An overall great experience leaving us with no desire to search for another VoIP platform. The technology and people are superb, with a refreshing take on both traditional communications software and a unified platform approach.

Pros

An exceptionally flexible platform without limitations commonly seen in other VoIP platforms. The team are evidently working to continuously improve. With the right expertise and a little persistence it feels like anything is possible with !

Cons

Setup and management require a foundational level of expertise and/or platform familiarity. This is not generally a problem for larger deployments and is necessary to facilitate the platform's outstanding flexibility. It may however be nice to see an end-user friendly basic PBX-wide configuration menu for common fundamental tweaks.

Facilità d’uso e completezza della soluzione. Soluzione a 360 gradi. Utile per qualsiasi tipo di infrastruttura sia per piccole realtà che per realtà strutturate.

Cons

Bisogna migliorare la qualità della voce guida sul voicebot. L’implementazione è molto intuitiva ma la risposta risulta essere ancora troppo lenta e macchinosa.

Excellent CUSTOMER SUPPORT, products always on the edge of innovation. A modern solution that combines ease of use with the infinite possibilities offered by raw dialplan editing.

Cons

Pricing is somehow confusing. The ability to create users in overlicensing makes it hard to track license purchases and billing.

Despite the negative points, is a great product and has various features that are indispensable today.

Pros

Customised solutions for almost every company, including providers and additional products that can be used.

Cons

The further developments that are not yet fully developed but are being released nonetheless. E.g. various features missing in Collaboartion 7. And devices that are only available for hire. It still annoys me to no end.

The experience so far has been very positive. Customers are happy with the product, and whenever we have needed it, we have received help with sales presentations, which has helped us to sell it.

Pros

What I like about is its ability to adapt to any customer need in terms of incorporating artificial intelligence into their telephone system, controlling calls with statistics, or the ease of working that its unified communications provide.

Cons

The information provided to partners should be clearer and more specific. It is often difficult to find what you are looking for quickly. Furthermore, the system is not at all intuitive when it comes to making offers and orders.

Cons

Some pricing are too expensive for some SMEs. We understand the quality is so elevated, but most customers ask us a discount.

differentiates itself from other competitors by developing new features, timely technical support. Many customers are satisfied with the possibility of integration with third-party systems that the platform allows, as well as the development of functions through AI.

Cons

The commercial policy and the lack of openness towards third-party SIP devices are some of the few cons of this platform. When weighing all the pros, they are sometimes insignificant.

I've been using since 2018. They are always a step or two ahead of the competition with the latest features.

Pros

is easy to configure. We can have a full solution live in minutes which gives us an advantage over competitors

Cons

The HWaaS handsets aren't price competitive with other comparable handsets. If this was to be reduced, we would sell an awful lot more

Distribuendo altre piattaforme di comunicazione, cercavamo un'alternativa con una tecnologia e una visione rivolta al futuro e nei rapporti commerciali di Partnership. Abbiamo apprezzato subito la tecnologia, la modalità di fatturazione Capex, la piattaforma x-bees e x-hoppers.

Cons

Attualmente tutte le funzionalità sono veramente top. Abbiamo effettuato già diverse installazioni e devo dire che non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con il cliente, anzi abbiamo ottenuto aprezzamenti.

The browser-based setup without installation is a major advantage, and many customers love the ease of use and integration. However, we’ve also lost deals because some clients found the rental-only model for phones unsuitable. Overall, a powerful solution for digitally focused businesses – with some limitations in hardware strategy.

Pros

Users love that is easy to use. It runs directly in the browser without installation! Additionally, it offers strong security (WebRTC, 2FA, GDPR-compliant), integrates well with CRM systems, and boosts sales efficiency through web chat and AI features like Wilma AI. That is what admins, partners and decision-makers prefer. Its high flexibility covers for our customers almost every use case and leaves very few wishes unfulfilled.

Cons

Some phones are only available through rental models, which can be a drawback for customers who prefer ownership or need long-term hardware planning.

I consider an excellent system for providing customers with a solution for managing phone calls.

Pros

is ​​the most important product we offer our customers. Every request is handled simply and effectively. Since adopting the Wildix system, we've seen an increase in sales and profits because it offers numerous customer solutions and prompt support.

Cons

For some specific customer requests, particularly on Classound, I haven't found a simple way to replicate generalized procedures across all numbers. I usually configure the same procedure manually for each number, but I probably haven't found a better way.

Easy deployment and virtual number porting. Very stable platform. No direct sales to end-users and a product that is constantly evolving with AI capabilities.

Cons

Proprietary hardware, limited flexibility if a customer prefers to keep older or third-party handsets and headsets.
