Pros

ChiroHD support team is amazing. When we first opened we were clueless and needed to be walked through almost everything. Between their training videos and live chats we caught on in no time.

Pros

I like how clear the schedule is when trying to schedule for patients. My favorite feature so far is the ease of scheduling out a patient for appointments months an advance. This feature makes mapping out our patients and keeping them on track so much easier.

Cons

We are currently integrating this software into our office, so we are still trying to figure out all the bumps. Feel like integration has been difficult as far as understanding the layout and functions of everything, just a little overwhelming at first.

Our experience has been exceptional! I’ve used other softwares for 5+ years and ChiroHD is finally a user friendly option that is simple to use and has an incredible team to back up their product 100%.

Pros

This software is so easy to use! Most mistakes or changes can be made very simply and you can access pretty much anything from anywhere.

Cons

We cannot change a schedule in bulk and I’m having a hard time with figuring out how to get the alert templates to be accurate & run reports.

### "THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH"

I have thoroughly appreciated every aspect of this platform. I am a new employee and have not had experience with the other chiropractic platforms but this one has been so easy to learn and has so many bells and whistles. Another important fact to touch on would be the customer service and support- they are so incredibly responsive and personable. They are also very quick about fixed/adjusting any thing that is not working smoothly.

Pros

I really enjoy that each appointment is designated a different color and timeframe specific to that appointment. I also really appreciate the fact that it auto generates almost any kind of report you could think of. I think the most impactful feature about this software is the customer service though. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is incredible.

Cons

The only thing I would change about this software is the scheduling. When pre-scheduling out patients for all 36 visits, if they miss one appointment, I have to go back and readjust the other visits since we have progress exam/reports in there every 12 visits.

The team at ChiroHD are amazing. They are very quick to respond to any issues you might have and they are darn friendly about it!

Pros

It's fairly easy to navigate through, setting up macros for customized notes is easy. The customer service is awesome!

Cons

I don't believe they have the option for the patients to do their own subjective intake like some softwares do.

It just seemed to fit my needs especially since I bill insurance.

Pros

The system is very intuitive which makes it easier to learn and figure things out. We are really excited about the updates that are coming with customized paperwork, lead tracking, event tracking and hopefully ease of text reminders and emails for those to be set up.

Cons

we wish it was easier to move appointments around after a bulk schedule has happened. sometimes we have to move an appointment to the end of a care plan and we have to go in and move progress exams around through the calendar view. it would be great to be able to pull up future appointments in a page like when you bulk schedule where it is easy to adjust where a progress exam falls.

Pros

I love how easy to use the system is, They constantly have updates and are always willing to listen to suggestions. The messaging feature is nice so I can talk to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] while he is with other patients. I love \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in Customer Service she is always so helpful and kind.

Cons

I don't have anything that I don't like about the software. If there is a small issue, I always talk to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and we discuss how a small change like being able to save your progress while working on entering EOB's. She did already let me know that they are working on changing that.

Cons

When checking patients in who have two appointments in one day can mess up the calling module. Not a fan of the calling module. I believe I’ve had other tickets submitted already

ChiroHD saves me SO much time when it comes to soaps and making sure I stay on top of my notes every day.

Pros

This software makes SOAP notes so easy, and customizable. I love that it is so user friendly and easy to understand. I have staff that just began to use the software and after one day are proficient enough to schedule and understand the system. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] have done awesome videos that are super helpful in giving us tutorials on how things work as well as calls to explain the newest features and updates. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who has been my bestie on the support side, is awesome and gets back to you super quick when you have a question, I swear I spoke to her every day for a week straight and it was a godsend to have such easy feedback at my fingertips.

Cons

I feel like the software runs slower on a PC and times out/ freezes faster. I have Mac desktops at the front of the office but in the adjusting area have Dells and the Dells will constantly freeze and time out from the software which is a slight inconvenience.

Pros

We love the live support and ease of use! We were using a slow, outdated, and frustrating software before this and just making it work. I never realized how unhappy we were until we finally made the switch to HD!

Cons

Every time we find something that doesn’t work for us, the ChiroHD team is quick to fix the problem and add new features for us!

I was dreading changing software systems because of the learning curve involved, but the training videos were thorough! It was easy to learn the system and now it saves me so much time in the office. Every one I've spoken to at Chiro HD is not only helpful and accessible, but I love that they are so enthusiastic about Chiro HD!

This software is very intuitive and easy to use. Icons and tabs make it easy to navigate.

Only a month into it, but no complaints so far.

I haven't used any other chiropractic software, but it's been a very easy software to get used to.

Pros

There are lots of ways ChiroHD is intuitive like pulling up a patient to schedule when they are already opened on the side bar. The scheduling out feature has improved in the last update or two as well!

Cons

I wish the text message typing box would expand as you type, but I understand why it doesn't to conserve space.
