interfaccia semplice da usare sia per il personale tecnico che per gli utenti meno esperti. integrazione ben fatta tra telefoni, app e collaboration, con passaggio di chiamata e chat molto immediato.

Personalizzazioni più avanzate non sempre intuitive: alcune impostazioni richiedono passaggi tecnici non immediati Documentazione e corsi tecnici, da migliorare, soprattutto in italiano, e su semplicità di interrogazione.

My overall experience with was generally positive regarding the core product and strategic capabilities, but sometimes challenging regarding operational consistency. On the positive side, the API-First structure and the complete Unified Communication suite were highly valued as they transformed the phone system into a measurable Marketing and Sales Tool, which is crucial for maximizing conversion and ROI.

Pros

As someone who has spent time working with and relying on the technical power behind successful sales strategies, what I valued most about the technology at the core and its API-First structure and complete Unified Communication (UC) suite. Wildix isn't just a phone system; it provides the secure, WebRTC foundation necessary to seamlessly fuse telephony with marketing. This turns the communication channel into a quantifiable Marketing and Sales Tool, which is crucial for maximizing conversion rates and proving ROI. The ability to integrate calls, video, and chat directly with CRM and automation platforms is the strategic key to higher revenue and better operating margins.

Cons

The primary difficulties included internal and external communication "lags", such as delays in posting new fees that then we had to give the customer, and general lack of coordinated information sharing.

An gefällt uns die Zuverlässigkeit, das übersichtliche Lizenzsystem und die tollen Integrationsmöglichkeiten.

Das Design der alten Endgeräte haben einige Kunden bemängelt. Jetzt gibt es aber eine neue Serie, die gut ankommt.

L’integrazione tra centralino in cloud, applicazioni web e dispositivi hardware è fluida, e le funzionalità di collaborazione, videoconferenza e integrazione con altre piattaforme semplificano notevolmente il lavoro quotidiano. Inoltre, l’assistenza tecnica è efficiente e la configurazione, anche in ambienti complessi o multi-tenant, risulta chiara e stabile. In sintesi, rappresenta una soluzione completa e performante per la comunicazione unificata aziendale.

La nostra esperienza con è estremamente positiva: si è rivelato il miglior fornitore in assoluto per quanto riguarda i sistemi PBX. I clienti sono pienamente soddisfatti, grazie alla stabilità della piattaforma, alla facilità di gestione e alle prestazioni elevate dei servizi. In particolare, l’app mobile e la parte WebRTC si distinguono per la loro semplicità d’uso, la rapidità di connessione e la perfetta integrazione con l’infrastruttura aziendale, garantendo una comunicazione fluida e professionale in ogni contesto.

Für mich ist eine sehr gute Telefonielösung, die alles abdeckt, wie zum Beispiel die Möglichkeit, über die Collaboration auf einem PC oder Mobiltelefon zu telefonieren, oder die W-Air-Dect-Lösung, die sich schnell konfigurieren lässt.

Cons

\- Nicht alle Geräte können als Capex bestellt werden. Dies beschränkt die Möglichkeit bei Kundenangebote, erheblich. - Überhöhte Kosten für die Multicelle-Antenne W-Air Sync Base Plus - Kein telefonischer Support

### "Wildix Cloud Telefonie ist super"

Am PC finde ich es eine sehr gute Telefonie Lösung. Man kann sehr einfach während dem Gespräch vom Mobile auf den PC wechseln. Zudem kann man sehr einfach vermitteln oder eine Konferenz aufbauen.

Pros

Collaboration am PC und auf dem Mobil mit den FN Tasten. Telefonbuch, Verlauf verpassste Anrufe, Chat, Voicemail.

Cons

Das man die Telefone fast nur noch mieten kann! Kunde will die Telefon kaufen! Man kann nicht im Auto auf dem Touch Panel einen Ruf annehmen. Gesprächsqualität auf dem Mobile ist nicht stabil.

### "Wildix -Secure, Unified Collaboration with Flexibility and Depth"

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It is a modern, secure, and feature rich unified communications platform that fits organizations needing an all in one solution for voice, video, messaging, and collaboration. While some special hardware is required in certain cases, for most customers the flexibility of installation and cloud architecture is a major advantage. For organizations that understand VoIP/UC or have technical support, Wildix offers excellent value and reliability—making sales, deployment, and support efficient and straightforward. However, for very small businesses with minimal IT resources, the administrative complexity, hardware limitations, and pricing model should be evaluated carefully. Training materials could also be improved for end users especially for shorter formats. If a company needs more than a basic phone system and values integrated messaging/video/voice along with strong security, Wildix is a highly compelling choice. But for the smallest organisations that only need a simple setup, the full capabilities of Wildix may be more than they need.

