I wish I'd never seen their ad, and now I have to try to get my money back, try to find a different host and start all over. Pros cheap, seemingly easy to use interface. They suggested they could easily and quickly migrate my site and domain. However the support is nonexistent. Cons AI is the only support. The AI bot contradicts itself repeatedly, suggesting fixes that don't work for simple issues like connecting domain to website. After 8 days, it hasn't been able to help get my domain connected to my website, no matter how many times I click the "connect" button, or ask the AI for assistance. It tells you it will take 'about an hour', then 'up to 24 hrs,' then 48 hrs, then 72 hrs. Then it tells you to reverse the setting it recommended to begin with. They listened well and addressed my needs without running around the inquiry as if to kill time until the answer was found. If the person didn't know, they would tell me they need to look into it and would return shortly which I really appreciated. They do offer DIY VPS hosting which I believe keeps the price to a reasonable amount. Pros I really liked the tech support I received when I asked for a real person to answer my inquiry. They also don't use the opportunity to upsell you features you may not need and I really appreciate this. I didn't feel like I was being coerced into spending more money. Cons I didn't like that they too have moved to chat bots to solve any support questions, but I suppose it's how things are done now with a lot of companies. I am not too keen on their interface either. I don't think the design is intuitive for finding things quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience for and unexpectedly low price. Pros The value is extraordinary! 4 years hosting, SSL, AI tools to support website build, all for less than £100. Hostinger UK is a diamond in the rough of web hosting providers and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Site limits are high, support is available, billing is easy, builder GUI is pleasant, recommendations are present but not overbearing eg SEO optimisation recommendations. It does offer AI assistance and the ability to integrate, but I could not get the website built to the point that I could integrate anything. They have a lot of custom templates to choose which is nice, but my challenge was that there was not a free trial included and I needed to make a decision within 30 days in order to request a refund. I think it would be great for someone with experience and aptitude for learning quickly. Pros The cancellation process was quick and efficient and offers a money back guarantee. Cons Zyro was very difficult for me to use. I could not grasp how to build my website easily and became frustrated with the process using this tool, leading me to cancel within the first 30 days. Over 500 products added fairly quickly and into appropriate categories making it an easy shop for customers to use. Handling orders is easy with Zyro's notifications to both buyers and sellers adding extra value. Adding my personal domain was rapidly handled by Zyro and my newly purchased domain name had been fully resolved within 3 hours, far quicker than fasthosts and others. Cons There could be more available templates but this is a minor complaint and perhaps more choice would make choosing a template more difficult. On the whole I am happy and would not let this deter me from wholeheartedly recommending Zyro's Website and eCommerce building tools. Our organization's leadership team is all volunteers and spread around the United States, so our website is also a repository for our documents and literature. Our website is the largest expense and critical to successful non-profit operations. Our opt-in email newsletter is the most significant means of communications with our members, sent out once or twice each month. For the first several months Hostinger provided good service, with exception of email. Email was an issue from the start and took several weeks and multiple tech support chats to get working correctly. Then, twice in two months our newsletter run was blocked during runs. After the second interruption, tech support had me reconfigure email services to prevent future interruptions. Then, our email account was suspended for a claimed terms of service violation. Based on Hostinger's published email support, we were well within their service limits. Tech support flatly refused to life the suspension unless we contracted with a third-party email marketing service for future email newsletters. We specifically told either MailChimp or Sendmail were the only two acceptable services. These services were a stretch for our organization and a gross overkill for the level of email "marketing" we currently conducted. This has put us in the position of looking for a new hosting service. I can not recommend Hostinger as a hosting service Pros Overall reliable hosting, good speed and storage for the price. Cons Technical support was often slow, and it sometimes took several tries before my issue was resolved. But in comparison with previous hosting services, Hostinger tech support was an improvement. The experience was mostly good, the websites were quick to set up, but I ended up limited with some of the options of the builder. Pros Hostinger is a good host offering a huge variety of services, being able to be the only hosting provider a business needs. Its comprehensive dashboard offers a lot of help with setting up each service. Its website builder is easy to use. Cons The dashboard can be unnecessarily complicated for some operations, requiring some trial and error sometimes to get it to do what is needed. The website builder can sometimes be tricky to use when doing anything advanced, and it generates pages which cannot be copied or modified easily with another tool. I'm recommending Hostinger to anyone who's not happy with their current hosting and I have never heard a complaint. Highly recommend it. Pros Finally a hosting service that has a proper panel. Easy to work with, even without experience. Super intuitive and great user experience. The support team helped me twice and I'm very pleased with their service and friendliness. Cons You might need to pay some extra $ here and there. Like I got a free domain on my purchase, but I had to pay to have my info hidden in WHO.IS which made the domain more expensive than normal. Or you don't have an option for free SSL if you transfer your domain. It saved me a lot on my hosting so it's still a fair deal.
