### "Probably the best Telco vendor I've ever worked with"

, like us at Everything Voice, are a forward thinking organisation that isn't stuck in the past. Their solutions are innovative and this helps drive customer demand. Technology changes at such a pace, traditional vendors either get left behind or leave the market completely. I've used Wildix's products since 2019 and the evolution of their product suite has surpassed any expectations. Their tech support team feel like an extension of your own teams and any query, no matter how small, is responded as if it were the most important query you've ever sent. Their marketing team are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble!

Pros

Having worked with many vendors over the last 30 years, it's refreshing to work with a vendor that listens, creates products with features we as partners ask for, one that actively takes an interest in your business and goes all out to make you feel part of a community.

Cons

Some solutions being Opex only. There are times whereby a new device or service is required only to find it's an opex only solution whereas the client may wish to purchase it outright.

### "Wildix = Your Flexible Friend"

We have found the team at are helpful and are able to resolve any issues and give advice on set up and support of the system. Their new AI features will be of major benefit to new and existing customers.

Pros

can be used out of the box as a unified communication system or with some additional effort can be adapted to fit specific customer requirements. We have used Wildix where other vendor solutions would not deliver what the customer needed.

Cons

We had to invest time in training to learn how to configure the system, its not as intuitive as some systems, mainly because the system is capable of so much. As the system is intended for professionals to deploy on behalf of their customers the training issue is not a problem for a new customer to worry about.

### "Strong Vision, Weak Execution – A Partner Left in the Dark"

We started our partnership with high expectations and strong commitment – including a decision to aim for Gold Partner status based on explicit promises of support. However, the promised support never came. For several years now, we've faced unanswered emails, unresolved technical issues, and vague responses that never lead to real solutions. We have invested significant resources – both time and money – into making Wildix work in our market, but without the support and transparency we were promised, that investment has not paid off. The platform has potential, but the partner management and operational delivery fall far short of expectations.

\- The unified communication concept combining hardware and software from a single vendor - Simple and user-friendly interface for end users - Attractive partner model in theory, with clear structure for status levels - Flexible integration options and potential for API-driven customization

Cons

\- Support and communication are unreliable and inconsistent - Longstanding technical issues (emergency calls, Classound, number porting) remain unresolved despite repeated escalation - Partner inquiries are ignored or answered with vague, non-binding statements - Marketing support is nearly non-existent; brand awareness in our market (Switzerland) is extremely low - MRR reporting was distorted by internal mistakes (e.g. licenses running out) and not corrected, despite promises - Downgrades are communicated indirectly via support tickets instead of transparent dialogue - Strategic partner commitments are not kept, and critical feedback is dismissed rather than resolved

### "Why i think wildix is the best solution for our business"

we are very happy and fullfills all our needs, our business needs very specific integrations and configurations that no other pbx could meet.

Pros

The features, flexibility of configurations and integrations with all our crm's. For example, we have an ivr that redirects the actual customers to their assigned managers.

Cons

it can be a little hard for a non technical person to start, but if you have a little knowledge is the best, you can do all kind of configurations. This is also why it becomes hard at first, you must know very well what you want to do.

### "Great Platform"

Overall is a great product. The features are very rich and they are innovating. My slight concern is the company feels slightly less friendly towards its partners more recently.

Pros

It’s very flexible to setup, being able to access the phone system through a web browser is very convenient and the mobile app just works

Cons

The billing team is troublesome. The goal posts have moved in certain areas which has meant we have had to change the way we quote for , or have lost margin in certain areas where I have contracts in place with clients

Overall, the product is simple to use, highly adaptable to different needs, secure, and regularly updated — a truly reliable solution both for partners and end users.

Pros

We both resell and use the system internally. It’s a solid, modern and user-friendly UCC platform that works flawlessly. The WebRTC technology is outstanding — everything runs directly in the browser with no plugins or extra software needed. Administration is simple, and the system is stable, secure and constantly updated. Integrations with CRM, REST APIs and other business tools make it flexible for any customer. Support is fast and knowledgeable.

Cons

The DECT infrastructure can be quite expensive, and some desk phones are only available under an OpEx model.

### "Wildix innovation"

After trying several online PBXs, it is the one with the easiest installation and integration with apps / websites. The software they update improves with each update they release. The price per extension is reasonable.

