Pros The service is beginner friendly and the control panel is cool and intuitive. The shared hosting is fast enough and easy to deploy. Includes all the necessary features including WordPress, G-Suit, Git, SEO tools, website builder and some other content management and eCommerce software that could be installed easily with a few clicks. The company website is great in its look and feel. Moreover the customer support is really nice and quick. They usually reply within 5 minutes and resolves the issue like a charm. Cons They attract customers with low prices and free domains but only for the first year. Once the one year validity ends, they start charging relatively high price (which is common nowadays among hosting companies). We got tired of our sites being down for prolonged amounts of time (sometimes days) and the customer service for Bluehost went downhill the past couple years. We had been Bluehost customers for over 10 years so we missed the good old days when customer service actually cared about your longevity as a customer. We haven't had to contact Hostinger support (so can't really compare that to Bluehost), but that's because our sites have only gone offline a few times in the past couple years, and each time was the middle of the night and resolved within minutes. Cons The interface is a little different than the traditional CPanel, but after clicking around and using the search box, it's actually more intuitive. With everything combined I think that this a great tool to have in your toolbox in order to quickly design, edit, manage, blog, and sell things in a vague way. I would recommend this tool to any beginner, intermediate, and advanced developer/designer as you can write your own code and manage large parts of any organization you want to develop. If you pay annually the prices are not that high, and you get an SSL certificate and Cloudflare. Support is great because you can ask for help 24/7. You can get Wordpress hosting on almost any plan. The storage option is a SSD, and the connection to the hosting server is really fast. It's guaranteed that your site will be live almost everyday. " June 24, 2021 2.0 My site was hosted by Hostinger and had a lot of down time, sometimes multiple times a day. Several times, configurations or server names changed and caused my site to go down, making my business unreachable by those searching for it. Customer service was friendly, but we’re never actually helpful. Their “fixes” were often incorrect, requiring me to search and learn how to correct their mistakes or pay someone else to fix them. The mail server was also always very slow and unreliable. I switched hosting companies and email providers. Pros Cost was the biggest attraction. Ease of purchase was also good. Cons Website went down a lot and sometimes it was multiple times a day, making my business unreachable by those searching for it. Email service was unreliable and slow. Customer service people often didn’t know how to fix things they had broken, requiring me to learn and do it myself or hire someone else to correct mistakes caused by the “help” I received from customer service. August 10, 2021 5.0 Pros As someone slightly inexperienced in building websites, Zyro meets my needs perfectly, making it easy to create an aesthetically pleasing and professional website. They've got all the key elements to creating a personal or business site, and I definitely recommend. Cons It does not have the option to change the website template once started. Also it doesn't allow for plug ins, which for example wordpress allows for a lot, giving more freedom to create a fully equipped site. Pros Zyro is my favorite product out there. Words alone cannot tell you how much I value this product. With Zyro, my life has changed, literally. For 5 years I was trying to build a website.
