come segnalato il prodotto è validissimo, affidabile, performante, la gestione dei ticket con nuovo software gestionale è difficoltosa, e fa perdere molto tempo. Anche verso i clienti e partner, un reseller non può aprire ticket o ordini diretti.

siamo partner gold wildix da circa 20 anni, abbiamo cercato un prodotto voip affidabile, ed abbiamo trovato un sistema UCC che negli anni ha sempre aggiunto valore a noi e i nostri clienti

Excelente servicio y soporte al cliente. Es un servicio que ofrece una alta calidad para las comunicaciones empresariales y el equipo de soporte técnico siempre soluciona la dudas o incidencias que tenemos.

Facilidad de uso, comunicación y colaboración en equipo y soporte al cliente. Es una plataforma muy intuitiva y accesible desde cualquier plataforma.

Cons

Que la BBDD de nuestra PBX no es accesible. Es un inconveniente derivado de la buena arquitectura de seguridad que tienen.

I've found my experience with Wildix to be positive. I learned VoIP with your products, so I'm definitely hooked.

Pros

I like Wildix's presence and expertise in technical support. As a technician, I can't really compare the quality and price.

Cons

I can't think of any negative feedback at the moment, the only thing was the forced switch of customers from LifeTime licenses to expiring ones.

Mi è piaciuta la semplicità d’uso del sistema, la stabilità della piattaforma e l’integrazione completa tra telefoni, app desktop e mobile. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e permette di lavorare in modo fluido anche da remoto.

Cons

Non mi viene in mente niente sinceramente. Forse alcune funzionalità potrebbero essere più intuitive, in particolare nella gestione delle impostazioni avanzate. Ma sono dettagli.

In poche settimane abbiamo ridotto il tempo medio di risposta di ~\[30%\], le chiamate perse di ~\[40%\] e i costi di telefonia di ~\[25%\]. Il team sales lavora più veloce (≈\[+15%\] attività) grazie al click-to-call da CRM e il servizio clienti è più reattivo (CSAT +\[0,4\] pt). La console admin è chiara e ci consente autonomia su numerazioni, rubriche e code.

Pros

Wildix ha unificato telefonia, chat e video in un’unica interfaccia semplice. L’integrazione con il nostro CRM ha ridotto i passaggi manuali (click-to-call e logging automatico delle chiamate) e le code sono più facili da gestire grazie alla presenza in tempo reale. Affidabilità elevata anche in smart working.

Cons

La reportistica è buona ma potrebbe offrire più widget predefiniti e filtri personalizzabili. L’app mobile è ottima, ma le notifiche potrebbero essere più granulari per code e trasferimenti.

Der enge Kontakt zu den Wildix-Mitarbeitern, die uns als Partner immer kompetent und freundlich zur Seite stehen und in den Kundenprojekten unterstützen. Dies ist in dieser Tiefe bei anderen Herstellern nicht üblich.

Eine Installation ist sehr schnell gemacht und man kann die PBX problemlos an einen zertifizierten Trunk anbinden.

Pros

Wildix ist weltweit einsetzbar, man muss für die Installation nicht Vorort gehen. Flexible Cloudlösung

Cons

Es sollte mehr Wert gelegt werden auf die Kompatibilität mit Jabra Headset. Kompatibilität mit Collaboration muss gewährleitet sein, da sonst die Kunden immer sagen mit Teams funktioniert es aber.

Pros

Short communication channels with the manufacturer. Products and applications that meet today's requirements. A wide range of functions. Simple processes for partners and a good price structure.

Cons

No disadvantages identified so far. We have recently started as a partner of Wildix and so far no negative points have emerged that are worth mentioning here, because it could easily be due to our lack of experience and then give the wrong impression.

I have been a Wildix Partner since the Covid Lockdown, it is the best thing i ever did. I am a smaller telecoms dealer but i have been trading independently since 2004 and been in the Telecoms Industry for 35 Years. My focus has always been on the Technical side of things. Wildix saw the potential me and my business and warmly welcomed me as a Partner. I have now migrated all of my Customers onto the Wildix Platform as well as gaining new cutomers with the help of Wildix Sales and Support. I am always treated with respect by my account manager and tech support unlike some of my previous suppliers who only look at pushing for more business and focus on the larger companies.

Pros

Quick & Easy to Setup Wildix Hardware as a Service and "Proprietary" Devices Easy to Deploy Easy to manage Flexiblitiy of SIP Trunk Providers Call Routing is limitless Great Tech Support & Technical Resources Training & User Videos

Cons

Hardware delivery times on Wildix Hardware can sometimes take a longtime due to International Shipping services.

En general la experiencia en es buena, solo es acostumbrarse al uso de las soluciones, ya que no son tan parecidas a otras Soluciones de otros fabricantes.

Las opciones de customización de uso de la herramienta, tiene diferentes áreas a cubrir, no solo llamadas, también hay espacios colaborativos

Cons

La configuración inicial es un poco complicada para que todo funcione como debe. Sobre la aplicación de escritorio nueva Collaboration 7, la falta de cancelación de ruido que si existía en versiones anteriores.

J'ai pu répondre aux besoins de mes clients grace aux spécificités et à la technicité de Wildix qui sont très riches.

Cons

L'approche est un peu compliquée. La configuration des téléphones n'est pas automatique. j'aurai compris aves des téléphones d'une autre marque que Wildix. Les téléphones Wildix devraient pouvoir s'enregistrere directement sur le RPS. Et les autres manuellement.

Wir sind erst seit kurzem Partner, deshalb bezieht sich meine Erfahrung hauptsächlich auf den Prozess Partner zu werden. Ich mag es, dass man als neuen Partner zuerst umfassend geschult wird und man zu Beginn auch bei Kunden gut von Wildix unterstützt wird. So kann man Erfahrungen und Know How sammeln, ohne dass der Kunde oder wir darunter leiden müssen. Etwas schade finde ich, dass kleine Probleme, die nicht im DACH-Gebiet gelöst werden können, oft unnötig kompliziert werden und es viele Missverständnisse gibt.

Pros

Am meisten mag ich, dass man alles so kleinteilig einstellen kann, ohne dass es übermässig komplex wird. So können wir unsere KMU-Kunden und auch grössere Kunden, mit komplexen IVRs und CallCentern bedienen. Dadurch werden wir auch einen Neu-Kunden, mit ca. 200 Telefonen, akquirieren können.

Cons

Am wenigsten mag ich, dass man gewisse Telefonapparate nur mieten kann. Die meisten unserer Kunden möchten die Telefone kaufen. So können wir unseren Kunden nicht all die tollen Telefone anbieten.

Pros

The continuous upgrade of new functionalities, like whatsapp or sales intellgence. Over the years Wildix has become a real unified communications platform, giving solutions for many different business.

Cons

Sometimes the run to add new functionalities result in bugs and problema on the platform. The documentation is good but the api documentation could be better.

Ich kann keine Ausfallzeiten monieren, die Konfiguration ist relativ simpel allerdings fand ich den Portierungsvorgang etwas komplizierter als bei anderen Anbietern.

Die räumliche Unabhängigkeit, die klare Sprachqualität und die unkomplizierte Nutzung an verschiedenen Endgeräten

Cons

Die App ist leider nicht so der Hammer. Zumindest bei meinem Android Gerät klingelt die App manchmal ununterbrochen weiter, obwohl ich am PC schon ran gegangen bin.

Many Options, AI tools for every area of a business, Collaboration, dect solutions, cloud solution.

Cons

Costs, price increase, telephones capex - it should be possible to buy all kind of wildix telephones as capex, the price for capex telephones is to high