Pros

Speaking as both a local distributor and a daily end user, I can say the user interface is very intuitive especially for Collaboration, messaging, and X Bees. In our local market, one long standing challenge with global products has been local language support and the ability to adjust translations when needed. Wildix has solved this nicely. Switching between English and local language is smooth, and both technical staff and ordinary users find the portals easy to understand. The browser and mobile based apps have also made onboarding fast in organizations of any size. Wildix is secure by design. With earlier telecom systems, we often had long discussions with IT teams about firewall rules, VPNs, and external SBCs. Wildix changed that completely—WebRTC and native encryption meant that from day one we could deploy a secure solution without relying on external tools. It’s reassuring to tell customers that security is built in, not added later. Another major advantage is how Wildix brings voice, video, chat, messaging, and screen sharing together in one unified platform. Our technicians and office staff constantly use Wildix KITE to share files and screens, which makes internal processes much smoother. While some customers consider video less important, the integration of messaging and phone/video in one place remains a clear strength. From a hosting perspective, Wildix is extremely flexible. It can run on a customer’s local server, in our country local datacenter, or fully in AWS. This ensures support for modern features like transcription and AI driven functions. Overall, Wildix runs almost issue free, supports desk phones, mobile apps, and browser use, and is excellent for hybrid or remote work—something that became especially important during the COVID years. In our region, where most companies are small or small to medium, Wildix delivers very strong value compared to larger vendors.

Cons

Even though the Collaboration interface and mobile apps are intuitive, some users still need repeated training to avoid simple mistakes. For administrators or teams without VoIP experience, the system can require more effort and specialized help. Some customers want to reuse their existing phones or technical equipment. While this is sometimes possible, there are restrictions that can feel illogical. Hardware rental policies can also create confusion—certain devices are only available for rent, not purchase, which some customers don’t like. Pricing can also be challenging for very small companies. In some cases, customers must buy full feature packages even when they only need a few items. Because we need to provide local language documentation anyway, we often have to recreate training materials. The base documentation is sometimes too technical or not user friendly enough for end users. From a telecom and operational standpoint, updates should never be applied automatically without notifying partners or customers. Automatic updates have caused confusion, and not all new versions are fully stable. We need the ability to test updates on local installations before deploying them to customers.

Ciò che mi è piaciuto di più di è la sua interfaccia intuitiva e facile da usare, che permette di gestire le comunicazioni in modo efficace e senza complicazioni. Overall, has proven to be the last system organisations need to buy. The platform is continually developing and evolving. It is well placed to take advantage of whole AI move. Enterprise levels of security and integration will extend the interest in the platform for high end enterprises particularly looking for international coverage.

Pros

offers a true unified communication experience — voice, video, chat, and collaboration tools all under one platform on desktop, mobile or tablet devices. The browser-based approach removes the hassle of heavy client installations and keeps things extremely user-friendly. The Hardware as a service approach for hardware allows for continual renewal and upgrade. Integrations with common business apps work and call quality is consistently strong. The system is designed with security in mind, which provides peace of mind when handling sensitive communications.

Cons

A complex administration platform means we successfully provide a managed service for all clients. In a modern world dominated by mobiles - mobile clients are not included in the "Basic" license which makes both a "Basic" user feel expensive if their only handset is a mobile device and seem too expensive for businesses reliant on mobile users. Recent extensions to the core system and move into AI is making the solution complex to navigate through the options and "flavours" of the platform.

Tra i maggiori pregi di ci sono la versatilità e l'adattabilità ad ogni bisogno, adattandosi sia alle situazioni più semplici che alle richieste più complicate. Facilita il lavoro di gruppo, rende migliore l'organizzazione per l'utilizzatore e la gestione dei vari centralini risulta chiara e fluida, anche grazie al supporto tecnico sempre disponibile per aiutare. Sul lato della sicurezza, Wildix è molto attento e specializzato, sempre alla ricerca di metodi più sicuri per la gestione dei suoi prodotti. Quindi Wildix risulta completo grazie alle varie opzioni che offre ai suoi clienti o partner.

Pros

Le migliori caratteristiche di sono l'affidabilità, la facilità di gestione in cloud e le molte funzioni a disposizione dell'utente.

Cons

L'unica funzione che non mi è chiara è per quanto riguarda gli account. Infatti sui modelli più vecchi dei telefoni WorkForce era possibile inserire più utenti sullo stesso telefono, mentre in quelli più moderni come il WorkForce5 e il WelcomeConsole non è più possibile, nonostante sia ancora presente l'interfaccia web dove impostare più account. Era una funzione molto comoda e mi dispiace che sia stata rimossa.

