Per un’azienda medicale di 15 persone, Gestionale sul Web si è rivelato un buon compromesso tra completezza, semplicità e accessibilità. Oggi riusciamo a gestire meglio clienti, fornitori, documenti, articoli, magazzino e fatturazione, con il vantaggio di poter accedere ai dati anche fuori ufficio. Il cambiamento verso il cloud ha migliorato l’organizzazione interna e ha reso più fluido il lavoro tra le varie persone coinvolte. Lo consiglierei ad aziende che vogliono passare da un gestionale locale a un gestionale cloud senza adottare soluzioni troppo complesse o pesanti. Pros Quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più di Gestionale sul Web è la possibilità di lavorare finalmente con un gestionale cloud completo, accessibile da più postazioni e anche da remoto. Per una realtà del settore medicale con circa 15 dipendenti, avere documenti, clienti, articoli, magazzino, ordini e fatturazione sempre disponibili online ha semplificato molto il lavoro quotidiano. Il passaggio da una soluzione non cloud a un software gestionale online ci ha permesso di ridurre dipendenza dal singolo PC o dal server interno, migliorando la collaborazione tra amministrazione, reparto operativo e assistenza. L’interfaccia è abbastanza intuitiva e le funzioni principali sono organizzate in modo pratico. Molto utile anche la gestione centralizzata dei dati, perché evita duplicazioni e rende più semplice controllare lo stato dei documenti e delle attività. Cons All’inizio serve un po’ di tempo per configurare correttamente il sistema e adattarlo al proprio modo di lavorare, soprattutto se si proviene da un gestionale tradizionale installato in locale. Alcune procedure richiedono un breve periodo di apprendimento da parte del personale, in particolare per chi era abituato da anni alla vecchia soluzione. Dopo aver avuto numerose difficoltà con il nostro precedente fornitore, che includevano problemi di stabilità, scarsa assistenza e frequenti downtime, siamo rimasti entusiasti di trovare una soluzione che non solo soddisfacesse, ma superasse le nostre aspettative. Gestionale sul Web ha dimostrato una stabilità eccezionale. Non abbiamo più sperimentato i frequenti downtime che ci causavano ritardi e frustrazioni. Il sistema è incredibilmente affidabile, garantendo che le operazioni aziendali possano continuare senza interruzioni. La velocità e la reattività del software ci hanno permesso di gestire le nostre attività quotidiane in modo più efficiente e produttivo. Pros Ci sono molti aspetti che ho apprezzato dell'utilizzo di Gestionale sul Web, ma se dovessi scegliere quello che mi ha colpito di più, direi che è stata l'accessibilità e la mobilità. La possibilità di accedere ai dati aziendali da qualsiasi luogo e in qualsiasi momento ha cambiato radicalmente il mio modo di lavorare. Prima, ero vincolato a stare in ufficio o a utilizzare specifici dispositivi per accedere alle informazioni aziendali. Ora, con questo gestionale in cloud, posso lavorare da casa, durante i viaggi di lavoro, o anche semplicemente da un caffè. Questo livello di flessibilità ha migliorato notevolmente la mia produttività e ha reso molto più facile gestire le emergenze e le scadenze. Inoltre, l'accessibilità immediata ai dati in tempo reale significa che posso prendere decisioni informate più rapidamente. Il servizio di assistenza pre e post vendita è veramente ottimo. Risponde in breve tempo con le soluzioni necessarie. Le poche volte che abbiamo avuto qualche problema, sono stati molto tempestivi nel risolverlo. Il software gestionale è molto stabile e usarlo e veramente semplice e veloce.Nel complesso, avendo anche utilizzato altri software gestionali in passato, posso dire che è uno tra i migliori che si possano trovare sul mercato italiano. Inoltre è 100% Made in Italy. Pros Un ottimo prodotto gestionale. Ha un sacco di funzioni e moduli interessanti per ogni tipologia di azienda che posso essere attivati a richiesta. Il team di sviluppo e molto professionale e competente e spesso si adopera per aggiornare il software gestionale con nuove e interessanti funzioni. E' un prodotto in continuo miglioramento e al passo con le nuove tecnologie e si vede che dietro c'è una azienda professionale e seria anche se di piccole dimensioni. Abbiamo scelto questo software gestionale in quanto la reputiamo il più completo e professionale per le nostre esigenze. Siamo un'azienda con oltre 200 dipendenti e sedi e magazzini in diversi luoghi e la scelta di un software gestionale in cloud era la migliore opzione. Abbiamo scelto Gestionale sul Web in quanto ha tutte le funzioni di cui necessitiamo integrate nel gestionale, oltre ad essere un prodotto moderno e recente. Utilizziamo tutti i moduli disponibili e in base al mio utilizzo specifico ritengo che il modulo per la gestione delle assistenze tecniche e dei piani di manutenzione sia veramente ben fatto. Sentendo i miei colleghi, anche loro sono molto soddisfatti delle funzioni specifiche che utilizzano quotidianamente.Mi sento quindi di consigliare questo valido software gestionale a tutte le imprese di piccole e medie dimensioni che necessitano di un prodotto gestionale moderno e di un servizio di assistenza presente ed efficiente. Pros Mi ha stupito particolarmente la facilità e la velocità di utilizzo di questo software gestionale in cloud. Il software è molto completo ed in