Pros I love the simplicity and efficiency of the program, the team is very solution oriented and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Cons There is no family feature on the patient app for familys to manage multiple accounts. Some of the recent updates have made posting payments even easier and I can ensure payments are made at the proper rate. I would refer anyone to use this. Pros ChiroHD checks off all of the boxes. The support is outstanding! I can get billing out for all of my clients quickly, which allows me to bill more often. Its user friendly and doesn't take tons of clicks to do tasks. Its very easy to switch between multiple locations and get data on a corporate level. The set up process is amazingly quick and I can start billing in a matter of days. The staff actually takes suggestions into consideration and will implement it if needed. Its easy to customize things like appt messages, schedules, charges and more to fit each office perfectly. If you are looking for a family friendly system this is it! Pros We switched recently from a server based EHR, and the only issue I have is not switching sooner. The system is so easy to use, friendly to our large family practice, and adapts well to our multiple locations. Cons The only thing I don't love about it is the app is not extremely family friendly. But, we could easily add on an integration to help with that. May 26, 2023 5.0 When it comes to being a CA in a new office, learning the software is half the battle, so having an office with ChiroHD allowed me to pick up skills starting on day one! We have reached out to their customer service a few times for niche situations and have had nothing but great service and solutions. Overall, having ChiroHD as our software has made my job as Chiropractic Assistants much simpler and has allowed us to focus on giving our patients effective care! Pros I have used other chiropractic softwares in the past and ChiroHD has by far been the most user friendly and easy to learn! Scheduling and making modifications to our calendar has been very simple as well as keeping our patient files organized. Cons If we have every run into issues they have been solved promptly and effectively by their awesome team! Everyone we have dealt with at ChiroHD has been super friendly and helpful! " August 12, 2021 5.0 Everything is much more streamlined and modern compared to our old system. Entering notes is significantly faster and so is care plans and frequencies since there are templates for everything! Pros Its amazing to be able to access this system anywhere as long as you have Chrome it has made working from home so much easier and everything is much more streamlined in our office since we use iPads everywhere. Integration was so easy and was up and running in full swing on a Monday after integrating on Friday! Cons We struggled with the reminders feature and still have some problems with it and just having the app have the ability to see the whole families schedule because parents don't want to make accounts and emails for their kids (too many passwords to remember and won't remember to change both if I don't see both names are the biggest complaints we have gotten). Personally, think our Corporate office has worked well with ChiroHD to setup a flowing layout. Pros The Software is very User Friendly which makes us non-tech savvy people V' HAPPY! As always there is a learning curve when using something new but all the support you guys offer is amazing and everything is fairly easy to navigate on your own. Cons I had one thing that really bothered me in the beginning and it was the inability to view a patients future appointments or schedule on a big screen, the little side box sometimes was just a bit difficult but within the last week you guys added "Future Appointments" & "Bulk Scheduling" which is FABULOUS! We even had the amazing pleasure of seeing him on office (small world) But to be able to build a connection with him and have him even check in with us to make sure everything is working is truly above and beyond. He said he has been with chirohd for less then 90 days which should just show how hard of a worker he is and how much time he has dedicated to helping all of us. I can immediately go to a PT's "Case" at the click of a button. Cons There are the occasional glitches, it's been happening more frequently since the software updates. The support team is always there when I need them, specifically Isaac Peterson and Tiffany Colina. Pros I like the fact that I can do everything from the system. Scheduling, payment, texting, looking at X rays. I also like that I can log on from any device when I need. Cons The texting number is great but it would save some hassle if I could call from that same number and not have all of these different numbers. But I understand why I cannot. I love the academy they just released which goes over everything you need to know in really short videos, and anytime I've had questions- so many staffers have been so responsive. I really appreciate that! Pros Neat clean, well thought out/intuitive, very customizable, Cons I'm not sure yet. I want a daily office checklist that i can add to the task list and gets triggered everyday. But I think they already have something called a "health check" which I think does the same thing?
