Cosa mi è piaciuto: Soluzione completa e stabile, con buone prestazioni anche in ambienti complessi. Cosa migliorerei: Maggiore semplicità nella parte amministrativa e di gestione utenti/licenze.

Pros

Il sistema è stabile, semplice da gestire e funziona bene anche da remoto. L’interfaccia è chiara e gli utenti si abituano in fretta. Apprezzo molto che sia tutto integrato: telefoni, web e app.

Cons

A volte l’interfaccia web potrebbe essere più intuitiva per chi non è tecnico. Anche la gestione delle licenze potrebbe essere più flessibile, soprattutto nei rinnovi.

### "A system not a product"

My overall experience is positive: the system is robust, simple, and well-engineered, the hardware is complete and meets all needs, and the technical and sales support is always ready and available. Classound is an excellent service with extremely high quality.

Pros

The thing I mostly appreciate about Wildix is ​​that it is not only a product but a system made up of hardware, software and people.

Cons

Collaboration integration is limited to just two online services: GMail and Microsoft365. It would be better if the system also included other platforms, especially on-premise ones. Cassound not flat with Basic license.

### "Best UCaaS vendor"

We've been partner since 2019. We were looking for a UCC solution as we had a bad experience with another vendor. At the time we were selling traditional VoIP PBXs based on Asterisk with no real value for our customers. Moreover we knew that OPEX model was the future but we didn't know hot to start. When we got in touch with Wildix it found out they were different and it was exactly what we were looking for. They had a great UCC Solution, a great Customer Support and they taught us how to sell their products with an OPEX model. Moreover they don't sell directly to customers and really care about partner's ecosystem. We now have a solid MRR that's increasing month by month. Best choice ever.

Pros

They are always looking for innovation. They teach us how to sell their products They don't publish prices online

Cons

It's hard to find something not working with Wildix. Somebody would say prices, it could be but then you understand that's all about positioning and customer value, so price becomes less important.

### "Wildix helps our business outcomes"

Great, the flexability enables us to sell anything from 2-3 seats to 700+ seats with no loss in features. There is always someone that can help with an enquiry, and as a business we find they are always trying to invest in our training and personal development with the Kanban and Value Selling courses.

Pros

We find Wildix very easy to use and program up for our customers. The flexability of the system allows each instance to evolve naturally with it's customer so that it can be as simple or complex as they need. We also find the customer support from the technical team and customer success team to be great and enable us to always be moving forward

Cons

We find that the roadmap of when fixes or new features might be available is a little lacking, but this is improving with implementation of the "ideas" page which enables us to push ideas and Wildix to be able to show if it is picked up, in development, or about to be implemented.

After two years of use in the IT sector, I can say that Wildix has genuinely improved our business communications. The ability to manage everything from a single platform - calls, video, chat, and CRM integration - has significantly simplified daily work. The time savings are tangible, especially thanks to automatic voicemail transcription. The ease of remote working and improved customer management have been concrete advantages for our small business. Technical support has always proven to be excellent. I recommend it without hesitation.

Pros

The comprehensive range of features offered: calls, video conferencing, chat, CRM integration, and mobile/web apps make Wildix a true all-in-one solution. The voicemail with automatic message transcription is particularly useful and saves a lot of time. Excellent for remote work and improving customer management. Technical support has always been prompt and efficient. Fair pricing compared to the value offered.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't encountered any significant issues. The system is stable, the features are well-suited to business needs, and the price-to-quality ratio is appropriate.

sono partener, dal 2013, la conosco dal 2008 con la ver 1.80. come dico sempre ai miei collaboratori io sono innamorato di wildix, per tutto il sistema per l'organizzazione, i prodotti.

La cosa più bella che ha wildix è la capacità come azienda di farti sentire sempre una grande squadra anche quando le cose non vanno bene, grazie all'approccio continuo del nostro Partner Development Manager. il punto di forza è sopra tutto l'assistenza, sono super disponibili e hanno sempre una risoluzione ad ogni problema, il sistema è molto facile da configurare a lato tecnico e anche a lato utente.

