It properly fits the exact need I had, at a fair price. I have not seen much development in the platform recently (but I dont know about behind the scenes). I think they will see more challengers from Troy Flex and others; however, I think that their audit trail and notification features remain stronger (from my brief test of others) **Pros:** Checkrun (forgive me if I use checkruns) fills a big need for us in the area of printing checks from multiple accounts on quickbooks on blank paperstock, with secure layouts. Especially important is the authorization workflows allowing remote signature for printing in office. Signatories spend a lot of time on jobsites or exploring acquisitions, so getting checks signed would either be a schedule item for them at times. When it came to "need a check now" items, it is no longer the issue it was. **Cons:** Their ACH feature still leaves much to be desired. Still on the 3-5 business day, which is always 5 business days. Their Print&Mail also comes from CA, so being an east coast company, printing and mailing ourselves is better. The notification emails to customers are too heavily branded with CheckRun branding with none of our company branding. This has caused multiple subcontractors to ignore. Also just not the image I like for communication from our company. The preview checks window will open, but not the printable ones. It happens every once in a while and it is frustrating. The system never lets me login on the first try. It consistently tell me my password is incorrect, I hit login again and it logs me in. Not a deal breaker, but annoying.
