L'assistenza fornita dalla rete di partner su tutto il territorio nazionale è ottima. Pros E' un Software molto intuitivo ma nello stesso tempo completo di tutte le funzionalità utili per svolgere il lavoro al meglio. I dati sono molto "navigabili", in quanto si riesce facilmente a passare da un'informazione all'altra attraverso numerosi link di collegamento diretto. Inoltre i dati sono molto affidabili, in quanto utilizza un Database SQL Server di Microsoft. Ha un'ottima gestione delle stampe con integrazione al mondo Microsoft (esportazioni in Excel etc). Cons L'interfaccia, per quanto bella e leggibile, non è proprio moderna. La nuova versione dell'interfaccia Web non copre ancora tutte le funzionalità. Stiamo aspettando che venga completata. Laborioso e confusionario. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Chi ci segue no fa altro che rispondere ai ticket dicendo--"non è possibile"- "non lofa".. e si che per anni il programma che avevamo prima faceva le cose richieste ..
