Die Funktionen und Integrationen erleichtern zahlreiche Arbeitsabläufe, verbessern die Erreichbarkeit und machen die Kommunikation effizienter. Besonders positiv ist, dass Wildix sowohl für kleine Teams als auch für größere Unternehmen hervorragend skalierbar ist. Der Support und die Zusammenarbeit sind zuverlässig, was uns die Entscheidung für Wildix zusätzlich bestätigt.

Pros

Die einfache Bedienung, die stabile Performance und die nahtlose Integration in bestehende Systeme haben uns überzeugt. Besonders die Flexibilität im Homeoffice sowie die Möglichkeit, alle Kommunikationskanäle zentral zu bündeln, erleichtert unseren Arbeitsalltag enorm.

Cons

Bislang haben wir keine gravierenden Nachteile festgestellt. Gelegentlich braucht es etwas Zeit, bis sich neue Mitarbeiter an die vielen Funktionen gewöhnt haben – das ist aber eher ein Gewöhnungsthema als ein Nachteil des Systems selbst.

### "Migliore piattaforma per UC&C"

Ottima. per noi è stata la prima scelta come sistema di UC&C, in quanto realtà solida, Europea ed orientata veramente al futuro con innovazioni uniche nel suo settore.

Pros

La flessibilità che il sistema wildix ti permette di raggiungere tramite dialplan, non mi è mai capitato di dover dire "non si può fare" ad un cliente, è un sistema molto smart, pieno di sempre nuove funzionalità e con un supporto da 10 e lode.

Cons

Dovrebbero tenere più webinar tech, le funzionalità sono sempre molte e nuove, e essere sempre aggiornati è essenziale.

### "Un système efficace et simple d'utilisation"

Globalement la prise en main de Wildix s'effectue très aisément. Après quelques explications, on se sent très vite à l'aise à l'utiliser sereinement.

Pros

Son utilisation simplifié grâce à son PBX dans le cloud. Une connexion internet suffit à faire fonctionner son téléphone. Le système est continuellement mis à jours, avec des nouveautés régulières.

Cons

Beaucoup de documentations ne sont pas traduites en français, notamment pour les procédures liés au support technique.

Complessivamente positiva seppure con qualche punto negativo come scritto sopra e come ad esempio la soglia dell'accordo annuo.

Pros

La cosa che preferisco in assoluto di Wildix è il supporto tecnico, addetti qualificati ed esperti sono in grado di aiutarci in modo concreto

Cons

Le variazioni di prezzo in mezzo all'anno ad accordo fatto e non pianificate; il ritiro ad accordo fatto dei gateway e degli switch (questo accaduto tempo addietro); il costo eccessivo dei terminali telefonici sia in acquisto che in HAaS. Il fatto che nonostante si faccia pagare il canone di un HAaS non più a listino, in caso di guasto non lo sostituirete (esempio switch e gateway ISDN, 4FXS, PRI).

Abbiamo scelto Wildix per la nostra azienda e devo dire che è davvero una piattaforma su misura: si adatta perfettamente alle nostre esigenze e ai nostri flussi di lavoro. L’integrazione con CRM, calendario e WhatsApp Business rende tutto molto più semplice e centralizzato. Una delle funzionalità che apprezzo di più è la possibilità di registrare e trascrivere chiamate e video call grazie a Xbees con i rissunti creati dall'intelligenza artificiale: è comodissimo per recuperare informazioni e per avere tutto documentato. Inoltre, anche quando un cliente apre un ticket senza che anche lui abbia la stessa piattaforma, resta visibile lo storico completo della chat, il che rende il servizio molto più fluido e professionale. In sintesi, Wildix è uno strumento completo, flessibile e davvero orientato alle esigenze del cliente.

Cons

a presenza “disponibile” viene visualizzata solo se si è sulla schermata di Xbees; se si è in altre schermate, lo stato disponibile non appare, anche se in realtà non si è occupati.

What I liked most about Wildix was how intuitive the interface is. The WebRTC technology stood out to us the most, the mobile and softphone application was the best we have used

Cons

The price of the cordless solution can be pretty high for smaller installations when a customer only requires 2 or 3 dect handsets but needs access to all areas.

We have been partners with Wildix for several years now and are very satisfied with their solutions. We will continue to rely on them.

Pros

Wildix is highly innovative, and the PBX operates very stably and can be run very efficiently on Linux. We have several hundred PBXs in operation and can maintain and service them without any problems, even with a smaller team.

Cons

Organizational processes can sometimes be a bit tedious, and communication of changes is not always optimal.

Die Erfahrung mit Wildix ist sehr positiv. Durch die kurzen Wege erhält man Informationen schnellstmöglich und der Support ist auch direkt verfügbar.

Pros

Mit der Wildix-Telefonanlage erreichen Kunden schneller den richtigen Ansprechpartner. Präsenzanzeige, intelligente Weiterleitung und zentrale Steuerung sorgen dafür, dass Anrufe nicht ins Leere laufen. Das steigert die spürbar die Kundenzufriedenheit, da Anliegen effizient bearbeitet werden. Zusätzlich bietet die individuelle Konfigurationsmöglichkeit Freiraum für vielfältige Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, damit z.B. auch Mehrschichtbetriebe effizient Anrufe erhalten können.

Cons

Bei der Wildix-Telefonanlage gibt es relativ wenig, was meiner Meinung nach nicht passt. Wenn überhaupt, ist es eine zentrale Ansicht der Anruflisten von Anrufgruppen außerhalb von CDRView. Selbst hier bin ich davon überzeugt, dass Wildix auf das Feedback der Community eingeht und eine Lösung dafür baut.

