The overall experience is very good actually. The team is helping when it is needed. So the overall experience is good.

Pros

The value for money and also the new AI features, which always worth it and also the option to have it as SaaS or not.

Cons

What least like about Wildix is that the recurring costs for already existing customer are subject to price updates, which we as a partner can´t shift to the customer, hence we have to assume the price increase.

I have not had extensive hands-on experience with Wildix yet, as many potential customers tend to hesitate due to the pricing structure. However, from what I have seen so far, the platform looks solid and offers useful features for modern communication and collaboration.

Pros

I really like how intuitive and user-friendly the Wildix system is. It’s easy to set up, integrates well with other tools, and provides stable performance for daily communication. The call quality and the overall reliability are impressive, even with multiple users connected remotely.

Cons

The only downside I’ve noticed is related to the HWaaS pricing model and the limited availability of the latest hardware models for one-time purchases. It would be great to have more flexible hardware options without being tied to ongoing service costs.

What I really liked about Wildix is how easy it is to use. Everything just works smoothly and makes teamwork way simpler

Depuis l'installation de l'application Collaboration de Wildix, notre expérience a été désastreuse. L'application n'a jamais bien fonctionné, et ce dès le départ, en raison d'un mauvais paramétrage effectué par la société Actiphone, qui nous a fourni cette solution. Malheureusement, malgré les nombreux problèmes rencontrés, nous avons été contraints de respecter un contrat de 3 ans, ce qui aggrave encore notre mécontentement. Les multiples problèmes techniques, combinés à une configuration initiale défaillante, ont eu pour conséquence une communication interne chaotique et une incapacité à échanger correctement avec nos clients. Cette situation a sérieusement nui à notre activité commerciale, et il est inadmissible que nous soyons enfermés dans un contrat aussi contraignant alors que la solution fournie est inefficace. Ce qui est encore plus insupportable, c'est l'absence totale de réaction de la part de Wildix. À aucun moment un responsable de la société n'a pris contact avec nous pour comprendre la source des problèmes, malgré leur impact dramatique sur notre activité. Cette négligence et ce manque de professionnalisme sont tout simplement inacceptables. Il est évident qu'à ce stade, nous ne pouvons absolument pas recommander cette application ni les services associés. Notre expérience avec Wildix et Actiphone est un échec complet.

Pros

Après près de trois ans d'utilisation de l'application Collaboration de Wildix, nous sommes arrivés à la conclusion que la fonctionnalité la plus appréciée reste la possibilité de désinstaller l'application. Les multiples problèmes techniques et de paramétrage rencontrés depuis son installation ont rendu son utilisation plus frustrante qu'utile.

Cons

Après des mois de dysfonctionnements continus, tant dans la communication interne qu'externe, nous sommes enfin soulagés à l'idée de ne plus avoir à subir les désagréments de cette solution. La désinstallation est sans doute l'étape la plus efficace que nous ayons réalisée avec ce logiciel.

### "Wildix Telecommunications Solution"

Pros

We replaced our existing business telephone system with a new Wildix system. The engineer who installed the system was fast and efficient, and took the time to explain the features to the users and administrators. Easy to use and manage, and customer support is also excellent.

Cons

No negatives to report - there are plenty of additional features and functionality within the system we don't make use of as it's not needed in our day-to-day business.
