### "Probably the best Telco vendor I've ever worked with"

November 4, 2025

5.0

Wildix, like us at Everything Voice, are a forward thinking organisation that isn't stuck in the past. Their solutions are innovative and this helps drive customer demand. Technology changes at such a pace, traditional vendors either get left behind or leave the market completely. I've used Wildix's products since 2019 and the evolution of their product suite has surpassed any expectations. Their tech support team feel like an extension of your own teams and any query, no matter how small, is responded as if it were the most important query you've ever sent. Their marketing team are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble!

Pros

Having worked with many vendors over the last 30 years, it's refreshing to work with a vendor that listens, creates products with features we as partners ask for, one that actively takes an interest in your business and goes all out to make you feel part of a community.

Cons

Some solutions being Opex only. There are times whereby a new device or service is required only to find it's an opex only solution whereas the client may wish to purchase it outright.

### "Wildix = Your Flexible Friend"

November 30, 2025

5.0

We have found the team at Wildix are helpful and are able to resolve any issues and give advice on set up and support of the system. Their new AI features will be of major benefit to new and existing customers.

Pros

Wildix can be used out of the box as a unified communication system or with some additional effort can be adapted to fit specific customer requirements. We have used Wildix where other vendor solutions would not deliver what the customer needed.

Cons

We had to invest time in training to learn how to configure the system, its not as intuitive as some systems, mainly because the system is capable of so much. As the system is intended for professionals to deploy on behalf of their customers the training issue is not a problem for a new customer to worry about.

### "Strong Vision, Weak Execution – A Partner Left in the Dark"

September 30, 2025

2.0

We started our Wildix partnership with high expectations and strong commitment – including a decision to aim for Gold Partner status based on explicit promises of support. However, the promised support never came. For several years now, we've faced unanswered emails, unresolved technical issues, and vague responses that never lead to real solutions. We have invested significant resources – both time and money – into making Wildix work in our market, but without the support and transparency we were promised, that investment has not paid off. The platform has potential, but the partner management and operational delivery fall far short of expectations.

Pros

\- The unified communication concept combining hardware and software from a single vendor - Simple and user-friendly interface for end users - Attractive partner model in theory, with clear structure for status levels - Flexible integration options and potential for API-driven customization

Cons

\- Support and communication are unreliable and inconsistent - Longstanding technical issues (emergency calls, Classound, number porting) remain unresolved despite repeated escalation - Partner inquiries are ignored or answered with vague, non-binding statements - Marketing support is nearly non-existent; brand awareness in our market (Switzerland) is extremely low - MRR reporting was distorted by internal mistakes (e.g. licenses running out) and not corrected, despite promises - Downgrades are communicated indirectly via support tickets instead of transparent dialogue - Strategic partner commitments are not kept, and critical feedback is dismissed rather than resolved

### "Wildix: An Integrated UC Platform Focused on Security and Performance"

November 10, 2025

5.0

Pros

Wildix stands out as one of the most complete and intuitive Unified Communications solutions on the market, offering a smooth experience both technically and operationally. The learning curve is surprisingly low: the interface is clear and modern, allowing users of all levels to quickly become familiar with the main functions. Thanks to a consistent configuration logic across all devices, deployment across large teams is seamless. Regarding team collaboration, Wildix enhances productivity through presence, chat, voice, and video meeting tools that simplify internal communication and project management. The platform allows document sharing and real-time tracking of interactions, boosting synergy across departments. Finally, communication channels and chat and messaging tools are extremely versatile. Calls, video calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and chat messages can all be managed within the same interface, making every interaction easy and centralized. In summary, Wildix combines ease of use, advanced security, and full integration in a single platform designed for modern collaboration and business efficiency.

Cons

### "Why i think wildix is the best solution for our business"

November 4, 2025

5.0

we are very happy and fullfills all our needs, our business needs very specific integrations and configurations that no other pbx could meet.