Wildix modernisiert die Kommunikation in Unternehmen, die flexibles Arbeiten ermöglichen wollen. Mitarbeiter sind überall erreichbar, neue Kollegen sind schnell eingerichtet, und die Verwaltung läuft zentral. Besonders KMUs profitieren davon, dass sie keine komplizierte Telefonanlage mehr im Keller brauchen. Als Vertriebspartner schätzen wir den Support und dass das System stabil läuft.

Pros

Die Flexibilität ist unschlagbar. Die Benutzer können problemlos zwischen Tischtelefon, Laptop und Smartphone wechseln - alles synchronisiert sich automatisch. Besonders im Home-Office oder unterwegs ist das Gold wert.

Cons

Einige Endgeräte gibt es nur als Mietmodell. Das ist nicht jedem unserer Kunden recht - manche wollen ihre Hardware lieber direkt kaufen. Da müssen wir manchmal länger überzeugen oder auf andere Modelle ausweichen.

The whole seamless working from desktop to mobile from home working to office and the integration of voice and video and messaging,

Because the system has many features and options, some staff say documentation or e learning resources are not always up to date, or lacking in clarity for certain features. This can make training harder.

i clienti sono contenti delle funzioni che offre Wildix, la collaboration, la possibilità di rispondere su qualsiasi dispositivo si voglia, l' app sul cellulare i telefoni WiFi... il costo di messa in funzione è molto vantaggioso.

Pros

versatilità e semplicità del prodotto, è facile installare nuove funzioni come risponditori automatici o nuovi dispositivi all' interno del centralino cloud. La funzione Analytics è ottima per monitorare dalla A alla Z l' intero centralino potendo esportare grafici e tabelle delle chiamate che passano sul centralino.

Cons

i telefoni in generale hanno bisogno di essere aggiornati in quanto altre marche offrono soluzioni più smart, tuttavia sembra che nuovi modelli stiano arrivando portando innovazioni anche da quel lato.

A very positive experience. Due to the comprehensive and versatile offering, initial training is required.

Pros

Wildix is highly versatile and adaptable to diverse customer needs. It also scales well. Some of our use cases are documented here: \[sensitive content hidden\] The friendly and helpful support from Customer Success and Technical teams is a significant positive.

Cons

The ordering process via SFPC is cumbersome for us. We do not require many of its functions as we use our own CRM. However, the processes have already been significantly improved—keep up the good work. The Classound Team currently appears very busy, though the team is also very friendly and helpful. Hardware (BT Headsets): An updated, improved version of the BT headsets would be desirable. The microphone is often criticized for its quality compared to Jabra headsets. The wearing comfort, however, is excellent. The documentation and e-learning for certain topics are not always completely up-to-date.

The Agentic AI features in the new WMS7 version are extremely powerful and compelling, opening up new scenarios and potential applications in the field of Unified Communication and Collaboration. Thanks to the use of Voice Bot technology, we can eliminate missed or abandoned calls and automate business processes. Moreover, the mobile app enables us to work without barriers, regardless of our geographic location, with the only requirement being an available internet connection.

The Collaboration 7 solution has significantly improved the user experience compared to the previous version, adding features of clear interest while maintaining the excellent technical support that distinguishes the vendor's services

Cons

Some features available in the previous version have not yet been implemented in Collaboration7, but I’ve already seen they’ve been added to the roadmap for the coming weeks

Pros

The product is very flexible and the cloud PBX runs very stably. If you take time, you can meet any customer requirements in the dialplan.

Cons

The call quality of the desk phones is barely average. The configurations in the Cloud PBX are not intuitive and require a high level of expertise.

Lo que más nos gusta de Wildix es su enfoque innovador en comunicaciones unificadas y la facilidad para implementar sus soluciones en distintos entornos. Además, el soporte y acompañamiento por parte del equipo de Wildix ha sido constante, lo que facilita nuestro trabajo como partner.

Algunos procesos administrativos o comerciales podrían simplificarse, y de marketing localizados en español para apoyar la labor de los partners en nuestra región.

Die Systeme laufen sehr Stoerungsarm, die Preis und Lizenz Gestaltung ist einfach und unkompliziert.

Pros

Die modularität der Systeme und der Funktionsumfang, Design der Software und Hardware ist Zeitgemäß.

Cons

Bestellvorgang könnte einfacher gestaltet werden sowie für Neusysteme als auch für die Erweiterungen.

Nel complesso la mia esperienza con Wildix è stata positiva. Ho trovato una piattaforma tecnologicamente avanzata, flessibile e affidabile, soprattutto dal punto di vista tecnico. Alcuni aspetti dell’approccio commerciale e della comunicazione con il cliente potrebbero essere migliorati (VEDI AUMENTO DELLE LICENZE)

La flessibilità tecnica: la piattaforma è altamente configurabile e si adatta bene a contesti differenti, offrendo strumenti evoluti e integrazioni utili.

Cons

L’approccio commerciale a volte può risultare troppo spinto o poco allineato con le reali esigenze del cliente

We have not regretted choosing Wildix as our main vendor, as it has allowed us to meet all of our customers’ needs.

Pros

Wildix provides fast and highly competent support that always has a solution ready. There are AI voice bots, and through the Idea Portal, partners can submit suggestions for improvements.

Cons

For partners, the sales pressure is high. As partner you have to pay a relatively high amount to get started, but in return, you receive very good training.
