Il cambiamento verso il cloud ha migliorato l’organizzazione interna e ha reso più fluido il lavoro tra le varie persone coinvolte. Pros Quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più di Gestionale sul Web è la possibilità di lavorare finalmente con un gestionale cloud completo, accessibile da più postazioni e anche da remoto. Per una realtà del settore medicale con circa 15 dipendenti, avere documenti, clienti, articoli, magazzino, ordini e fatturazione sempre disponibili online ha semplificato molto il lavoro quotidiano. Il passaggio da una soluzione non cloud a un software gestionale online ci ha permesso di ridurre dipendenza dal singolo PC o dal server interno, migliorando la collaborazione tra amministrazione, reparto operativo e assistenza. L’interfaccia è abbastanza intuitiva e le funzioni principali sono organizzate in modo pratico. Molto utile anche la gestione centralizzata dei dati, perché evita duplicazioni e rende più semplice controllare lo stato dei documenti e delle attività. Abbiamo molti commerciali e tecnici sparsi per il territorio e avevamo bisogno di una soluzione in cloud in grado di integrare tutte queste figure e queste esigenze. Grazie al modulo specifico per le assistenze tecniche e alla App mobile, i nostri tecnici inseriscono direttamente i resoconti di assistenza e li fanno firmare ai clienti e gli amministrativi trovano in tempo reale nel gestionale i resoconti compilati dai tecnici. Anche gli agenti possono inserire in mobilità gli ordini direttamente dalla App. Non solo, moduli quali la riconciliazione bancaria con collegamento diretto al conto aziendale e il modulo corrieri per la creazione di spedizioni, ci stanno facendo risparmiare un sacco di tempo. Devo fare i complimento a chi ha sviluppato questo software gestionale. Pros Ho provato diversi gestionali in cloud, anche dei produttori più conosciuti, ma a mio avviso Gestionale sul Web è decisamente meglio. Il software non è macchinoso nel suo utilizzo, ma semplice e veloce. Le informazioni sono chiare e facilmente consultabili. Inoltre è dotato di diversi moduli che sono completamente integrati nel gestionale. Il servizio di assistenza è puntale, rapido e fornisce risposte complete ed esaustive, cosa che personalmente non ho trovato in altri gestionali in cloud. Conosciamo molto bene il settore dei software gestionali e quindi quando abbiamo dovuto fare il passaggio dal nostro vecchio sistema, che non era in cloud, abbiamo saputo dove e cosa cercare. Abbiamo trovato in Gestionale sul Web e nell'azienda che lo produce, un valido partner e fornitore. Sono sempre presenti con il loro supporto e il prodotto è continuamente aggiornato con le ultime tecnologie. Di recente, hanno collegato il gestionale direttamente alle banche e possiamo consultare l'estratto conto direttamente dal gestionale. E non solo, possiamo far anche riconciliare automaticamente i movimenti con le scadenze ed effettuare in automatico le registrazioni contabili relative. Personalmente, ma mi sento di parlare anche a livello aziendale, siamo pienamente soddisfatti di questo prodotto. Pros Gestionale sul Web è un gestionale in cloud molto completo. Dopo anni, la direzione, ha finalmente deciso di verificare cosa potesse esserci sul mercato che avesse tutte le funzioni da noi desiderate integrate. Abbiamo trovato un solo gestionale ed è Gestionale sul Web. Questo software gestionale adesso ci permette di gestire tutto in cloud e di avere le attività dei tecnici e le richieste di assistenza dei clienti in unico sistema da dove l'amministrazione può procedere direttamente alla fatturazione e all'analisi delle attività svolte dai tecnici. Il gestionale è molto stabile e contiene molte funzionalità interessanti per la gestione delle assistenze tecniche. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutte le aziende che ogni giorno si trovano ad affrontare la situazione che noi abbiamo avuto per diversi anni. Fate solo una cosa: scegliete Gestionale sul Web! Gestionale sul Web è il prodotto più completo e professionale che abbiamo trovato sul mercato con queste caratteristiche. Altri gestionali in cloud si sono rivelati poco adatti per un'azienda come la nostra e software gestionali di marchi più conosciuti non erano in cloud o addirittura obsoleti. Mi sento di consigliare questo software gestionale anche ad altre aziende.
