Pros It was very easy to setup the solution and it is very easy for us to manage cases through the system. The most important thing for us is that all of our trainers are able to use it because of how intuitive it is. Cons Usually we would like to have monthly invoices. Pros The interface is straightforward to navigate and use. I feel secure throughout the experience and know that employees can report potential incidents safely. Cons Il serait peut-être utile que le logiciel reprenne un onglet avec les adaptations/nouveautés législatives voire jurisprudentielles afin que l'utilisateur soit toujours parfaitement à la page en la matière de lanceurs d'alerte, et ce d'autant plus qu'il s'agit d'une nouvelle matière encore méconnue pour les praticiens.