Pros

What stands out most is that is not just about communication, it helps us and our clients work smarter. It integrates cleanly with existing CRM systems, supports hybrid working effortlessly, and gives our customers a better experience from the first call onwards.

Cons

Some clients have mentioned that while they are very happy with overall, the initial setup can take a little time to tailor perfectly to their business. ### "Most Reliable App on Desktop & Mobile"

We are a believer in the product; its been tried and tested and has some real USP's compared to our other platform providers.

Pros

The UC Collaboration on desktop and mobile is by far the most reliable we have used and the most simple to understand for our customers.

Cons

Being given initial gold status as part of the onboarding process; then having to keep to quarterly targets to retain this status; otherwise suffering price increases and a mention of having to pay £1500 per annum for use of support. Holland distribution is frustration resulting in longer lead times, inflated courier charges and further costs for breaking a pallet and box if we don't take a set Qty of the same item. Too much push on HaaS; not everyone wants this option; releasing newer handsets on HaaS and leaving the capex orders with old model stock.

Excellent & has continued as such since the time we onboarded with them many years ago. They are very responsive when needed in terms of support, competitive situations & in supporting growth.

Pros

is a fantastic solution at a great price point. Its a disrupter to much larger so called Enterprise solutions but is in much more attuned to real user requirements & continues to evolve with new innovative solutions all the time.

Cons

Would like to have an option to use 3rd party endpoints perhaps by paying for a low cost 3rd party licence fee.

Reason for choosing Wildix

At the time they had not perfected their cloud offering.

Ich kenne seit ca. 10 Jahren und wir sind immer noch zufriedene Vertriebspartner. Einfach weil die Lösung seht interessant ist und stetig weiter entwickelt wird. Benötigte neue Funktionen können gemeldet werden und diese werden von Wildix aufgegriffen und umgesetzt.

Pros

ist ein globaler Anbieter einer Unified Communication Lösung der trotzdem den Wert seiner regionalen Vertriebspartner schätzt und dafür sorgt, dass innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein Feedback auf Anfragen erfolgt und stets Lösungsorientiert gehandelt wird.

Cons

Nachteile/Probleme von technischer Seite gibt es wenige, die dann aber vom Support meistens behoben werden. Störend ist vielleicht die andere Sichtweise von was Hardware angeht. Viele Produkte werden nur als HWaaS angeboten und dazu sind viele unserer Kunden noch nicht bereit. Somit scheitern manche Aufträge an der fehlenden Kaufoption.

Mir hat die Flexibilität gefallen von . Die Einfachheit um Lösungen anzuwenden. Das Produkt lässt sich in jeder Branche anwenden.

Es gibt eigentlich keine Punkte die mir an nicht gefallen. Vielleicht, dass es in der Öffentlichkeit noch nicht so bekannt ist.

Secure by design: WebRTC and native encryption simplify secure communication without relying on external tools like VPNs or SBCs. The system is widely regarded as a solid and dependable platform with a strong track record for uptime.

Pros

I like for its simplicity, security, and the powerful, browser-based tools it provides to directly connect with customers and drive sales.

Cons

The physical phones are often rebadged Fanvil handsets with custom firmware, and that makes it harder to use non-Wildix (third-party) hardware.

La mia azienda è partner fin dalla sua fondazione, e oltre il 75% del fatturato proviene dalla nostra partnership. Wildix è un partner affidabile e di supporto, che permette al team commerciale e tecnico di progettare le migliori soluzioni per i nostri clienti grazie a strumenti intuitivi e all’avanguardia. In un settore in continua evoluzione come quello delle telecomunicazioni e delle comunicazioni unificate, è apprezzabile come Wildix stia integrando in maniera sempre più efficace l’intelligenza artificiale, permettendoci così di generare upselling con i clienti attivi che magari vogliono portare la produttività un gradino più in alto e di creare opportunità più proficue ed accattivanti con i potenziali clienti. Un ulteriore elemento da mettere in risalto è l’integrazione di Collaboration ed x-bees con i CRM più utilizzati sul mercato, che rende più semplice la transizione dei clienti verso l’utilizzo di queste piattaforme di comunicazione e di renderle operative fin da subito. In caso di necessità, il team di Wildix è reattivo e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta, quindi non ho dubbi sul fatto che la nostra collaborazione continuerà a crescere e che l’azienda continuerà ad affidarsi ai suoi strumenti.

Prontezza nel risolvere disguidi tecnici, attenzione al dettaglio, un team di assistenza forte e ben preparato.

Cons

Niente in particolare, le criticità dei partner, nel mio caso almeno, vengono gestite prontamente e non ho mai riscontrato grandi difficoltà.