Pros

The features, flexibility of configurations and integrations with all our crm's. For example, we have an ivr that redirects the actual customers to their assigned managers.

Cons

it can be a little hard for a non technical person to start, but if you have a little knowledge is the best, you can do all kind of configurations. This is also why it becomes hard at first, you must know very well what you want to do.

### "Wildix – The Smart Way to Connect Teams and Clients"

November 6, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience with Wildix has been excellent. The platform delivers stable, high-quality communication and integrates perfectly into modern IT infrastructures. Both our team and our customers appreciate the reliability, flexibility, and ease of use.

Pros

Wildix has transformed the way we communicate with our customers. The integration with our CRM and the cloud-based flexibility make it a powerful, time-saving solution that supports both our internal and external collaboration.

Cons

The solution works great overall, but integration with third-party systems sometimes needs a bit of customization — it’s not always plug-and-play.

### "Great Platform"

October 1, 2025

4.0

Overall Wildix is a great product. The features are very rich and they are innovating. My slight concern is the company feels slightly less friendly towards its partners more recently.

Pros

It’s very flexible to setup, being able to access the phone system through a web browser is very convenient and the mobile app just works

Cons

The billing team is troublesome. The goal posts have moved in certain areas which has meant we have had to change the way we quote for Wildix, or have lost margin in certain areas where I have contracts in place with clients

### "Reliable and modern UCC solution – great to sell and to use every day"

November 10, 2025

5.0

Overall, the product is simple to use, highly adaptable to different needs, secure, and regularly updated — a truly reliable solution both for partners and end users.

Pros

We both resell and use the system internally. It’s a solid, modern and user-friendly UCC platform that works flawlessly. The WebRTC technology is outstanding — everything runs directly in the browser with no plugins or extra software needed. Administration is simple, and the system is stable, secure and constantly updated. Integrations with CRM, REST APIs and other business tools make it flexible for any customer. Support is fast and knowledgeable.

### "Wildix innovation"

September 30, 2025

5.0

After trying several online PBXs, it is the one with the easiest installation and integration with apps / websites. The software they update improves with each update they release. The price per extension is reasonable.

Pros

What I like most about Wildix is the mobility with the extension that does not require being in a physical place to be able to communicate.

Cons

### "A great experience"

November 3, 2025

A truly high-performing unified communications product, with almost limitless capabilities. The pre-sales team is extremely efficient in supporting us and providing answers tailored to our clients’ business needs.

Pros

Quality of support. PBX offer great feature, and possibility to do almost everything. Wildix teams is also very good.

5.0

My overall experience with Wildix has been excellent. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and provides all the key communication tools in one place. It has improved collaboration across our team and works well both in the office and remotely

Pros

All-in-one communication: Phone, chat, and video conferencing combined in one platform. Support & service: Fast and knowledgeable assistance when needed. Scalability: Easily adaptable to growing business needs

### "Wildix operational performance"

November 11, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Wildix was generally positive regarding the core product and strategic capabilities, but sometimes challenging regarding operational consistency. On the positive side, the API-First structure and the complete Unified Communication suite were highly valued as they transformed the phone system into a measurable Marketing and Sales Tool, which is crucial for maximizing conversion and ROI.

Pros

As someone who has spent time working with and relying on the technical power behind successful sales strategies, what I valued most about Wildix the technology at the core and its API-First structure and complete Unified Communication (UC) suite. Wildix isn't just a phone system; it provides the secure, WebRTC foundation necessary to seamlessly fuse telephony with marketing. This turns the communication channel into a quantifiable Marketing and Sales Tool, which is crucial for maximizing conversion rates and proving ROI. The ability to integrate calls, video, and chat directly with CRM and automation platforms is the strategic key to higher revenue and better operating margins.

Cons

The primary difficulties included internal and external communication "lags", such as delays in posting new fees that then we had to give the customer, and general lack of coordinated information sharing.

