Removal and re-installation is very easy. It makes our job so much easier. Our technicians are pleased when customers have GPSTab when they come into the shop. Pros We run computer diagnostics through the GPSTab splitter, very easy to use, no need to disconnect anything. Getting accurate diagnostic reports with no issues. Cons I am satisfied with the product, do not have any dislikes to list. The customer service and technical support have been top notch and backed by a reliable provider and staff. I am looking forward to continued use as both a customer and dispatcher. Pros The UI+UX seem very clear and concise with regard to access, reliability, and ease of use. Cons The nonworking dispatch board feature seems promising but was disappointing to see as not working.
