From the mobile app, site teams record the working day: photos, written or dictated notes, personnel and hours, materials and equipment used. QR-code badges with geolocation handle attendance. Nothing is entered twice. From the browser, the office imports the bill of quantities from Excel or PriMus, links each recorded activity to its cost item, and attaches labour, material and plant costs. Progress reports and per-item margin update as work advances, so cost overruns appear while the site is still open — not at final accounting. The platform also covers document and certification expiry tracking, project scheduling, site diaries and customisable inspection reports. Pros La possibilità di fare tutto in tempo reale... dal rapportino di lavoro alle foto nella galleria ed allo scambio della documentazione di cantiere. Cons La mancata possibilità di inserire la firma e marcatura temporale sulle checklist aziendali. Le difficoltà di visualizzazione delle foto di grandi dimensioni. Dai materiali alle lavorazioni, dalle annotazioni alla contabilità, MyAedes è uno strumento completo, di semplice utilizzo per la direzione dei lavori nei cantieri edili. Cons La resa grafica di alcuni documenti (in particolar modo l'impaginazione del giornale dei lavori con le fotografie) può essere ulteriormente migliorata.