### "Wildix -Secure, Unified Collaboration with Flexibility and Depth"

November 17, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Wildix has been very positive. It is a modern, secure, and feature rich unified communications platform that fits organizations needing an all in one solution for voice, video, messaging, and collaboration. While some special hardware is required in certain cases, for most customers the flexibility of installation and cloud architecture is a major advantage. For organizations that understand VoIP/UC or have technical support, Wildix offers excellent value and reliability—making sales, deployment, and support efficient and straightforward. However, for very small businesses with minimal IT resources, the administrative complexity, hardware limitations, and pricing model should be evaluated carefully. Training materials could also be improved for end users especially for shorter formats. If a company needs more than a basic phone system and values integrated messaging/video/voice along with strong security, Wildix is a highly compelling choice. But for the smallest organisations that only need a simple setup, the full capabilities of Wildix may be more than they need.

Pros

Speaking as both a local Wildix distributor and a daily end user, I can say the user interface is very intuitive especially for Collaboration, messaging, and X Bees. In our local market, one long standing challenge with global products has been local language support and the ability to adjust translations when needed. Wildix has solved this nicely. Switching between English and local language is smooth, and both technical staff and ordinary users find the portals easy to understand. The browser and mobile based apps have also made onboarding fast in organizations of any size. Wildix is secure by design. With earlier telecom systems, we often had long discussions with IT teams about firewall rules, VPNs, and external SBCs. Wildix changed that completely—WebRTC and native encryption meant that from day one we could deploy a secure solution without relying on external tools. It’s reassuring to tell customers that security is built in, not added later. Another major advantage is how Wildix brings voice, video, chat, messaging, and screen sharing together in one unified platform. Our technicians and office staff constantly use Wildix KITE to share files and screens, which makes internal processes much smoother. While some customers consider video less important, the integration of messaging and phone/video in one place remains a clear strength. From a hosting perspective, Wildix is extremely flexible. It can run on a customer’s local server, in our country local datacenter, or fully in AWS. This ensures support for modern features like transcription and AI driven functions. Overall, Wildix runs almost issue free, supports desk phones, mobile apps, and browser use, and is excellent for hybrid or remote work—something that became especially important during the COVID years. In our region, where most companies are small or small to medium, Wildix delivers very strong value compared to larger vendors.

Cons

Even though the Collaboration interface and mobile apps are intuitive, some users still need repeated training to avoid simple mistakes. For administrators or teams without VoIP experience, the system can require more effort and specialized help. Some customers want to reuse their existing phones or technical equipment. While this is sometimes possible, there are restrictions that can feel illogical. Hardware rental policies can also create confusion—certain devices are only available for rent, not purchase, which some customers don’t like. Pricing can also be challenging for very small companies. In some cases, customers must buy full feature packages even when they only need a few items. Because we need to provide local language documentation anyway, we often have to recreate training materials. The base documentation is sometimes too technical or not user friendly enough for end users. From a telecom and operational standpoint, updates should never be applied automatically without notifying partners or customers. Automatic updates have caused confusion, and not all new versions are fully stable. We need the ability to test updates on local installations before deploying them to customers.

### "Wildix helps our business outcomes"

October 3, 2025

5.0

Great, the flexability enables us to sell anything from 2-3 seats to 700+ seats with no loss in features. There is always someone that can help with an enquiry, and as a business we find they are always trying to invest in our training and personal development with the Kanban and Value Selling courses.

Pros

We find Wildix very easy to use and program up for our customers. The flexability of the system allows each instance to evolve naturally with it's customer so that it can be as simple or complex as they need. We also find the customer support from the technical team and customer success team to be great and enable us to always be moving forward

Cons

We find that the roadmap of when fixes or new features might be available is a little lacking, but this is improving with implementation of the "ideas" page which enables us to push ideas and Wildix to be able to show if it is picked up, in development, or about to be implemented.

### "A very good solution for your company's communications"

September 30, 2025

My experience with Wildix I would rate as very good. I think they have a very good product adaptable to any company of any size.