Cons

la cosa meno bella: sono un po' rigidi sulle strade dei partener, mi spiego se un partener vorrebbe attuare un percorso di gestione diverso dal loro, l'uso obbligato della pipeline e tutto il software delle volte è un po' deleterio per piccole aziende. anche se abbiamo una piccola integrazione da fare diventa un po' difficile gestione e si mette di traverso.

Nous utilisons la solution quotidiennement, et l’intégration avec d’autres outils comme Zoho One et notre système de ticketing représente un véritable atout. Elle nous permet de centraliser les actions, d’éviter les allers-retours entre différentes plateformes, et de supprimer la saisie manuelle des numéros. Un gain de temps et d’efficacité très appréciable au quotidien.

Pros

L’interface Wildix se distingue par sa modernité, sa simplicité et son intuitivité. Déjà utilisateur de la solution "Collaboration", nous avons récemment migré vers "x-bees", qui apporte une nouvelle couche d’intelligence artificielle ainsi qu’une interface encore plus agréable à utiliser. Une évolution appréciable qui améliore clairement l’expérience utilisateur.

Cons

Certains éléments de l’interface ont évolué, comme la manière de composer les numéros, ce qui peut déstabiliser au début. Cependant, après un court temps d’adaptation, les habitudes reviennent naturellement. L’interface conserve l’ADN de la solution précédente tout en apportant une touche de modernité appréciable.

I like Wildix for its simplicity, security, and the powerful, browser-based tools it provides to directly connect with customers and drive sales.

Cons

The physical phones are often rebadged Fanvil handsets with custom firmware, and that Wildix makes it harder to use non-Wildix (third-party) hardware.

Wildix è un partner affidabile e di supporto, che permette al team commerciale e tecnico di progettare le migliori soluzioni per i nostri clienti grazie a strumenti intuitivi e all’avanguardia. In un settore in continua evoluzione come quello delle telecomunicazioni e delle comunicazioni unificate, è apprezzabile come Wildix stia integrando in maniera sempre più efficace l’intelligenza artificiale, permettendoci così di generare upselling con i clienti attivi che magari vogliono portare la produttività un gradino più in alto e di creare opportunità più proficue ed accattivanti con i potenziali clienti. Un ulteriore elemento da mettere in risalto è l’integrazione di Collaboration ed x-bees con i CRM più utilizzati sul mercato, che rende più semplice la transizione dei clienti verso l’utilizzo di queste piattaforme di comunicazione e di renderle operative fin da subito. In caso di necessità, il team di Wildix è reattivo e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta, quindi non ho dubbi sul fatto che la nostra collaborazione continuerà a crescere e che l’azienda continuerà ad affidarsi ai suoi strumenti.

In generale l'esperienza è positiva, perché ci consente di offire ai nostri clienti una soluzione di fonia rapida e di alto livello.

Pros

Di Wildix mi piace la semplicità di installazione e configurazione, tutte le possibili integrazioni, la semplicità nel fare troubleshooting, il "no client installation".

Cons

Quello che non mi piace tanto di Wildix è il prezzo un po' troppo elevato, il fatto che i prezzi cambiano a piacere di Wildix, mentre magari noi al nostro cliente abbiamo fatto un preventivo con un certo canone mensile che poi va adeguato, subendo noi l'aumento. Un'altra cosa che non mi piace, è la qualità dei prodotti. Abbiamo sempre avuto problemi con i telefoni, soprattutto con le cornette e con i cavi che causano rumori durante la conversazione.

La mia esperienza è estremamente posisitiava, devo dire che dal punto di vista tecnico non ho mai avuto grossi problemi di funzionamento, il servizio classound è stato sempre funzionale e puntuale. Siamo riusciti sempre in grandi linee a soddisfare le richieste dei nostri clienti che ritengono il prodotto valido soprattutto da chi proviene da altri sistemi telefonici voip.

