Overall, a good platform to handle the forms on site. We implemented all the forms needed with a relevant workflow.

Pros

Adaptability to the project's needs. Support was very well received. We were heard and got help to solve our requirements/needs in the project.

Cons

The size of the documents to be uploaded matters in this case as there are limitations and sometimes video or photos cannot be uploaded.

Pros

la facilité de créer des check-list HSE pour que le chantier se déroule en toute sécurité, notamment éviter que les ouvriers soient non attachés lors de la phase de charpente

Cons

C'est très personnel mais j'aurai préféré une autre couleur et des boutons plus arrondis pour un design épuré. Hormis cela rien à redire pour ma gestion d'équipe

Nous utilisons cette application dans le cadre d’un chantier d’envergure, et elle répond à l’ensemble de nos besoins. L’outil permet un suivi fiable et structuré, que ce soit pour la gestion des tâches, la coordination des équipes, le suivi d'exécution... C’est un outil complet pour avoir une vision globale du chantier en temps réel. L'équipe support est disponible et réactive pour nous accompagner.

Pros

On apprécie la centralisation de l'information, le suivi en temps réel mais également la disponibilité de l'équipe support qui nous aide à adapter l'outil à nos besoins et trouver des solutions à chaque problématique.

Cons

Il y a quelques lenteurs et le paramétrage n'est pas toujours intuitif lorsque l'on débute avec l'outil.

Cons

Je nai pas encore rencontré de soucis sur l'application. Cependant jai eu un retour des chantiers qui n'arrivaient pas a faire des fiches sans capter internet.

Pas très agréable, l'outil est bloqué par le groupe. On ne peut donc pas le rendre confortable pour nous-mêmes. De plus, il me manquer une analyse intelligente d'une intelligence virtuelle pour éviter de répéter plusieurs fois les mêmes informations.

Pros

Plutôt facile à trouver Beaucoup de sécurité autour de l'outil

Cons

Des données personnelles présente sur l'outil (pas sûr que ce soit ok) N'est pas pratique pour l'usage que j'en avais qui consistait majoritairement à faire les accueils HSE de chantier et à les consigner. Malheureusement, l'outil était lourd, il manque clairement une rétroaction pour conserver les données 1 seule fois par profil et ne demander des mises à jour que si nécessaire... J'ai perdu un temps fou sur ce logiciel. Il manque aussi un système pour analyser les données sur les photos et les intégrer au profil (ex : comme Jenji par exemple)