Pros

What I like most about is ​​the mobility with the extension that does not require being in a physical place to be able to communicate.

Cons

As a technician, what I like least is the new website for managing registrations and new purchases, the old one is better

A truly high-performing unified communications product, with almost limitless capabilities. The pre-sales team is extremely efficient in supporting us and providing answers tailored to our clients’ business needs.

Pros

Quality of support. PBX offer great feature, and possibility to do almost everything. teams is also very good.

Cons

Sometimes pricing policy is complicated in France. We'd also like few new features for call center, for example, the capacity to see all calls in one queue , and be able to pick up one specific call.

is a perfect plug n play system overall with functional hardware, a lot of apps and integration possibilities as well as browser only useable.

Cons

In the new Collaboration 7 are a lot of functions not available as in Collaboration 6. We are missing reception functions to hold and monitor more then one call and put through it to available people.

What I like most about is that the company places a strong emphasis on innovation and user-friendliness. Especially positive is that you can control everything from a single platform – telephony, video conferencing, chat, and collaboration tools – without complicated additional software.

Cons

Managing projects through Salesforce is unusual for us and therefore rather difficult. Likewise, orders cannot be changed or canceled directly; they can only be processed through support.

As a bespoke software company, 's APIs are incredibly powerful yet simple to integrate. We've built custom solutions that handle call logging automatically, link calls to orders and enquiries, and attribute everything properly, saving our clients loads of time. Deployment is genuinely quick and straightforward, so we can deliver to clients fast. Support is always reliable when we need them.

Cons

Honestly, we haven't encountered any significant issues. If we had to say something, perhaps more detailed API documentation would be helpful, but it's never stopped us getting things done & integrated. One latest suggestion we have too is to include Sales Analysis & transcriptions in x-bees mobile app.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. They always know how to provide solutions for clients, and their response times are very fast in every way.

Pros

For now, in my case, I'd just say it's a more visual option when working with Dialplan. It would make it faster when searching for a configuration or troubleshooting an issue.

My overall experience with has been very positive. The platforms on offer ( Collaboration / X-Bees & X-Hoppers" ) are intuitive, reliable, and has streamlined our customers communications. The ongoing support from the Wildix team has been consistent and responsive.

always offered state of the art products ( Hardware / Software ) the customer care team is always very helpful and response times are outstanding.

Cons

Not all hardware is currently available for purchase on CaPex. The platform showcases a selected range of devices and accessories, but some products may only be purchasable through " HWaaS" ( although understand the benefits of HWaaS" )

### "Wildix pbx’es for regular and special needs"

pbx’es are able to help customers with regular telephony and specific wishes therefor which other pbx suppliers are unable to achieve. Using external databases to route incoming calls to the desired call agent, creating a reservation frontend for a taxi company, call transcriptions, etc. It’s an all in one solution with remarkable characteristics and integration possibilities. Wildix has helped us onboard the bigger, sometimes international operating companies.

Pros

Enormous amount of configuration possibilities. Intuitive user interfaces for all types of users and administrators.

Cons

Maybe too many license possibilities. Pricing is somewhat complicated. Learning curve could be steep for some administators.

Pros

One of ’s main strengths lies in its ease of use. The ability to work from anywhere, with full functionality available on both desktop and mobile devices, greatly facilitated our transition to smart working. The platform has proven to be stable and reliable, with no downtime or lost calls. The technical support team has also been consistently available and competent, always providing prompt responses and effective solutions to any request.

Cons

The initial setup required some time and internal coordination, particularly to fully integrate the system with our existing tools and workflows. However, this was largely mitigated by the excellent support team, who guided us through every step. At the beginning, using the platform to enter orders was not very straightforward, as some functions take a bit of practice to use smoothly. Additionally, while the user interface is generally intuitive, a few advanced features could benefit from more detailed documentation or onboarding materials — especially for less tech-savvy users.

Our company's first successful entry into the world of VOIP thanks to this solution. Support is available, which is not insignificant.

Pros

I appreciate the unified ecosystem where my colleagues can easily find all the important elements linked to our communications, contacts, management of shared answering machines, mobile application, etc.

Cons

W-AIR cordless phones are not very ergonomic, especially the office versions where the keys are too small. But since we have the application, we use W-AIR terminals less and less