Pros

Ciò che mi è piaciuto di più di Wildix è la stabilità del prodotto e la facilità di configurazione dei servizi "base".

Cons

Ciò che mi piace meno sinceramente è l'impossibilità di approvvigionare apparechiature di terze parti, sarebbe utile poterlo fare su quei clienti che vorrebbero sfruttare i propri apparecchi Voip, per questo motivo spesso non è stato possibile finalizzare trattative di vendita. Dal punto di vista commerciale riguardo Classound sarebbe il massimo se fosse possibile avere un bundle unico condiviso per tutti gli utenti del pbx, perchè diventa difficile e poco competitivo chiudere vendite su pbx con molti interni.

Su versatilidad y prestaciones avanzadas. Es un todo en uno en Comunicaciones Unificadas (voz, video, SMS, fax, móvil, etc.) y se pueden gestionar cientos de sedes, incluso en diferentes países y continentes con total precisión.

### "A brand with a growth mindset"

Wildix has a great team of people who love the brand and invest continuously in the growth and development of not only its solutions but the whole ecosystem of users and resellers.

Pros

I love the sales intelligence feature on Wildix X-bees - being able to quickly search for different topics and find relevant information is a time-saver. Also the ease of use of the interface and being able to change devices seamlessly during calls are unbeatable compared to the competition.

Cons

Lack of Turkish language support in the user interface at the moment - but hopefully that will change soon.

### "A very good solution for your company's communications"

My experience with Wildix I would rate as very good. I think they have a very good product adaptable to any company of any size.

Pros

The versatile solution it offers for the company's unified communications. Communication with support is very agile and fast. At a commercial level, they have many e-learning tools to train staff with their solutions.

Cons

Perhaps the bureaucracy when introducing an opportunity. When a process gets stuck, it is difficult to obtain a quick and agile solution.

Wildix are innovative and supportive and as a company, we have benefited considerably by partnering with them.

Pros

The Wildix Team are fantastic to work with, always eager to assist with changing requirements and support. Customer Support is very responsive and always manages to fix issues fast

Cons

Product documentation is very technical and aimed at support staff. Would be great to have some cheat sheets for end users.

### "We tried 5 phone systems and Wildix came out on top."

Very good, we tested 5 other systems before, and only Wildix was able to meet our needs. Compared to the competition it is just so much easier to set up and support.

Pros

That it runs almost issue free. We have 30+ customers on Wildix, and if an issue occurs, which is very rare on its own, it is 90% not Wildix related.

Cons

They focus a lot on the needs of big companies, and i think sometimes the needs of smaller companies come a bit short. For instance, the new Collaboration 7 is very good, but a bit complex when all you want to do is simpler phone system stuff, as a lot of smaller companies do.

### "Migliore piattaforma per UC&C"

Ottima. per noi è stata la prima scelta come sistema di UC&C, in quanto realtà solida, Europea ed orientata veramente al futuro con innovazioni uniche nel suo settore.

Pros

La flessibilità che il sistema wildix ti permette di raggiungere tramite dialplan, non mi è mai capitato di dover dire "non si può fare" ad un cliente, è un sistema molto smart, pieno di sempre nuove funzionalità e con un supporto da 10 e lode.

Cons

Dovrebbero tenere più webinar tech, le funzionalità sono sempre molte e nuove, e essere sempre aggiornati è essenziale.

### "The evolution of Wildix"

Our overall experience with Wildix has been excellent. As mentioned earlier, the switchboard allows us to configure all customer requests in a comprehensive and straightforward manner. In addition to this, with the latest AI integrations, Wildix is evolving into a platform that goes beyond a simple telephone switchboard.

Pros

The ease of configuration of the WMS with continuous updates and new features being added all the time. Technical support always available.

Cons

The least appreciated features are the difficulty in searching for numbers in the directory and changing the extension options directly on the landline telephone. The inability to disable automatic updates on the WMS.