grado di elaborare una grande mole di dati in poco tempo. Abbiamo un catalogo componenti di oltre 70 mila articoli e distinte materiali su 3 livelli di varia complessità e il gestionale è comunque molto veloce nella consultazione e nello scarico di magazzino. Le funzioni contabili e amministrative sono fortemente automatizzate e richiedono raramente azioni manuali.Inoltre, il software è aggiornato periodicamente aggiungendo nuove ed interessanti funzioni. Abbiamo acquistato una licenza annuale e abbiamo deciso di interromperne l’utilizzo dopo alcuni giorni. Abbiamo riscontrato numerose limitazioni che, per la nostra organizzazione, rendevano difficile l’adattamento. Il software ci è apparso molto rigido sotto diversi punti di vista e l’esperienza complessiva non è stata positiva. Inoltre, non abbiamo apprezzato l’approccio commerciale dell’azienda. Non è stato concesso alcun rimborso, neppure parziale. Ritengo quindi utile consigliare di valutare con molta attenzione prima dell’acquisto. A nostro avviso, sul mercato esistono soluzioni che, a costi notevolmente inferiori, si adattano meglio a differenti esigenze operative. Pros Nel nostro caso non siamo riusciti a rilevare vantaggi significativi nell’utilizzo, anche a causa del breve periodo di prova. Cons Abbiamo trovato l’interfaccia datata e poco intuitiva, con operazioni quotidiane che risultavano macchinose. In più occasioni abbiamo riscontrato difficoltà nella ricerca dei prodotti (segnalato anche al team di supporto). Al momento del nostro utilizzo non erano possibili personalizzazioni o modifiche rilevanti. Seppur le condizioni contrattuali riportino le modalità di accesso ai dati da parte dello staff, avremmo preferito un approccio diverso. Conosciamo molto bene il settore dei software gestionali e quindi quando abbiamo dovuto fare il passaggio dal nostro vecchio sistema, che non era in cloud, abbiamo saputo dove e cosa cercare. Abbiamo trovato in Gestionale sul Web e nell'azienda che lo produce, un valido partner e fornitore. Sono sempre presenti con il loro supporto e il prodotto è continuamente aggiornato con le ultime tecnologie. Di recente, hanno collegato il gestionale direttamente alle banche e possiamo consultare l'estratto conto direttamente dal gestionale. E non solo, possiamo far anche riconciliare automaticamente i movimenti con le scadenze ed effettuare in automatico le registrazioni contabili relative. Personalmente, ma mi sento di parlare anche a livello aziendale, siamo pienamente soddisfatti di questo prodotto. Pros Gestionale sul Web è un gestionale in cloud molto completo. Tutto funziona molto bene, ma in particolare per la mia funzione lavorativa, mi è piaciuta molto la semplicità con cui è possibile creare dei documenti e la velocità di utilizzo del sistema. Il prodotto è aggiornato e migliorato periodicamente ed è presente un servizio di assistenza e supporto veramente funzionale e professionale. Gestionale sul Web è il prodotto più completo e professionale che abbiamo trovato sul mercato con queste caratteristiche. Altri gestionali in cloud si sono rivelati poco adatti per un'azienda come la nostra e software gestionali di marchi più conosciuti non erano in cloud o addirittura obsoleti. Mi sento di consigliare questo software gestionale anche ad altre aziende. Abbiamo sempre utilizzato software gestionali che purtroppo non si occupavano di tutti questi aspetti e siamo sempre stati costretti ad utilizzare software esterni per la gestione del marketing, del CRM e delle assistenze tecniche.Decidendo di centralizzare tutto in un unico sistema, abbiamo cercato soluzioni gestionali alternative e abbiamo trovato Gestionale sul Web. E' un ottimo prodotto. E' tutto integrato e fino ad oggi ci siamo sempre trovati bene anche con l'azienda produttrice che, per quanto non sia tra dei big del settore dei gestionali, offre un prodotto e un servizio di alto livello che batte molti di questi produttori che si definiscono "big". A volte uscire dagli schemi e dalle mode del momento è di maggiore beneficio e si trovano soluzioni e servizi decisamente migliori. Pros Uno dei vantaggi di questo software gestionale cloud è che è tutto integrato. Con altri software gestionali dovevamo utilizzare CRM e moduli separati ed esterni e non integrati direttamente nel gestionale. Con Gestionale sul Web, finalmente abbiamo un sistema integrato in cui i vari moduli condividono dati e comunicano in tempo reale. Inoltre, è un software gestionale completo dall'aspetto amministrativo a quello contabile a quello tecnico. Ottimo il servizio di assistenza pre e post vendita. Siamo passati da un software gestionale tra i più conosciuti a Gestionale sul Web per i limiti che questo software gestionale aveva sulle funzionalità non contabili. Essendo una realtà molto strutturata, per noi era fondamentale avere tutti i nostri processi integrati in un unico software gestionale in cloud, dalla contabilità alla produzione, alla gestione delle assistenze tecniche, alla gestione dei ticket di assistenza. Abbiamo trovato in Gestionale sul Web un prodotto gestionale completo, moderno, semplice da utilizzare e fortemente automatizzato. Siamo soddisfatti di avere fatto questa scelta e da un punto di vista contabile abbiamo anche migliorato la nostra gestione.Inoltre, il servizio di assistenza e supporto è sempre molto disponibile e veloce nelle risposte.
