Buen soporte, siempre hay gente conectada para resolver detalles. Tiene algunas fallas en ocasiones pero se resuelven muy rápido

Valor: Precio VS Funcionalidades Hay otros productos que hacen lo mismo por un precio mucho más alto.

Cons

UX no es lo mejor, podría funcionar en la parte gráfica y algunos detalles de funcionalidades. Pero en general funciona bien.

FATAL. Desde el primer momento... Lo que funciona en un usuario al resto no les funciona o sale pantalla en blanco. Para una incidencia responden tarde y tardan mucho en resolver. Llevamos los 15 días de prueba sin poder activar nada. Con temos a prescribir y crear subcuentas a nuestros clientes.

Lamentable. Y el soporte peor. Bloqueados para prescribir a nuestros clientes. Un desastre se soporte y funcionamiento.

Cons

Tardan mucho en dar respuesta y tardan mas aun en dar solución. Parece que funciona todo pero no y lo que esta en BETA no funciona nada. Parece una ilusión todo.

Un auténtico desastres desde el día 1. Diría que nada en mi cuenta ha funcionado desde el minuto uno. Tienen un equipo de soporte que la verdad súper amables pero se les acumulan los problemas porque absolutamente CASI TODO da error en mi cuenta y van poniendo parches por un lado y sale el problema por otro. PÉRDIDA TOTAL DE TIEMPO Y DINERO! NO ME CREO QUE SÓLO PASE EN MI CUENTA TODOS ESTOS ERRORES. Si estás leyendo esto porque tienes dudas si contratar o no, NO LO HAGAS!

El trato de soporte, una lastima que no tengan herramientas para solucionar tooodos los problemas que se les presentan.

Me han estado dando pares y nones desde el día uno haciéndome creer que se solucionaría y llevo más de 2 meses sin poder arrancar 100%. Es una pena porque lo que prometen está muy bien pero no se ve reflejado en su funcionamiento.

Hoy lo sigo usando porque no tengo salida, pero obviamente ya evaluando otras soluciones. Es como que CLIENTIFY se quedo en el tiempo, hace 24 meses por ahi era la mejor solucion, pero hoy avanza todo tan rapido que uno necesito ver hacia adelante y tener un software que acompane esa vision.

Pros

Su sistema de ventas, te prometen que hace todo, uno se toma el trabajo de evaluar entre 4 opciones, hace cuadros comprartivos, etc, la realidad al final la mitad de todas las cosas no funcinan o no son como deberian de ser. Si debo rescatar que los agentes de ventas le ponen la mejor onda para encontrar soluciones, pero cuando no las hay, no las hay.

Cons

La rpincipal desventaja es la IA, definitivamente no funciona, hemos tratado muchas veces, teniendo muchas reuniones con soporte y no funciona, contesta cualquier cosa, desde ventas incluso se contradicen con soporte y uno queda en el medio. Intente / sugeri integracion con un motor IA como openai GPT que funciona de 10 y no se puede integrar, no hay forma. Otro punto importante es que pagas con tarjeta, lo cual esta OK, pero a veces la tarjeta por seguridad rechaza el pago, uno debe pedir autorizacion al banco, la primera vez todo ok, nos dijeron que se tendria 5 dias desde ese posible rechazo para poder dar tiempo de pedir autorizacion, obviamente solo son promesas igual; te cortan y ni que te agarre un fin de semana, que pierdes todos los datos.

Desde que comencé a usar Clientify ha sido mucho más sencillo organizar mis contactos y campañas. Me ha ayudado a profesionalizar la manera en la que captamos leads, enviamos correos y hacemos seguimiento comercial. Es una herramienta completa, clara y que realmente te ayuda a mantener el control del proceso sin complicaciones.

Pros

La interfaz es súper intuitiva y limpia. Me encanta que todo esté unificado: CRM, automatizaciones, formularios, email marketing y analítica. Es ideal para equipos pequeños o en crecimiento que quieren digitalizar su gestión comercial de forma ordenada y profesional. También valoro mucho que está en español y que el soporte responde rápido.

Cons

Tal vez sería genial poder personalizar aún más los formularios públicos (diseño, tipografías o integración con píxeles externos como el de Meta), pero sé que están mejorando constantemente y seguro pronto se podrá.

Es la herramienta que dedicimos usar. Tengo entendido que lanzan nueva versión y esperamos que sea mucho mejor todavía.

Pros

El costo - beneficio es justo. Muy buenas funcionalidades a un costo accesible para el mercado hispanohablante.

Cons

Tiene pequeños detalles la aplicación, pero el soporte es bueno y lo van corrigiendo. Siempre contestan en tiempo y forma.

Es una plataforma intuitiva y fácil de configurar, a un precio accesible, bastante completa y que puede convertirse en el centro de todas las operaciones diarias.

Pros

Su practicidad y facilidad de uso. Me ha gustado que es más sencilla de usar que otros CRMs que he probado, pero es bastante completa.

Cons

No he encontrado una desventaja que llame demasiado mi atención, tal vez el tema de la importación de contactos me pareció algo tediosa, pero pude resolverlo.

Me parece una herramienta bastante robusta para centralizar la gestión comercial y de marketing. Estoy empezando a automatizar procesos que antes hacía manualmente y el CRM me está ayudando a tener mejor visibilidad sobre mis leads y oportunidades.

Pros

Estoy probando Clientify y me ha sorprendido gratamente lo completo que es el CRM, especialmente la integración de marketing, ventas y automatización en una sola plataforma. Me ha permitido centralizar la gestión de contactos, crear embudos de venta personalizados y empezar a diseñar campañas de email marketing de manera muy intuitiva.

Cons

Ninguna, solo seria que hay tantas herramientas que no sabes por donde empezar, por lo que estaria genial que haya un tutorial completo para la configuracion inicial antes de empezar mas alla de los videos.

Clientify es perfecto para empresas que quieren crecer ordenadamente. Lo usamos a diario para manejar leads, automatizar tareas, hacer seguimiento y conectar con nuestros clientes de forma inteligente. Lo recomiendo totalmente si buscas una plataforma flexible, completa y en español.

Pros

Clientify es una solución súper completa y fácil de usar. La integración entre CRM, email marketing, automatizaciones y gestión de tareas en un solo lugar ha sido clave para nosotros. El diseño es intuitivo y el soporte siempre ha sido rápido y cercano. Nos encanta poder ver todo el embudo de ventas visualmente, con etapas personalizadas, y tener trazabilidad completa de cada oportunidad.

Cons

A veces las integraciones externas (como WhatsApp o llamadas) pueden requerir configuraciones adicionales que toman algo de tiempo, pero el equipo de soporte siempre nos guía paso a paso. También sería genial tener más personalización en los reportes.

Muy buena. La empece a usar para la integración de un CRM de clientes B2B, para tener todo en un mismo lugar

Pros

Amigable, intuitiva, y que integra lo que realmente se ocupa en el día a día y que genera valor

Cons

Mas que decir desventaja, al abarcar varios procesos y flujos, se puede uno agobiar en la puesta a punto, es cuestion de poderse tomar el tiempo necesario para entenderla y poderla aprovechar
