Me pareció excelente, la asesoría y acompañamiento durante el proceso y la buena disposición para hacer las adaptaciones que en caliente fueron surgiendo durante el evento.

Pros

una de las características más importantes fue la posibilidad de implementar la videollamada dentro de la plataforma si necesidad de que los usuarios descargaran o tuvieran ninguna aplicación en sus dispositivos.

Cons

El responsive, aunque se que va ligado a los cambios durante la marcha. Sugeriria que en lo posible no fuera solo adaptar el ancho de pantalla ya que los botones en algunas ocasiones quedaban pequeños.

Equipo muy preparado y dispuesto, con gran capacidad resolutiva, buena actitud y buenas propuestas.

Pros

Es una plataforma muy intuitiva, que permite ser configurada y adaptada a lo que se requiera. Cuentan con personal capacitado y muy dispuesto a ayudar cuando se requiera.

Cons

Sería bueno que en el home se pudiera evidenciar mensajes con las actividades que se encuentran en vivo, para que las personas que tengan dificultad navegando la plataforma, encuentren de manera ágil las conferencias.

My experiencia fue muy buena desde el contacto comercial, la pre-producción, producción y pos-producción del evento. Tuve acompañamiento y resolución de cualquier requerimiento solicitado.

la usabilidad de la plataforma muy fácil la experiencia de usuario e intuitiva.

Todo está bien, solo se le pueden hacer mejoras para garantizar mucho más la interacción con los participantes en el caso de los stands.
