAP notes system, scheduling, transactions, billing, insurance, etc all are great and easy to use. It makes training staff so easy because the system is so intuitive!

Pros

ChiroHD is very intuitive and their customer service is amazing! Everything is easy with this system and they are always expanding and perfecting the software to be more user friendly.

Cons

When we first started there were some gaps, but ChiroHD has went above and beyond to consistently upgrade their platform. Currently there are some gaps with the automatic scheduling system and reporting features for analytics. BUT they are constantly working to improve these areas.

ChiroHD's was user friendly, easy to understand and was a more modern, intuitive system than its' competitors. We knew training would be a breeze with this system and it would save time, energy and money.

Pros

I like how we are able to do everything for each patient in the portals. We are able to see x-rays, upload documents, collect money etc.

Cons

The only con is that patient with kids aren't able to see their information as well on the app. Also it does not count stretches just massages which can get confusing sometimes when patients ask how much body work have they used.

ChiroHD has been great overall with their openness to change and willingness to learn new ways to possibly set their system up. Accepting feedback and working to make the changes has been fantastic! Overall, we have LOVED our switch to ChiroHD!

Pros

We love the simplicity when training our team and any new team members! Makes it easier on not just us, but on our team as well! Also love all of the features that help make running a chiropractic office that much more efficient!

Cons

Not being able to group families on the app or having families be able to reschedule all on the app is one downfall. Also, not having customizable paperwork just yet.

Pros

I like the functionality of the system. Customer service is great, they are quick to respond and help troubleshoot issues. I love that it is cloud-based, and has automated texting options and the options for the patients to self-schedule using the app. I also love that it integrates with Fortis.

Cons

It is a little on the higher side compared to other EHR systems, but the value is there.

Pros

It's exceptionally adaptable and we have the opportunity to use it anywhere in the world as it is cloud-based. I love that it is easy to use, it syncs well with merchant systems, and like that it is a dependable brand with amazing tech support.

Cons

You can access it via the mobile OS, but it is not currently customized for that platform as easily as other webpages. You can still see everything but it is a bit harder.

EXCELLENT customer service! Our entire team makes remarks daily about how great and easy the system is. We considered a few other options and took a chance when choosing ChiroHD, now we tell all of our friends that they would be silly to use another system!

Pros

I love how easy the system is to use! We do care plans in our office so the ease of the templates and scheduling multiple visits helps us save time and focus on the important things. The app is easy to use and is LOVED by our patients! ChiroHD has allowed us to save time, give our patients the best customer experience, and make it possible for us to spend more time doing what we love - adjusting!

Cons

We started with ChiroHD before many people had heard of the company. The strides they have made in 15 months is impressive and greatly appreciated. I would like to see additional features in the texting system - like the ability for the patient to not be able to schedule, only the ability to reschedule their appointments, so we can feel more in control of their schedule and keep them on track.

Very positive! I was not a part of implementing in our office, but when I stepped into management it was easy to navigate and figure out and the support team is SOO helpful

It really is an all in one, it’s easy to use, has great features that other EHRs just don’t have. Best of all their support staff and on boarding team are AMAZING! It’s always a delight to reach out to them with any hiccups.

It is a little pricer than other traditional EHR systems, but the value is fully there!
