I have been with many hosts over many years and I can not rely on the level of service received from them. Pros The price is good and their support team are very friendly but it is easy to tell the response is mostly Ai generated and not very helpful. Cons Site went down for 12 hours yesterday due to suspected abuse / phishing but after the painful reactivation they can not provide any information on why this occurred. This was on several domains some that are used as storage to host images and other marketing material like mailers. This resulted in a whole department not being able to work for more than a full business day with no explanation of what caused it. It is hassle free for a new user for a deployment that can be done in just few minutes with their User friendly UI. I believe they are improving the user experience and also the support that can help a lot of developers. Pros I deployed my Postgres server (node with supabase) in less than 5 mins! I really like how hostinger simplified the UI from GitHub to Env variable imports, did a mistake on my 1st deployment but with the help of auto redeployment features it reduce the manual redeployment as you push or update your codes from github. Overall it is a user friendly deployment and also I believe this will work with any Node-PostgreSQL database related projects! Cons An improvement to UI would be great in NodeJS deployments if there are additional sources from project import (Gitlab or any git platforms) also hostinger can add a more advanced UI for node deployment like a terminal so users can double check the dependencies or file relations of the project. Advertised prices are good if they stick to them. Cons False advertising in checkout process and email invoice. Showed 1 year of domain registration during transfer process as discounted from usual price of USD$18 to USD$1. But didn't renew the domain, and charged USD$1 for nothing. Emailed invoice shows domainname.tld 1 year $0.00 and USD$1 for one year of transfer (as if that's a product anywhere on the internet without renewal; it's not). Support refuse to address the 1 year domainname.tld product on the invoice. Further, the transfer process was buggy and needed two support agents to manually transfer it in themselves. They listened well and addressed my needs without running around the inquiry as if to kill time until the answer was found. If the person didn't know, they would tell me they need to look into it and would return shortly which I really appreciated. They do offer DIY VPS hosting which I believe keeps the price to a reasonable amount. Pros I really liked the tech support I received when I asked for a real person to answer my inquiry. They also don't use the opportunity to upsell you features you may not need and I really appreciate this. I didn't feel like I was being coerced into spending more money. Cons I didn't like that they too have moved to chat bots to solve any support questions, but I suppose it's how things are done now with a lot of companies. The experience was mostly good, the websites were quick to set up, but I ended up limited with some of the options of the builder. Pros Hostinger is a good host offering a huge variety of services, being able to be the only hosting provider a business needs. Its comprehensive dashboard offers a lot of help with setting up each service. Its website builder is easy to use. Cons The dashboard can be unnecessarily complicated for some operations, requiring some trial and error sometimes to get it to do what is needed. Pros Next to pricing, our webmaster really enjoyed using Zyro's website editor and store creator. Everything was easy to find and manipulate. We couldn't gone as far as we did without such an organized, user-friendly interface. Cons The live editing gave us problems on more than a handful of occasions, and this could be for a variety of reasons, but it still seemed to occur more often that it should. Thankfully, Zyro's prompt customer service team was there to assist every time. Reason for choosing Hostinger Pricing and ease of use. We chose to pay for Zyro rather than use a service that was free. And we turned down the e-commerce giant because Zyro was easier to use. Pros I love their pricing because it gives you so much for a very small amount. Even if you get the most affordable plan, it still gets you enough to start and run your website for a few years. I've been using many hosting platforms and to be honest with you Hostinger is very easy to use and understand. I think they are on the right track to attract more customers. The speed tests I've done by Google's pagespeed, gtmetrix and pingdom was all good comparing to other hostings. I didn't have an issue for up time as well. Cons When I login for the first time and turn off my computer and come back the next day, the page does not load anymore. Doesn't matter how many times I refresh it just doesn't load!!! nightmare, right? I have to browse in incognito mode and I hate to do it everytime. lately it gets better tho, but still going on.
