L'esperienza complessiva come si intuisce dalle precedenti affermazioni è stata molto positiva e sono convinto che grazie alle continue implementazioni e aggiornamenti sarò in grado di ottimizzare al meglio i processi per le nostre attività, i teams pre-sales e post-sales sono impeccabili e in grado di supportare il cliente per tutte le esigenze manifestate prima e dopo l'acquisto.

Pros

La comunicazione di squadra e la collaborazione in team, in particolare per la gestione di processi produttivi sia all'interno dell'azienda che sul campo è stato per noi fondamentale riuscire a tenere sotto controllo il processo grazie alla condivisione delle informazioni/documenti e la facile raggiungibilità degli attori interessati dal processo stesso, questo ci ha fatto risparmiare molto tempo ed evitato fraintendimenti e perdita di informazioni.

Cons

Al momento non dispongo di argomenti negativi per questa piattaforma anche perché piccoli chiarimenti sul funzionamento o l'uso di funzionalità specifiche sono stati tempestivamente forniti.

When the system and end devices are in operation, they work. However, the entire procedure in the SFPC takes too long. We also seriously question the need to maintain a pipeline.

Pros

When the devices are in operation, they usually function without any problems. Devices are stable...

Cons

\- The SFPC is complicated and unsuitable for its actual purpose - Support only via tickets (no telephone) - Support is sometimes clumsy, you are often referred to another department -> a new ticket must be opened - Porting only works partially, documents are required that can be viewed in ZEFIX

### "Wildix PBX. A very good telephone system"

We implemented the system for a customer in the care sector for people with intellectual disabilities. The customer has just over 150 locations. The project was implemented via the Wildix Cloud and includes connections to alarm servers and call systems. The locations are equipped with desk phones and DECT phones in door intercom systems. The collaboration feature (PC+ app) was also very well received here, as the Wildix solution is very stable and easy to use.

Pros

The system is easy to use and offers innovative, browser-based applications for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. The PBX runs on a very stable architecture and offers a wide range of useful features. The system can meet almost any telephony requirement.

Cons

The DECT system runs very smoothly and offers a choice of four DECT handsets. However, the buttons are very small, making the phones difficult to use with gloves or for older users.

My overall experience with has been very positive. It’s a reliable and feature-rich communication platform that significantly improves internal and external collaboration. The integration with other tools, combined with excellent call quality and flexibility for remote work, makes it a strong choice for modern businesses. While the setup requires some initial learning and the hardware availability can vary, the system’s stability, ease of use, and responsive support team more than make up for it.

Pros

What I liked most about is its user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other business tools. The system is reliable, intuitive, and easy to manage, which makes communication across teams very efficient. I also appreciate the mobility features, such as the browser-based collaboration platform and mobile app, which allow users to stay connected from anywhere. Additionally, Wildix provides excellent call quality and strong support for remote work.

Cons

What I liked least about is that the some advanced features require technical knowledge or additional licensing, which might not be ideal for smaller teams. Also the MS Teams integration should be rethink (licensing).

Complessivamente mi sono trovato bene con e quelle che ho espresso sono critiche costruttive che spero vengano accolte.

Pros

ha delle soluzioni molto affidabili e semplici da utilizzare e personalizzare. Tutte le aziende alle quali ho venduto Wildix, fin ora, non tornerebbero più indietro.

Cons

1.Purtroppo il rapporto qualità prezzo a volte viene meno. Esempio: il Belt Clip per il W-AIR Basic2 costa 20 euro. 2. L'assistenza telefonica lascia un po' a desiderare. Tutte le volte che chiamo non mi risponde quasi mai nessuno. Se creo un ticket al mattino viene preso in esame nel pomeriggio. 3. La documentazione è davvero molto poco esaustiva. Dovrebbe essere molto più dettagliata e gestita meglio. Mi avrebbe evitato tante chiamate al supporto tecnico. 4. Sarebbe bello poter fare dei corsi tecnici in presenza per poter imparare davvero qualcosa di nuovo sul linguaggio della piattaforma

Bugs in the Collaboration 7 and Collaboration 6 apps. It's quite difficult to find an Android smartphone without bugs due to the wide variety of manufacturer customizations.

Pros

We started working with to provide a robust telecoms system to our clients and we were first drawn to it when looking for a solid multi cell DECT solution for care homes. Wildix ticked all the boxes and has allowed us to provide a scalable unified communications platform. We have been especially impressed by how quickly we can roll out a system when needed and the flexibility to make changes when required.

Cons

Having to use handsets to get full functionality can be restrictive when clients are looking to change VOIP providers and have already invested in equipment they want to keep.

is a perfect plug n play system overall with functional hardware, a lot of apps and integration possibilities as well as browser only useable.

Cons

In the new Collaboration 7 are a lot of functions not available as in Collaboration 6. We are missing reception functions to hold and monitor more then one call and put through it to available people.

en general funciona muy bien para todo tipo de usuarios, instaladores que estan en zonas donde no hay cobertura gsm y hay wifi puedes hablar a su extension sin ningun problema, la forma de gestionar las llamadas es muy buena y la interconexion con llamadas desde otros equipos y pasar llamadas al telefono de sobremesa y transferir a el movil via app o al pc via for windows sin que el otro interlocutor se de cuenta es una pasada

integracion muy recomendable para cualquier tipo de negocio y solucion, va estupendo y es muy facil e intuitivo

Cons

pocas cosas, primero habia ciertos problemas para las conexiones con los bluetooth de los coches pero han pulido la aplicacion y va estupendo

La integración de comunicaciones unificadas de es estable y sencilla de gestionar. Ofrece buena interoperabilidad con infraestructuras existentes y un entorno intuitivo para usuarios finales. La escalabilidad facilita adaptarse a entornos exigentes como hospitales o administración pública.

Cons

Algunas funciones avanzadas requieren configuración más técnica de lo esperado. La documentación podría ser más clara para acelerar la curva de aprendizaje. Igualmente cuenta con un soporte técnico maravilloso.

### "Wildix ottima esperienza"

Molto positiva sia come tecnico che come cliente, visto che in azienda lo utilizziamo come nostro centralino.

Pros

Le soluzioni hanno molteplici opzioni di personalizzazione che posso svariare dal centralino per la piccola azienza a realtà molto più grosse e complesse. Facilità di apprendimento sia nella programmazione che nell'utilizzo. Apparecchiature hardware molto affidabili e performanti.

Cons

Alcune possibilità di implementazioni andrebbero approfondite maggiormente, molto interessante l'integrazioni con le AI ma andrebbe approfondita di più la fase di programmazione.
