Buona da migliorare sicuramente ma è un ottimo prodotto per le aziende. Personalmente mi è capitato di non essere in ufficio e dover chiamare per lavoro: con si può anche con il numero dell'ufficio.

comodo per chiamare anche fuori dall'ufficio ed essere sempre reperibili.............................

Cons

che a volte ci sono interferenze e capita che la voce si sente metallica e secondo me si dovrebbero poter usare più linee contemporaneamente

Our overall experience with has been extremely positive. As a technology company, Flashtech successfully integrated Wildix into several client infrastructures, achieving faster communication, better team collaboration, and enhanced automation through voice bots and smart routing. Wildix has proven to be a reliable partner for innovation and digital transformation.

Pros

offers an incredibly reliable and flexible unified communication platform. Its integration with IP telephony, collaboration tools, and AI voice automation is seamless. We especially appreciated the intuitive interface, real-time performance, and the ability to customize and connect it with our own MES and CRM systems.

Cons

The only limitation we found was that some advanced configuration options could be more streamlined for system integrators. However, support and documentation are excellent, which easily compensates for that.

The experience was positive. Before , I used an ISDN line, which guaranteed stability. With Wildix, I saved a lot of money and have many more features and simultaneous connections on my lines.

Ease of use, the ability to customize settings, the ability to monitor resource usage at any time, scalability.

Cons

Overall I was very satisfied with the service, we only encountered a few problems during an update, problem solved.

Good experience. The support given overall has been good, the goal posts can sometimes be moved about a bit too much.

Pros

Good quality, well packaged products. Since I've dealt with them I've always found have a very helpful support team.

Cons

Ordering from the portal can be tricky at times. Creating a quote, before a order can be submitted is frustrating.

Nice product, as a partner, difficult to sell in a full market of similar product, versus Big players in TLC.

Pros

Integration on third party software, looks pretty easy and well documented. Easy to deployment of the system.

Cons

Tech support sometimes lack of quick and reliable answer. Some features are very good, but outside of the major corporate system, as Microsoft Teams.

A lot of functions with best possible simplicity. Everything a user needs, you will find the best solution with . Doesn't matter if it's a "one man show" company or an enterprise.

Nothing at the moment. Happy with the overall PBX Virtual solution and all the integrations. Especially the Voice BOT!

le multi-tenant pour nos solutions Cloud est un plus, et la gestion des licences est plutôt bien faite

Cons

le manque de postes du marché, obligeant a utiliser les postes qui ne répondent pas nécessairement a une problématique business, et ne pas disposer de plusieurs PMS

Pros

The web client is a modern CTI and softphone solution. The best thing about it is that you can use it very flexibly.

Cons

It’s annoying that the rental of the devices and the Cloud PBX starts on a fixed date and cannot be aligned or adjusted in coordination with the partner.
