### "Easy to use referral platform for small businesses"

Pros

I didn’t need help from external sources - I could create a referral program by myself in a few minutes. Very user friendly and uncomplicated. Very affordable for a small business owner like myself.

Cons

I haven’t found any issues with the software so far

### "Easiest Way To Run An eCommerce Referral Program"

Referral Factory allows me to easily run a referral program for my e-commerce store without needing to hire a developer to add any code. I can now identify which of my customers are referring friends to buy from my store and when they need a reward.

Pros

I found a template for ecommerce which made it even easier to launch a referral program. I didn’t need a developer to help me at all.

Cons

I had to reset my password which took a while as I didn’t get the email link