Pros

The versatile solution it offers for the company's unified communications. Communication with support is very agile and fast. At a commercial level, they have many e-learning tools to train staff with their solutions.

Cons

Twenty years of success based on quality and saving money for the Customers, optimal MRR for Partners.

Pros

They are really focused on Partners channel and not to sell directly to customers. They keep on improving their products, keeping compatibility even with old hardware. They are completely "in-cloud" no software to install just the best solution on the market for web based systems.

Cons

The Agentic AI features in the new WMS7 version are extremely powerful and compelling, opening up new scenarios and potential applications in the field of Unified Communication and Collaboration. Thanks to the use of Voice Bot technology, we can eliminate missed or abandoned calls and automate business processes. Moreover, the mobile app enables us to work without barriers, regardless of our geographic location, with the only requirement being an available internet connection.

The Collaboration 7 solution has significantly improved the user experience compared to the previous version, adding features of clear interest while maintaining the excellent technical support that distinguishes the vendor's services

Cons

Some features available in the previous version have not yet been implemented in Collaboration7, but I’ve already seen they’ve been added to the roadmap for the coming weeks

### "Wildix PBX. A very good telephone system"

October 1, 2025

5.0

We implemented the Wildix system for a customer in the care sector for people with intellectual disabilities. The customer has just over 150 locations. The project was implemented via the Wildix Cloud and includes connections to alarm servers and call systems. The locations are equipped with desk phones and DECT phones in door intercom systems. The collaboration feature (PC+ app) was also very well received here, as the Wildix solution is very stable and easy to use.

Pros

The system is easy to use and offers innovative, browser-based applications for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. The Wildix PBX runs on a very stable architecture and offers a wide range of useful features. The system can meet almost any telephony requirement.

Cons

The Wildix DECT system runs very smoothly and offers a choice of four DECT handsets. However, the buttons are very small, making the phones difficult to use with gloves or for older users.

### "A easy to use and powerful solution"

October 15, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Wildix has been very positive. It’s a reliable and feature-rich communication platform that significantly improves internal and external collaboration. The integration with other tools, combined with excellent call quality and flexibility for remote work, makes it a strong choice for modern businesses. While the setup requires some initial learning and the hardware availability can vary, the system’s stability, ease of use, and responsive support team more than make up for it.

Pros

What I liked most about Wildix is its user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other business tools. The system is reliable, intuitive, and easy to manage, which makes communication across teams very efficient. I also appreciate the mobility features, such as the browser-based collaboration platform and mobile app, which allow users to stay connected from anywhere. Additionally, Wildix provides excellent call quality and strong support for remote work.

Cons

What I liked least about Wildix is that the some advanced features require technical knowledge or additional licensing, which might not be ideal for smaller teams. Also the MS Teams integration should be rethink (licensing).

### "Easy to use"

October 24, 2025

5.0

It help us to work faster and in collaboration with collegues. It is convenient to be able to make web calls with customers and send links for access and the possibility to accept or reject the invitation.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive suite. It help me to see if my collegue is avaiable or not. The best funtionality in Wildix is the chat. Furthermore is always in growth. Our referent Matteo Erba is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

It's difficult to pass calls to colleagues via cell phone: When we receive calls on our cell phones and customers ask us to pass them on to a colleague, it is difficult and not very intuitive.

### "The Best VoIP Platform for Professionals "

October 27, 2025

5.0

An overall great experience leaving us with no desire to search for another VoIP platform. The technology and people are superb, with a refreshing take on both traditional communications software and a unified platform approach.

Pros

An exceptionally flexible platform without limitations commonly seen in other VoIP platforms. The team are evidently working to continuously improve. With the right expertise and a little persistence it feels like anything is possible with Wildix!

Cons

Setup and management require a foundational level of expertise and/or platform familiarity. This is not generally a problem for larger deployments and is necessary to facilitate the platform's outstanding flexibility. It may however be nice to see an end-user friendly basic PBX-wide configuration menu for common fundamental tweaks.
