I have been with many hosts over many years and I can not rely on the level of service received from them. Pros The price is good and their support team are very friendly but it is easy to tell the response is mostly Ai generated and not very helpful. Cons Site went down for 12 hours yesterday due to suspected abuse / phishing but after the painful reactivation they can not provide any information on why this occurred. This was on several domains some that are used as storage to host images and other marketing material like mailers. This resulted in a whole department not being able to work for more than a full business day with no explanation of what caused it. They listened well and addressed my needs without running around the inquiry as if to kill time until the answer was found. If the person didn't know, they would tell me they need to look into it and would return shortly which I really appreciated. They do offer DIY VPS hosting which I believe keeps the price to a reasonable amount. Pros I really liked the tech support I received when I asked for a real person to answer my inquiry. They also don't use the opportunity to upsell you features you may not need and I really appreciate this. I didn't feel like I was being coerced into spending more money. Cons I didn't like that they too have moved to chat bots to solve any support questions, but I suppose it's how things are done now with a lot of companies. I am not too keen on their interface either. I don't think the design is intuitive for finding things quickly. Since I started using Hostinger Node.js hosting, I am able to deploy my personal Node.js projects for a reasonable price and with minimal setup. Pros What I liked most about Hostinger is that it makes it easy to manage everything from VPS and domain all in one place through the hPanel. The prices were quite reasonable for what they offer, it also offers great performance with no crashes or downtime. The setup for Hostinger Node.js hosting was straightforward, and the customer support was great. Cons What I liked the least about Hostinger is that the plans are not very clear and transparent about its features, which can make it confusing when choosing a plan. After a month of WordPress work, Apachi2 server crashed. Together with Kodee AI assistant, it took 2 weeks to restore Apachi2. On October 29, 2024, Apachi2 server crashed again. For 2 months I have not been able to access the site even via FTP. I spent more than 43 hours together with Kodee AI assistant to restore access to the site, but in 2025 it is still not working. Hostinger have hidden mandatory payments, for the renewal of the domain name they asked for $ 37.75 plus tax. Pros Don't liked Hosting provider! It's first my expirient for last 15 years. Cons Hostinger.com is a typical Cypriot-Lithuanian shell company. Hostinger International Ltd registered in Cyprus and Hostinger UAB’s registered in Lithuania. They own nothing, they only rent equipment. And most importantly, they do not have technical support for customers, and the agreement with the Client is drawn up in such a way that the Hostinger provider does not bear any responsibility for the non-operation of VPS websites due to Hostinger’s fault. Pros I love their pricing because it gives you so much for a very small amount. Even if you get the most affordable plan, it still gets you enough to start and run your website for a few years. I've been using many hosting platforms and to be honest with you Hostinger is very easy to use and understand. I think they are on the right track to attract more customers. The speed tests I've done by Google's pagespeed, gtmetrix and pingdom was all good comparing to other hostings. I didn't have an issue for up time as well. Cons When I login for the first time and turn off my computer and come back the next day, the page does not load anymore. Doesn't matter how many times I refresh it just doesn't load!!! nightmare, right? I have to browse in incognito mode and I hate to do it everytime. lately it gets better tho, but still going on.
